LawnStarter Lawn Care Service in Asheville

Disappointing and frustrating. My experience has been less than satisfactory. At first set up, the pros came and did an amazing job and I was so pleased. The next time they were scheduled, I received a message from the pro that I needed to find someone else. I called customer service, they scheduled someone to come out that weekend. No call, no show. I immediately canceled my service out of frustration. After speaking to my husband he said I was too rash. I called customer service back and began the service again thinking this was a one time thing and to give the opportunity to make it right. I was told a new pro would be assigned. I have yet to see anyone. We are on three weeks, multiple cs calls, and spoke with different customer service agents, Leo, Jassy, Bryan - all said all the right words but there were no actions taken. I had wanted to do additional services but now doubt the commitment and level of service they say they provide. Yet I continue to get emails about quoting new service. How can I trust the other services would be any different?!? There has been no follow up, no communication as to why, no reason for the delay and no inquiry on how to take things right. - Extremely disappointing.

This company is a SCAM ! They got me for $552.00. I’ve never used them before or had a lawn. One of there customers used my credit card number. I wasn’t able to get a refund for something I never used. I called customer service and no one could help me. It was also a scam. Do not use this company unless you want to be scammed.

BEWARE! POOR QUALITY + NEGLECTFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE! I can not begin to explain how awful this company is. I was canceled on 3 times without being notified. I travel for work, and didn't know about this until my roommate called to inform me the grass was almost 12" high. They mowed the next week and the time after, both times not week whacking large parts of the yard. I sent pictures with a ruler showing how high the grass was. The tech informed me he "ran out of gas" and returned to finish the yard and it STILL was not completed correctly. Furthermore, I was charged TWICE on my credit card for them to return and fix the job (which is still incomplete and sloppy). I have spent 4-5 hours w/ CS reps trying to speak with a supervisor, being told they can't transfer me or the service ticket was entered incorrectly. All I want is my money back. I have worked in customer service and management for 20 years. This is by far the most disrespect I have EVER received from a company.

It is a great model. I love the convenience of getting ordered my lawn service, like my pizza. You can pick the date and and time. You don't have to talk to anyone, just download the app and voila. You can come home and your lawn is cut. You also have the option to review your lawn guy and change him if you are not satisfied. There are various other lawn services available. It is probably a little more than just hiring a lawn guy of the street, however the convenience is totally worth it.

Super easy to use and customer service is very responsive. We were new to the area so it was great to get some help in finding great service for our lawn! Clyde has been here twice and he is fantastic!
