I thought I was good at mowing until these guys came out and showed me how great my yard could look! I recommend them and will continue to use them!

My lawn service rocks! Levy came out today and cleaned up my flower beds and bushes. I was waiting for them to give me an estimate on cleaning up a huge crepe myrtle tree that was growing over my house. While Levy was doing his thing, he called the office and asked if he could trim while he was here at no extra charge since he had the trimmer he needed with him! The best yard service ever! My lawn looks wonderful and people have commented on how great it looks. Excellent communication and very friendly and professional.

We paid to get 2 trees and a rose bush trimmed. A week went by and nothing was done. My wife called and they did the wrong house twice and they could not even tell her when they would be out to do what we already paid them to do. Terrible customer service and will not use them again

These guys a professional and courteous! I use the lawn weed maintenance service. Compared to the houses ln either side of me you can really tell the difference. After a year of continuous service it really has made a difference. I even saw them fix a broken sprinkler head that they noticed on my property at no charge!! Who does that anymore these days? These guys do!! Simple little things like that make loyal customers!! And Im one of them!!

My lawn looks amazing! I cant see any weeds and the grass is really green after getting fertilized. I love how the guys cut my lawn a different way each time, it looks like a golf green!

We have been using Military Lawn Cuts & Landscaping for a couple years and they are the most responsive owners we have ever had. We have had companies not show up with no communication but if there is ever an issue where they will miss a specific day they always email me and have it rescheduled right away. Our lawn looks so much better since we have been using them!

They always do a good job on my lawn. Also, I recently had Levi mulch our beds in the front. He consulted with me first and I pointed out there were sprinkler heads in them. He was carful not to cover them and even put flags by them so I would know where they are. Great job.

Great job overall!! Worked with the owner, Will, and he helped customize a plan for us that was in our budget as well as got a bunch of our extras that weve been needing for a while (seeding, mulch, and a few more)

Can t show up at all or give a response early in the morning or before that time I m expecting them and I have to call to find out no one is coming. Not cool and not customer friendly. There was never the same two people cutting the yard each week, had to go out each time to have them go back and cut the grass correctly or weedeat correctly . Last weeks cut after being rescheduled once again looked horrendous. Will not recommend.

These are good people with integrity and they consider good customer service their duty! They have always been super communicative ... upcoming treatment notices, weather delays, you name it - you are kept in the loop. They are also easy to reach should you have a question or concern about your service. Fact is they are the best lawn service company I have ever had and I highly recommend them!

Military Lawn has always done a fantastic job with our yard. They have been responsive to any requests or questions, and overall, a very positive experience. Derrick serviced our lawn today, for sure would recommend them for any lawn care needs.

Please be considered of your neighbors, your trucks are blocking our view from the corners, kids are walking, buses cant get through. These streets are not zoned for business use. It is a 2 way street, you have made it a 1 way.

Being in the military myself I expected great service. First phone call I was informed my days will be on Tuesday and when they needed to do weed control they will email me and work out a schedule with me. The very first appointment they were a no show. Then they came the next day and did a poor job and had the audacity to charge me a $35 over grown fee when it was less than two weeks of growth. They never discussed these extra fees with me but just charged my card. The following week they just show up out of nowhere for week control. They didn t have permission to enter my yard that day and also left things out and my gate open. The second time they mowed they also did a poor job. I really can t recommend them to anyone. The service was horrible UPDATE I was never emailed until the day I cancelled. Every time I called the number to talk to someone I had to leave a message and wait for someone to call. I just grew tired of waiting. This business is horrible.

Id like to commend Levi for his job performance and recommend that he gets a bonus. He does a good job and is very polite, which I appreciate.

Decided to use this service and very glad that I did. Love the communication which is great customer service in my eyes!!! When the technicians got there they let me know they were and got the lawn mowed and edged beautifully! Can t wait to see what my lawn is going to like with the other services that they offer.

Company quoted me over $400 for a job and required us to pay 50% up front for supplies. Supplies on the quote totaled less than $100. We took off work early so we could be home for their noon arrival. They showed up hours late. I got a call a couple hours into the job with them reporting the original quote would not cover the job. The employees working in the yard were constantly in the phone or sitting in their vehicles. The work they did amounted to 7bags of leaves cleaned up and maybe 10% (if I m generous) of the work we requested they do. In the end we sent them away without completing the work and requested a refund. The owner called and spoke to my husband and refused to refund the $200ish we paid ahead of time. So now we re out that money and still need someone to complete the yard work. The owner also refused to come to our home to look at the completed work or review video footage showing employees not actually working. Overall a poor company that hold no value in providing customer service or delivering results. Would never recommend them to another soul.

I had Military Lawn scheduled to come out and mow, edge and weed eat! The yard looks pretty good, nothing more than I could do myself without an edger, but never the less, not a bad job. Extremely expensive!!!! And someone from their crew set a can of black paint in the driveway, so when my roommate left for work she backed out of the garage like everyone does and ran over that black can of paint which exploded all over her WHITE CAR, the WHITE FENCE and the drive way. I immediately called the company...before noon today, same day as the service...to only get an answering machine. I left a voicemail for someone to call me back regarding the paint can issue. It is now almost 8pm and I have yet to hear back from them. They didn t hesitate to charge me $90 (our yard is very small) when I was quoted $42 - $45, and left us with major repairs to a vehicle, our fence, driveway and outside trim around the garage. Double the price and caused damage! That doesn t work for me. I am a small business owner and I have a quality of customer service that is exceptional and I expect the same....especially when they put all the emphasis on military! Any service man would not be proud of what they did at our home. Extremely Disappointed! They need to take Military out of their name.

I recently inquired with Military Lawn Cuts for pricing on their regular lawn mowing services. I felt that the employee I spoke to on the phone was very professional and clearly explained the pricing and services. My impression was that they take great pride in their business, their work, and their conduct. My friends who were familiar with MLC were also impressed with how their lawns looked. Ultimately I decided to go a different direction based on their pricing, but I feel they are asking for what they are worth based on the extent of their services. The company sent two young men out to take care of some major work we needed done to our flower beds, they were professional, hard working and took pride in their jobs. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in the area, in fact I did! From the initial telephone call till job completion, they exceeded my expectations .

Military Lawn Cuts has been amazing. When we bought our house, there were multiple types of weeds in our yard throughout the year and the grass was hard and difficult to walk on barefoot. This was our first full year and the weeds have been cut back dramatically and the grass is softer. I also want to compliment them on their customer service. I ve asked them questions and asked them for recommendations. The guys that come out are ALWAYS nice and open to answering questions. I also like that Military Lawn Cuts doesn t push things on you and send junk mail all the time. I recommend them to all the people I know in my area who are looking.

Super lawn care service! I m very pleased they removed excess grasses growing in the not so wanted areas such as cracks in sidewalks including edging/weed whacking in areas that aren t predominantly viewed such as my alleyway and driveway and they thoroughly cleaned up without the mowed leftovers to be blown around. I look forward to using them for additional yard work and not just for basic lawn mowing. Recommend them highly!
