Exceptional service! They got me scheduled right away, and did a fantastic job on my property. I was hit pretty hard by the hurricane and when they were done, it looked as good as when I first bought my own. Above and beyond expectations. I highly recommend!

We had general drainage and cleanup work done at our house, and had a poor experience with Greensneakers. The work took much longer than expected, the quality of the work was poor, and the communication around both the project and the financial component was concerning. It felt like their approach was to do the least amount of work possible in order to complete the project (rather than to do it well). I would strongly recommend looking for other options in the area.

I contacted the owner of Green Sneakers before we went on vacation in August about lawn care services we wanted performed. He told me to text him and then re-contact him upon my return and we could schedule an appointment. Upon our return from vacation I called him on a Friday and he indicated he would come to our house for an estimate the following Monday. I called him Monday morning to confirm he was still coming to our house, and he indicated he would get there around 3:00. He did not show up. Nor did he call or text me to tell me that he was not going to come. The following day, I called and left a voice mail and a text to reschedule. He did not return my call or text. I waited a couple of days and tried again. Still no response. Again, this is after having a confirmed appointment. Finally, 18 days after he was supposed to show up at our house, I texted him and told him that we were moving on because we never got the courtesy of a phone call or text to either reschedule or explain to us why he was unable to do the work for us. Instead, all we had gotten was silence. In my text I indicated that it would only take 1 minute of his time to call or text me and simply let me know what was going on. I ended the text stating I was debating whether to write a Google review, because I very seldom write a review. Here’s where it gets interesting: 3 minutes after I sent this text, again 18 days after a missed appointment and no contact from him whatsoever, the owner texted me back, and said, “Go for it (meaning go ahead and leave a Google Review). People really care about what potential customers that we didn’t work for care. Everyone we actually work for leaves us 5 star reviews.” So, instead of apologizing for missing the appointment and never making any attempt to call or text us and explain what’s going on or rescheduling, the only time I hear back from him is when I indicate that I might leave a Google Review outlining my experience. Here’s the thing, I don’t think the owner understands customer service at all. He thinks potential new customers are only going to pay attention to the reviews of customers where he has actually performed the work. He believes customer service begins when he actually shows up and does the work. Customer service is the whole experience a customer has with a business beginning with the very first phone call to a business. How a customer is treated throughout the contact experience with a business does matter to most people. As for us, we contacted 3 other lawn care companies after Green Sneakers blew us off. All three had excellent reviews. All 3 showed up for their appointments. All three gave us proposals. So, by Green Sneakers not showing up for our appointment, it actually turned out to be a good thing, because we are now working with a company that has been very good at staying in contact with us and has treated us with respect.

I am putting my house on the market. I wasn’t able to get my yard ready for the pictures for the listing. I call this company and was able to get the team over very quickly to help me out. They did an amazing job and very professional. I highly recommend them to everyone in Asheville. 10/10 on everything.

Wow!! I am in love with new front yard. They did so amazing work to my yard. My 3 (4) legged babies also love their new yard. My client and people who are walking by my house love the work that Luke and his team did to my yard. Thank you for your professionalism from the beginning to the end.

We engaged Luke and his company to procure and install sod for our yard. He communicates well with clients, he makes suggestions, his entire crew is polite and hardworking. Our yard is absolutely beautiful now. We highly recommend this company and highly compliment the people who are part of it. We will definitely do more business with them.

I've had the crew out several times now. Twice for Fall leaf cleanup, which is massive at my house, and a few times just to help me get on top of regular yard cleanup and mowing. Plan to have them out early spring to mulch. They are thorough, pleasant, prompt, professional, and reasonably priced. Will only use them for outside help. I feel like I can count on them.

I am very satisfied with the work Brandon did. He is a very hard working guy and you won’t find better. He put his heart into the work to make sure it was done right. Not only did he pressure wash he cleaned the 2ft trees growing in my gutters. I had neighbors stopping while I was outside saying how good it looked. He got the dirt,mold, grime off the roof and made it look new. I am so impressed with the work. Thank you Brandon - you did an amazing job! It is everything I was told it would be.
