We had our front landscape cleaned up and redone. Everything looks great and I felt they really listened to what we wanted. Tommy and Fred took great care of everything on site and Ben was great at communicating the status.

Tommy, George and Andrew did a wonderful job getting rid of the lawn and replacing with accent rocks, mulch and plants. They extended a stone pathway with flagstone steps around the house to our patio.

We were able to schedule a first consultation quickly and had a finalized plan within a few days. Natural Scapes completely transformed our backyard. I want to show off our new outdoor space; it is AMAZING. I have never felt such an urge to have people over. Tommy and the entire crew at Natural Scapes were a pleasure to work with from start to finish. They installed a closed drain system for our gutters, a flagstone walkway, and a garden bed. We found Tommy to be easy going and easy to get along with. He was willing to listen to our ideas and happy to share his ideas when asked. We took a (small) chance and gave him free reign to design the walkway and garden bed and couldnt be happier with the results. His experience and thoughtful design really shows. Communication was great from start to finish and the crew put in long hours and lots of hard work under the summer sun. I hired them to fix my fenced portion of the yard and am extremely happy with the results! The grass was ruined by a recently acquired puppy digging in the yard - we asked for a solution that wasnt grass and they worked with us to find an affordable solution that is safe for the dog! I am embarrassed to tell anyone we have PAID a lawn care service!! Our lawn is brown with green weeds. We have called several times with promises we will take care of it still full of weeds! We will be looking for a new service. The first couple years were great and now it is embarrassing.

Seriously WNC you need to check into this company for any and all of your outside Landscaping and up keeping needs! Theyve helped us a couple times for smaller projects, but next spring we are awaiting a much larger project getting our front yard back in proper shape again then once we get into our shop they will help us there as well. They care about their customers and find ways to help anyway possible.

Tommy Klein is part scientist and part artist. The design exceeded my expectations. The install was smooth. We are thrilled with the project. Our new home and grounds will be spectacular as it matures.

Tommy and Thomas at Natural Scapes turned out an awesome landscape project. Their crew was very attentive to detail and nice and neat as well. For any Landscaping projects I would look no further hundred percent recommend them.

I picked Natural Scapes to do some drainage work on my property and what an awful experience we had. We hired them to install catch basin and redirect water that would pool during heavy rains. They came out one day (without notifying us in advance what day/time they would be coming) and put in the catch basin also tying in some gutters. However, after they dug trench and did the work they did not to the proper grading work to direct water into the catch basin, compact soil properly, add grass seed, etc. The yard was left an absolute mess! They said theyd be back in several weeks and after we had some rain and water was pooling worse then ever before. Water was only trickling out of the exit pipe (which by the way was put directly outside the front door of our house, very poor placement). I called Tommy several times to try to get him to resolve this issue. He had one worker come out who said it only needed some grading work and theyd be coming out to fix. A couple more days went by and they still had not been out to fix and so called Tommy again. He came out finally to look at it himself and rather than trying to do the proper grading/other work necessary to fix everything he informed he thought that was not the proper drainage system (one he had recommended) and then tried to get me to pay for another drainage system. I asked Tommy to do a partial refund which I thought was fair given the frustrating experience, which he refused. I would definitely NOT recommend this company if you have any drainage work you need completed.

The people at Natural Scapes do great work and they care! I have a horribly steep slope that I neglect due to briars and such. They made wonderful recommendations on how they could manage it, worked hard to cut back the ugly stuff, and planted plants that I love. Now I can spend my time working in the garden instead. It is refreshing in Asheville to have a company that not only calls you back, but they show up on time too.

I purchased a home with more landscaping than I could manage. Natural Scapes brought it under control for me. When I had an emergency situation where a tree feel and blocked my driveway, they were there the next morning to help get it out of the way. Working with Natural Scapes was an easy, enjoyable and wonderful experience. They returned our phone call promptly and showed up when they said they would, ON TIME every time. We worked with Denny, who was one of the nicest guys. He helped redesign our whole yard, sat down with us and brought us pictures. They dont do a halfway job and take the money and go. The genuinely want you to be happy and come up with a beautiful, natural and easy landscape like we asked. The workers were so nice and worked hard all day, multiple days. Denny has followed up numerous times to see how our new trees and plants are doing. He was one of the easiest and professional people we have ever worked with. He has gone above and beyond checking on our newly planted plants while we were on vacation and even left us a sprinkler so a neighbor could water better for us while we were away. Service like that is hard to find in Asheville! Three companies took weeks to even return a call when we intially we looking for quotes, but Natural Scapes called back that day. We have received many compliments and will never use another company but them again for anything related to landscaping. Could not recommend Denny and the team more, it was so refreshing to work with such nice people, fair prices and people who are passionate about what they do.

I needed an estimate to replace a hedge my neighbor inadvertently cut down and Denny was right there offering many different scenarios and plans. He was so totally willing to work out any landscape idea I had and offered tremendous advise. The estimates were priced reasonably too. Im giving 4 stars because I ended up going a totally different route from putting in a new hedge. I appreciate the professionalism of this company.

Ive tried the other big name ones around Asheville but with out a doubt Natural Scapes services were top notch and they were just great people to work with.
