Best in the business for lawn care tree work sanitation you name it..
I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Prichard Lawn Care. Hired by my neighbors, they ended up damaging my yard and used my carport as their personal lounge area without permission. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful behavior. Would not recommend.
Called them last Thursday to get a quote on mowing my lawn and the lady said that she would give my information to the manager. Hadn't heard anything back so called again on Tuesday never heard anything back. Called again today and said that if I didn't hear anything back by 1:00 p.m. that I would go somewhere else and still nobody has reached out to me. Very unprofessional.

The company has charged me twice per month since they changed systems at the beginning of 2024. They claim they cannot see the extra charges on their end. I will not remove my negative review until the issue has been fully resolved. They currently owe me $125. We will take this to court if the problem is not resolved.
So we're a new customer and for a month they didn't have cans for us because "they're on backorder" so we had trash stacking up on the back patio because the first week at our new house we had stray animals in the neighborhood drag our trash everywhere. After that happened we started just setting the trash 2 or 3 bags at a time the night before pickup. We finally got our new cans but we had about half a pickup load behind our house so the following week we sat it beside the cans. We have a 16 bag limit. 3 bags, 2 empty boxes and a box with some tile in it and a peice of linoleum is what we sat outside. I figured since the guys were gonna have to pick alittle extra up I'd do a nice thing and give them $25 for lunch that day. The owner knocked on my door and as I offered the lunch money he accused me of being shiesty and having an "overabundance" of trash every week. He instructed that I needed to setup a separate pickup and pay alittle extra. Over the phone he said he'll charge an extra $15 and add it to the pickup a week later on the next pickup date. Kinda funny it can be added then when I was told that they don't have room for it on their normal route. I felt very disrespected.
Our landlord has paid for Prichard for over 3 years and of those 3 years we have gotten nothing but destruction of property. We have gone through multiple dog leads (which are brightly colored and sticking out of the ground), 6 brightly colored pots and over 150 dollars in herbs, spices, and vegetables. Estimated damage cost at 1000 dollars or more. The first time they came around we failed to notify them of the lead and they ran it over. We apologized and then warned them of the dog lead over the course of a few months and as soon as we stopped reminding them they ran it over. Either there is no communication among coworkers as to what to do, or what not to do on some ones property, or the trainers for these workers do not care to teach individuals how to do their jobs properly and effectively. Since we couldn't afford to keep buying 20-30 dollar leads every month and a half we decided to give a spot for our dog to use the bathroom inside. (as he was just a pup and could still be trained to use pads.) Three leads were gone and we were at our wits end. Having thought that we mitigated the issue we decided to keep Prichard, as the lawn always looked great if it wasn't for the scraps of dog leads throughout our yard. After they stopped becoming a problem and the lawn looked great again we decided to place an elevated garden bed in the front yard. The garden bed was a minimum of 6 inches off the ground, and decorative bricks were placed neatly around the outside to make it more noticeable. We planted around 400 dollars worth of plants, and 100 dollars in decorations in the front yard garden bed. They lasted 2 months until they were shredded by the weed eater they used. This has since occurred 3 more times and each time we increased the brightness of our garden to draw attention to it, and bought less and less plants in hopes they wouldn't destroy it. The final straw for us was discovering all 6 of our 12 inch pots within the garden bed completely shredded. It looks as if the person weed eating purposely went out of their way to target our pots. The worst one is pictured above along with some of the pieces of plastic found throughout the outer edges of the pot and within the yard. Never call Prichard lawn service unless you want to walk throughout the yard playing an instructional video while you watch them massacre your hard work. I am actively allergic to cut grass and develop large itchy blotches and rashes if I make contact with it. But I think I'll take an allergic reaction over Prichard Lawn Care service any day.
The company overcharged me numerous times and didn't complete service after agreeing to do a yard project. We waited over 3 weeks for brush removal, but the company never came to complete the work. After selling the house, they continued to charge us after we cancelled service over a month beforehand. Stay clear of them unless you want a lot of headaches and want to hold their hand to make sure the work gets done.

Jeremy and his crew did a great job trimming a large tree in my front yard. I could not be happier with their service and will definitely use them in the future.
Please instruct your employees to not park halfway in someone s yard while blocking their driveway completely. Employees also need trained not to cut through people s yards with their equipment. Employees are obnoxious and need driving and common sense lessons.
I recently had a violation for high grass at my home on 29th street and I cant mow my yard because of physical health problems. I had family who lived with me up until last year taking care of it, but now I am alone with no working lawn mower or any help of any kind. I called Pritchards early on a Monday, and a few other places but Pritchard showed up for an estimate about an hour later. I explained about the violation and the date I needed it done by and the gentleman, Danny, nice guy, quoted me a good price for 1st time removal and a weekly or bi-weekly plan after that. I went for a bi-weekly setup. I wasnt expecting any work to be done until later in the week, since it was Monday and Im not familiar with lawn services as a whole, lol. However I wasnt feeling great laid down for a nap. Got up and it was dark. I let my 2 small dogs out and noticed they werent soaking wet fron dew on the grass, but thought they just didnt go far into the yard. The next morning I noticed my trash can at the front of my property had been moved, then looked out back, my lawn had been mowed the night before (I guess during my nap when felt bad) and I didnt even know it! They were that quiet, my dogs didnt bark once! Or i wouldve woken up. Not only did they mow it, I have a Jerry rigged fence/gate set up on the side of my house to keep my little pups from getting out of the yard, busy street and all, they put that back and they didnt have to! There was a lot of detritus in the yard (which was obviously grown over, ya know violation, and Im sure blown in from the high wind storms weve had this year) that they came across and moved out of the way. Which again they didnt have to do!!! I appreciate it more than I can say since I cant really get out there any more and keep my yard or flowers looking like I want. They gave an estimate in one day and on the same day mowed my lawn! And went above and beyond when they didnt have to! I would certainly recommend them to anyone out there!!!! That was 2 weeks ago. The office Lady, who took my initial call, I forget her name, very sweet, nice to talk to and understanding as well as professional. I called in again today and spoke to her to check and see if I was on the schedule since they were supposed to be here Monday, although with the recent rains I wasnt sure what to expect. Since Im not familiar with how this type of service usually goes, I just wanted to make sure. She looked me up and reassured me that I was and they would get to me as soon as possible and that the guys may be backed up because of the recent rain storms, which I can understand. And even explained how thier billing options work, since I mentioned Id paid for the 1st 2 lawn mowings and was curious how I would need to pay for the third. She told me my options are over the phone, online or send a check with the billing invoice they send you. Even a neat little pic, on the billing invoice itself, you can scan which will take you directly to thier billing website. Thats a new one on me, lol! I probably shouldve asked about all that originally, again lol. So far I am very pleased with their level of customer service, professionalism, intuitive-ness and results. I highly recommend them!!! **update** I left this review on Tuesday. They showed up Thursday to mow the lawn and again put my Jerry rigged fence back when they didnt have to! I so appreciate these people. Im just a residential customer for lawn mowing services only, nothing extra, but they are going above and beyond. Again I highly recommend them!!!

Do not sign up for auto pay with this company. I ve canceled and they re still charging me. Really regret hiring them and they have poor customer service. Save yourself a headache and hire someone else.
Prichards is a great company. The owner is nice and can keep you on your toes, but he he is a good man and helped my son with getting a job for the summer
Poor job done on Newman Street. Need to hire better employees. Also cannot park the company vehicles whatsoever so apparently they dont need licenses either this is coming from truck M2
The receptionist was discriminating and not passing on my messages, for tree services. She assumed I was someone else. This is certainly not the way to conduct business.
I had a guy come out, gave me a pretty good estimate. Something came up on my end and the estimate expired. Thats my bad. But when I had them come out again he gave me a slightly higher estimate which I still took. He scheduled me and everything was set. He never showed up and everytime I call the office number the lady answering the phone just says she will make sure the boss calls me back. This went on for 3 months. Nobody ever came to do the job they accepted.

Hello just wanted to share my experience. I am a lawn care professional and have had numberous company s mowing my lawn in the past. I spend so much time focusing on turf type tall fescue lawns that I don t have the time to manage my own. I called Prichard s lawn care out spoke with Danny and the guys told them I like my lawn mowed high they call it TALL fescue. WOW what can I say the guys do an excellent job. Easy to pay once a month they come out anytime you need them weather permitting. If it s gonna rain on Wednesday they mow on the day before or day after. Lawn looks awsome everytime with no questions or doubt. I would highly recommend. If your looking for someone to manage your home lawn or business these are the true professionals to go too. My lawn hasn t looked better and they have the commercial grade equipment to get the job done right. I have had people in the past I tell them now high they cut it to the dirt and burn up the lawn. I understand they can t fix the problem if you don t talk them. Prichard s is first class all the way truly professional even with billing. They take check card or credit right over the phone easy way to pay. If you got questions they got answers. Hope this review helps.

Poor customer service! Trying to get a stump grinded out, some guy came by last Sat and just left something in my box - 4 days after I requested a quote. Called back Monday to ask more questions. The lady in the office said shed have him call me. Here we are on Friday. Nothing. Complete hold up on a project for almost two weeks now because one guy cant pick up the phone! Brutal.
