Eduardo responded quickly to our initial call and showed up that afternoon to provide a bid on our job. His crew of five showed up when expected and all worked hard until the job was completed. They brought two boom trucks (one could reach 60 feet), and a chipper. They climbed two trees that werent accessible using the lift. I greatly appreciate their work, and especially their effort at cleaning up afterwards.

I went through several arborist in the area. My tree situation was urgent! Due to inconsistent responses from other arborist, I chose to seek the services of Calwest. Eduardo promptly answered my call and went to my home the following day and provided the estimate. The job was scheduled for Friday, but he contacted me before Friday and moved up the work to be done Thursday which i was grateful for as branches were falling on the roof and had already caused damage to the roof. They arrived early morning and Eduardo and his guys completed the job quickly! If you ever need any arborist services, i highly recommend Calwest Tree Services. This was my first time working with Calwest and they did a great job, safely removing trees, pruning trees, and cleaning up the yard. They are reasonably priced and took care of the job very quickly. They also made sure I was happy and went back a second time to correct something that was the result of a minor misunderstanding as I couldnt actually be present while they were doing the job. I will use them again in the future should the need arise.

Cal West came to our house with a crew early in the morning and did a great job trimming all our trees and hedges and took out a bunch of overgrown rosemary. They were a hard working crew and very reasonable.

Excellent work from start to finish. They cut down and stump grinded my elm tree. They left the area very clean , youd never know there was a tree there. They also trimmed my Bradford pear tree very well. I recommend 100%.

You ever have one of those experiences that s better than you could even hope? Well, Eduardo and his crew from CalWest Tree Service provided that for me. Eduardo was quick to give me an estimate, quick to schedule the service, and they were out bright and early (and on time) on the day of my tree removal. It was a very enjoyable experience for me to watch. His crew protected plants that were nearby, and all of them clearly had designated jobs which they hustled and did with extreme emphasis on meticulous work. (I can t stress that enough.) At the end of their time here removing the tree, there was really no sign they had ever been here other than their careful attention to refilling the stump hole and the root areas with the tree mulch so that there were no recessed areas that were hazardous. I can t imagine ever hiring anyone else for future tree work. Fantastic experience!

Eduardo and his crew did a great job of removing two trees and trimming a third. I wanted to save some of the larger pieces for fire wood and they went above and beyond. They cut the wood to length, filled my pick-ups bed with over a cord, and stacked another half-cord in neat piles for later positioning. The crew was very professional and responsive to my requests. Their price was very reasonable. I highly recommend them to others and will use them again when I need tree trimming or felling work.

Eduardo and his crew did a great job. Eduardo returned my phone call the same day. He came over the next day at 10:00 to give me an estimate and had his guys out here at 1:00. They cut branches that were hanging over our driveway. They were done in one hour. They raked every leaf up and even got the blower out to clean the driveway. The price was very reasonable. I ve used Cal West for tree trimming twice, once two years ago and again today. Both times Eduardo and his crew did a fantastic job. The trees were cut back and laced out beautifully. They were careful to protect my landscaping and windows and all the debris was removed. I ve recommended CalWest to at least 5 friends who have all had the same great experience. I called and was directed to send pictures for a quote for tree stump removal and branch pick up. The owner was extremely responsive. They came out the very next day and showed up right when they said they would. When the guys were working on the stump and root removal it ended up being so much more work than anyone could have anticipated. The owner wasnt asking me for more money even though I could tell it was a bigger job than what they charged me for. I offered more money and hope it was fair because he wasnt going to tell me to pay more. Very kind man and the workers did an excellent job. They worked hard and fast and made the place look better than before they got here with clean up. I would absolutely recommend them. And I will use them for any future tree service. Very honest and trustworthy company/people.
