I have been using MC Professional Lawn Care since we first purchased our home and couldnt be happier with our service. Between lawn mowing and cleanup services, the team is quick to answer any calls and always does a standup job. Would gladly recommend them to anyone looking for professional services!
I didn't actually go there, just turned around. However 2 of my friends use their services and I believe that they do wonderful work. If I didn't enjoy doing it myself I would definitely seek them out.
We moved in our new house 9years ago , lawn was a mess to say the least. Spent the next 8 years trying to fix it up myself. Finally said enough is enough! I called MC and got a quote for hydroseeding. All I can say is WOW! Seed started coming up in about 7 days and after 2 weeks it is looking really good. Jamie and his crew did a wonderful job and adressed all our questions and concerns. I can’t say enough how pleased my wife and I are with the results. Tom and Gayle
MC Professional Lawn Care do a very good job keeping my weeds at bay. They keep me informed on when they are going to service my yard. Also, send me emails of my receipts. I would recommend them to someone wanting the same service.
I can always depend on them. I love working with Amber every season. Spring just started and she even went out of her way to follow up with me on services I mentioned months ago for this season!! before I was able to call them! 10/10 customer service for her and the other lady Crystal.
This was my first season trying out MC Lawncare and I wanted to give an honest review by listing the Pro’s and Cons of my experience. Pros: 1. Their customer service was top notch. I primarily spoke with Amber and she was very kind and professional. 2. The team honored their bi-weekly schedule. 3. Their pricing is reasonable. Cons: 1. The workers often came unannounced and didn’t show up on the day they were scheduled to come. 2. My lawn didn’t look any better than when I tried to cut it myself. In fact, several neighbors stated that it didn’t look cut at all. I had a new Lawncare guy come by the day after MC had been to my home and he laughed at their “work”. I’ve since hired him and my lawn looks amazing. It actually looks professionally maintained. 3. They didn’t complete the Spring Cleaning yet I was charged for 2+ hours of it. I asked several times for my front bushes to be trimmed. The first time they didn’t do it because of a confrontation with my neighbor. The second time they didn’t have the trimmers. The third time it simply was not done. I wouldn’t recommend them based on performance but I think if you keep an eye on what they’re doing and hold them accountable on-site, you may get better service. Unfortunately, I can’t say their service is worth the money I paid.
After many years of doing my own yard work, I decided to have the fertilizer program from MC Professional for 2018. The service was great and they were prompt, courteous and I especially like the before service notification via email (text is also an option) letting me know when they would be arriving. Excellent and polite service and I am using them again this year.
UPDATE Sept. 18, 2017: MC Professional Lawn Care DID NOT keep up the lawn with all the scheduled service per the agreement. I have tried to reach them many times to get money back for service not provide without any reply or contact!!! Therefore I am updating this review to a 1 star. They are quick to get your money but slow to do the work!!! If you are looking for a lawn care company... KEEP LOOKING!!! Thank you for not doing your job even though you were PAID IN FULL!!! If you would like this review updated, please feel free to contact me to settle the amount you should pay back!!! ------------------------------ POSTED July 28, 2017: An open house was scheduled at the last minute and the lawn needed some MAJOR help!!! I live 200 miles from Ashtabula and had no time to get there to clean up the lawn. I contact MC Professional Lawn Care via email and they were able to get the lawn mowed for the open house!!! Plus, the last thing I needed was to be driving there every weekend to mow, so I has them put me on a weekly mowing schedule. The owner on MC Professional was very helpful and quick to action to help me out!!! Even without meeting him in person or a phone call. I have nothing but GREAT things to say about MC Professional Lawn Care!!! THANK YOU!!!

Im currently snowed in and they are the top result when googling plow in Ashtabula OH. They say theyre no longee accepting new clients and dont know anyone else that plows they should have their license revoked
Have performed mowing and trimming service for 3 years now. If you want a quality company that will provide professional services, call MC lawn care. They keep the grass looking like a golf course. A great company.

We had MC last year and were pleased with their knowledge and because the weather was so unpredictable we know it put them behind a little in doing the processes when they needed to but they showed up when possible to finish. There were a couple of spots that need some more attention but overall the processes turned out really good.
This is our 1st season with MC, and so far so good. As you know it has been a mild winter and the calls for snow moving far and few. But, when it does snow they are on their game and rarely a need to call them ahead of time, they just show up. Great Service. We will definitely be looking to contract them for summer services. Thank You MC.

I called MC because I personally knew the owners and wanted to give a try and because my lawn desperately needed it due to rain! Heather who took my call was so cheerful and polite! She told me they may not get to my yard this week due to it being a holiday. MC showed up the same day! I was so relieved especially since we got rain the next day! I felt so bad for the gentleman who mowed as my lawn couldn t be mowed due to the rain and continued wetness, but he mowed the whole acre and weed whacked! He must have been so overwhelmed! I would recommend this business to anyone! I can t rave enough about them! Thank you!

MC did the salting of the parking lot at my business this winter and we had no issues with anything. They did a great job keeping the lot the way we expected!
We struggled for years with the weed eating around our pond. Finding someone to do it, weed eaters breaking down, running out for gas and string, the heat and the bugs, I could go on and on......Calling MC was the best decision weve made. They come as scheduled, have their equipment in working order, they are in and out of here in 30 minutes! They have relieved a big burden from us.

After being on vacation for a couple weeks, my yard had turned into a jungle and the weeds were ridiculous. I called them this morning when they opened and they gave me a quote and said they could have someone out next week. I agreed on a price, and thought I would get the service done next week. After 30 mins they called back and had someone cut it within 2 hours. Unbelievable service. Best yard company hands down.

DO NOT GO THROUGH MC!! They should be called Mc Unprofessional lawn care. Or we hire felons who do drugs on the job lawn care! They smoke weed in the company trucks and not just weed some of them snort drugs in the company truck! Mostly all of them are on some sort of drug! The owner says he drug tests but they actually dont get fired the only thing that happens is they dont get a raise. If you fail a drug test at mc you still have a job because the owner just does not care! Even the office lady is on some sort of drug! DO NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY TO THESE LOW LIFES! If I could rate negative stars I would!!! Horrible busisness.
As a rental manager I need services that follow through with their contracts and MC Professional Lawn Care is NOT one of those that can be trusted!!! I hope this review helps you in our quest to find a lawn care service. Note: I have reached out to try and resolve this issue before writing my review. I have not yet heard anything back from the owner. Great customer service, NOT!!!
