What a great company! The whole process was very smooth and the price is very reasonable! Peter is quick to respond and communicative throughout. Jose and his team did a great job!! We’d been neglecting the yard so it was a big project, coming how to a fresh and tight yard was such a relief. HIGHLY recommend!!!
Very very unprofessional! Called and spoke to someone about helping me with a small backyard project, they sent me the estimate, I agreed and accepted it and then never heard back! I called again to follow up and see if I could schedule a time for them to come out and I was told someone would get back with me in a timely manner…and still to this day haven’t heard a thing. Been almost a week now! Very unprofessional way to handle new customers who are trying to spend money with your company. Very disappointed in my experience, since I was expecting so much more due to the other great reviews I had read.
Jose and his crew were excellent. He walked me around the property after all their hard work and ensured my customer satisfaction. They cleaned up areas of my yard beyond my original expectations and were very polite and efficient. A great attitude, friendly and a great job.
Peter and his crew did an outstanding job with landscaping our front yard. We made some last minute changes. Peter and crew accepted the adjustments and executed the plan. The crew did show up a few hours late but worked quickly to finish the job before retiring for the day. We will definitely utilize their services again. Thank you Peter and crew!
Peter is an outstanding landscaping expert! He designed the changes to our front and backyards with outstanding service from his highly skill landscaping team who completed our yard with soil, grass sod, placement of bushes, gray rock around the yard edges of our backyard and placed an outstanding flat rock pathway from our back patio slap to our backyard shed with a flat rock pathway from our backyard fence gate to the front of the shed. The last tasks were placing small plants across our lower front yard next to the street sidewalk and inside an area next to the walkway from the gate area to the shed. The tasks completed by Peter’s high skilled team is a 10 star rating.
I had a wonderful experience with Peter. He was very thorough, clear and precise with all my requirements for the job. Also he sent an experience crew to do the job and it was finished on time as I wanted since we were having my Canadian family visit that weekend. Peter of Verified was great to work with from the initial contact to the completion of the project. We had artificial turf placed in the back of our townhouse and a storm water drain was installed first because 3 units upstream from ours, flowed through our back yard durning rains. We had a water intrusion problem near the foundation of the house and called several companies to assess the problem and proffer a solution. Peter Wexel from Verified Outdoor Solutions was very professional and knowledgeable in coming up with the best plan to fix the problem. His estimate was reasonable, and the best part was he could get a team out within the week to do the work. Since we were in the middle of rainy season, that gave me great peace of mind. The crew was friendly and efficient, and definitely experienced in doing this kind of work. I had a few questions after the work was completed, and Peter was very responsive. Last Monday I called Verified Outdoor Services about a large mulch order for my yard... it had been a few years so I needed it. They were prompt in returning my phone call, and were great about walking me through all of my pricing options. By Wednesday I had 15 cubic yards placed in the exact location that I requested. I cant recommend them enough. Extremely knowledgeable, great communication, prompt service, and a very easy billing platform. Im excited to call them for my next yard project! **** UPDATE AS OF 6/22/21 After working with VOS for two years now, I felt compelled to share an update. VOS continues to impress with their punctuality, quality of work, thoroughness, and honesty. After going to VOS for numerous projects including mulch/pinestraw, lawn maintenance, miscellaneous cleanup, etc. I cant recommend them enough. No reason to even call anyone else!
