Blay’z Turf Pro in Atlanta

If I could give them zero stars I would. Over the 2+ years we worked with Blayz, the quality of their bi-weekly maintenance deteriorated. Whenever we raised concerns with the owner, we were met with excuses and push back. We fired them when they did a really poor job before the holidays, the owner refused to fix the problems, and then he accused my wife of being uncooperative and hostile with his laborers; my wife never spoke with the owner or his laborers in her life. Blayz is expensive relative to other landscape companies (we've since hired a better firm for less), their work quality is mediocre at best, and the owner is very difficult to work with. I'd recommend looking elsewhere.

Highly recommend. I used Blay'z Turf Pro for the past year and they were great! Having my yard maintained regularly was delightful. It gave me time to do the more pleasurable yard things like planting flowers and sitting on my patio. I just moved and will hire them again for my new home.

A LOT of excuses for deteriorating grass quality and condition since starting with them. They show up, check the box, but do bare minimum and clearly no desire to deliver very high quality customer centric service. Unfortunate : (
