In the Shade takes care of several of our commercial properties and a residential neighborhood we manage. Colby is the most responsive owner I have ever worked with. He encourages direct feedback so he can properly address any issues and coach his crew. The residents in the neighborhood we manage were extremely unhappy with the previous landscaping company, but are always telling me how happy they are with their service since we changed to In the Shade about a year ago. Their prices are reasonable, too. We are very happy we use them!
Unreliable. Equipment in Poor condition which makes for uneven cut, ruts. No respect for property. Left gate open! Developers choice for subdivision. Cheap labor.
They don’t show up when they’re supposed to and they do not perform all the services they are contracted to do. Communication is poor to nonexistent.
We have used Colby and his team for years to take care of our lawn maintenance. Even when we moved homes 3 years ago from Athens to Watkinsville, we made sure that we used them for our new (bigger!) yard. They are reliable with our bi weekly services and our yard always looks amazing when they're done with it! Highly recommend In The Shade.
This company does my housing communities landscape. First off the owner is always out with his workers and doing his due diligence which is amazing to see. Second there was a major incident that happened that was completely an accident. The owner was prompt and caring to our family.
