I contacted them on a Friday, fully expecting it to be into the next week and Ray sent his fence guy out that afternoon and the gentleman came out the next day and completed the work. Couldn t ask for better, more professional, or quicker service and a very fair price. I highly encourage and recommend Proscapes for any project you have that s in the scope of their services. ProScapes just finished installing an irrigation system and 35 pallets of sod. This was a large-scale project. Rick was exceptional to work with. Strong communication and delivered exactly what we discussed on schedule and on budget. His work crew worked hard and very professionally. Amazing job cleaning up after work completion. Proscapes is the best!! After recently moving to the area, our new backyard needed a lot of TLC. Outstanding work and customer service

I have a new construction home and when I bought it, they builder laid seed in the back yard. A year later, it still didn t take and the back yard was a disaster. Proscapes was very responsive when I called, unlike the five other landscaping companies I called to come out and give me a quote. They were thorough in giving me all my options and weighed the pros and cons of each. In less than two weeks since my initial contact with the company, my backyard is complete and looks great! Will definitely be using them again for my future landscaping efforts!

After proscapes of Greer, SC aligned 4 sprinkler nozzles to water for peoples backyards, a small patch of common area, and the road. I was not happy. The irrigation system is for common areas only in this development. It makes me wonder how many other sprinkler heads in this development are out of alignment. They are also paid for work all year long, even when they do not work during the winter when the grass is dormant . Fees for this company are outrageous. If you wonder why some of your grass is dying and trees are dying it s because they have turned off the levers in the ground floor for The sprinkler system. Oh yes, this means they don t have to mow as much.

Pro Scapes has been a dream to work with. They installed 7,000 sq ft worth of sod in our backyard and beat their own deadline by a week! My back yard (small) has a lovely tree that is one of my favorite things. It covers most of my back yard with shade. Most of my grass was gone and the soil eroding....that is when I contacted Mr. Cencula. His approach to correcting the problem worked very well. Rick came out the day I called for an estimate. He recommended scraping the yard and starting from scratch because it was so full of weeds and clover. His crew worked quickly and cleaned up before they left. He suggested seeding and tending it myself to save money. Rick even drove by unprompted to check on the progress. Ive attached pictures of them scraping it, a few weeks later when it was growing and covered with wheat straw, and then after the first mow. They did a great job!

Weve only had one service so far, and I couldnt be happier with the job that was done or the customer service. Ive always done my own landscaping work (and am pretty particular because of it), but started finding less time between work, being a parent to a one-year-old and being out of town more and more. I contacted ProScapes for an estimate on regular lawn maintenance and ask questions about other projects, and Rick came out later that day to survey the property and provide a quote. We recently had some landscaping done by ProScapes-extremely high quality work and very fair price. Rick, the owner, is extremely accessible and quite dedicated to making sure everything is to your liking. We even added on a last minute job as they were cleaning up and he had it done next day-their customer service is really exceptional. After calling a few folks who really didnt sound interested in doing the work, Rick and his staff were friendly to talk to and really treated my project (which wasnt a huge deal, just something Im not comfortable doing) as important and did really high quality work.

We have been working with them for almost a year now from lawn service/mowing, cleaning out gutters, bush trimming, tree trimming, edging, weeding, and laying pine straw, we have ALWAYS been happy with their service. Proscapes was recommended to us for lawn service when we first arrived in Athens in May, 2017. After a year of service, I can recommend them highly to anyone desiring good care of the lawn and property. They are prompt, careful, and show real concern about the property. We were recently out of town when a tree fell on our property. Ricky of Proscapes checked to see that no damage had been caused by the fallen tree to either the house or the heat pump. He then proceeded to cut up the tree and take it all away. This was all without my prompting or even my knowledge. Only afterwards did Ricky send me a picture and an e-mail telling me what happened. Proscapes and Ricky are pro-active in the most positive ways, and we appreciate that very much. Not only do they take care of the lawn and leaves during the spring, summer and fall, but they also ensure that the house roof is kept free of debris, blowing off leaves and pine needles on a weekly basis if needed. My wife and I are big, big fans of Ricky and Proscapes.
