Woke up and found this company had trespassed on my property to put in yard signs. Trespassing on private property to put yard signs in yards that are maintained by other companies is both illegal and deceptive business practice.

Im revising my initial review. Ben reached out both by phone and in person during their second visit. Just like the person when I initially called, he was very polite and professional. There was some miscommunication about the charge for the initial visit which was higher than I had expected. It wasnt explained that an initial visit is 1.5 times the weekly rate plus an upcharge if the grass is over 6 at $1.50/minute per man hour. So, I understand the reason for what I was charged. He also explained that he had tried to knock on the door during the initial visit to discuss things with me, but I wasnt home. Original review with the problem redacted: They were polite and professional on the phone, gave a quote over the phone and they came one week later to mow. The job was done well.

Augusta did a great job. Ben came out to quote a job and ended up spending 20 min helping me adjust my fence gate when he didnt have to. They came out when scheduled, cleaned up nicely after the job and were very professional.

Made my front yard look great. Ben was easy to work with.

They left trash on my lawn. I dont use their service but, I found their sales brochure laying on the ground by my front door. It was left there, no doubt, by someone they pay to hang the brochure on door knobs. At least they havent called my phone to try to sell me their services - thats why I gave them 2 stars.

This place has been great at communicating every step of the way. They were honest and upfront when they found they could not take on our landscaping project, but their prices for mowing and leaf blowing services are reasonable and they are responsive, prompt, and very professional. Will definitely be using them again!

I am not a customer of Integrity, my neighbor is. I am posting this because of a positive experience that deserves recognition. During a routine maintenance of my neighbor s yard an accident occurred where my fence was damaged. They were very upfront and apologetic about the incident and worked as hard as they could to get this issue resolved. The parts for my fence took a long time to arrive but that is no fault of Integrity s, we stayed in constant contact about when parts would be available. As soon as parts were available, they had it fixed as good as new. If I ever need lawn service, I know that this is a company I could trust to do a quality a job because they do a great job with my neighbor s lawn care. It is also comforting to know that they are good people just looking to do a quality job and run a successful business. Thank you!

We are seniors and whatever job we ask them to do is done with no worry on our part. Everyone who works with Integrity Lawn Care is very nice to deal with...especially the young lady who works in the office. We plan to avail ourselves of there services as long as they are in business and so are we!

I have used several other companies over the years, but sadly never the same company for more than one season. I have been using Integrity for mowing for a while. They are so professional and their management is amazing letting you know if you will be off schedule for any reason. This is the second year (fall, 2019) we had Integrity Lawn Care perform aeration, over-seeding and fertilizing. Our lawn showed a noticeable improvement after the first treatment in the fall 2018. Recently used Integrity Lawn Care to clean and take care of some unwanted items in my yard. They were very reliable with the whole process. Consultation to final delivery! They work quick, which fit perfectly into my busy schedule. Overall, I would use them again and again!

I used Integrity Lawn to araerate my lawn. They did a great job.I will not hesitate to use them again. I will highly recommend them to my family and friends.

The young men that come to my house on a weekly basis, generally do a good job. There are a few things that I don t like about how they run their business. Now, keep in mind they are growing fast so these may just be growing pains. First of all, the last service that we used would knock on our door and ask us if we wanted them to still mow in the dog days of summer when the grass wasn t growing. Integrity just mows it, and charges us. Also, if we do call ahead of time and ask them to skip, they charge $10. Not uncommon, but I just don t like that. There was one situation where my wife picked a bunch of weeds and had them piled on our concrete walkway, and the guy blowing the grass blades blew the entire large pile of weeds into the yard. That was a small issue, but the real problem was the response of the company. Rather than just apologizing and telling me that they would let the guys know, the lady defended them and acted like they were justified. That rubbed me the wrong way. I also have multiple dents in my fence. I can t prove that it was them, but they keep popping up and no one else is bringing big machines into my back yard. They also raised my weekly rate by 25% from last season to this season. All in all, they do a fine job on the lawn, but the company needs to get their business in order. I wish them the best of luck. Great management and service!!

Company has a policy to not cut grass if you are 2 invoices behind (total of $50), with no notification to let you know. I can appreciate this policy, but no attempt was made to let me know this. I accidentally overlooked the last invoice, my own fault, but what happened to customer service and reaching out to people. Of course, I found out this policy when my grass was already over a week from the last cut.

Great company! Easy to schedule and easy to pay. They have done a great job every time and they are very affordable.

Great prices and reliable. I def recommend. Only disappointment is lack of accepting cash or checks or I wouldve given 5 stars. Price did go up by $5 after changing to the credit card thing and I have a feeling thats why, due to credit card processing fees. For long time customers with good track records of paying, why not give them payment options? Charge an extra processing fee for those using a card.

They came out to do a survey they just drove by. My wife called the office and they said no because there are retaining walls and hills. What kind of lazy ass people they got working for them.
