NatureCare Lawn Services in Arlington

I was really excited to work with this company after being recommended by our neighbors. My initial call was quick and the owner came out, was very friendly, very knowledgeable. After I received my quote I am not sure what happened but initially I was told the person who does appointments was out. I called back the day she was supposed to be back, we missed each others call. I was expecting an email, I never got one. Once I got ahold of this person they told me they would follow up, they did two weeks later only to tell me they would call me in the morning. They never did….I have tried calling and now no one answers. I have waited a month now with no install date. I expected at least en email with some communication, not to constantly get ran around. I get it, this is busy season but communication is everything.

Quite by chance I stopped in at NatureCare on Arkansas back in March. I was looking for fire wood and much to my delight, I met Faron and his wife. It is now the middle of May and my front yard and back yard has been transformed into a beautiful setting for my grandson's graduation party. I gave Faron my deadline, and he and his crew were able and ready to do the ultimate makeover for us. They did an excellent job with all the planing and planting in many different areas of our yard. I've also hired them to be my lawn care team for the summer. They do things even before I see it needs to be done. I have been with this company for years and have had no issues until now. Wednesday are my scheduled mow days called last week to see why lawn was not mowed because the back has different grass then the front and it is getting tall said they would try to get someone out there and apparently could not so i called yesterday and was told would get done and when I got home last night it was not. Left a message last night and figured I would get a call back next day with an apology and apparently they are not interested in keeping long term customers. So now searching for a new lawn service.

It’s so sad when you do a poor job and blame it on our neighbor’s yards, us not watering enough or anything else you can blame it on. Our yard has never had so many weeds until this year. Our friend warned us that since Gino left, the service has been lackluster and he’s right.

My landlord uses this company. I have lived at this location for three years. The landscapers contiguously leave the arear messy. They will move furniture and not put it back (see picture #3). It was never bad enough to complain about until now. As you see in the first two pictures, they cut my TV/ internet cable. The owners themselves claim that "they see how this could have happened, and it is not their responsibility". That is like getting your tires rotated, and the mechanic cuts your break line. Is the proper response that we see how this could happen, but it is not our responsibility!? Furthermore, I have now tried to respond to those claims. However, they are now non-responsive. I have call a total of six times in two days, and have left four voicemails. I would never use this company for anything. They will not return your phone call if and when something happens. We’ve been using NatureCare for just over 2 years for our lawn. Every spring, our property is the talk of the neighborhood, due to the beautiful seasonal color installations provided by Nature Care’s knowledgeable staff. Our regular maintenance team is efficient and leaves our property looking sharp. All of the ladies in the office are very professional- and where helpful with addressing any concerns regarding scheduling, project details, and updates we needed. They are busier in the spring- but despite being fully booked due to last years freeze in February- they still made our project a priority. We cannot recommend their services highly enough- terrific family run local business.

I just wanted to bring a couple of things to your attention if possible, - Hope the phone conversation was recorded so if you really care I suggest you listen to it. - I agree you chemical treated my lawn for the last 4yrs and I was a loyal "trusted customer" till I was not satisfied with the service you provided in February and April. Since I called to cancel go ahead refund the amount you didn't provided service for and let's call it a day. I've been a customer almost 4 years. I never have to call to complain till recently. Paid my dues on November 2020 and approved full year charge in January 2021 they fail to do so. I had to call again they charged the remaining full year. Then they charged small fee the next month when I called they apologized reverse the fee. But the service was very poor. They don't take care the lawn the way they use to. Although they claim they provided the service the weeds taking over the lawn when called their respond was the rain. I called again today after a month for lack of service to cancel my service the secretary Chloe was unprofessional not following any ethics and trying to talk over me repeatedly at first I asked respectfully to let me talk but afterwards I couldn't take her ignorance not to recognize my request to speak with a management. When the company was owned by Gino it was awesome. I think they're only there because of Gino's reputation. Not reliable or professional. Please watch you bill closely, I wouldn't trust them. I'm waiting to see my refund.

I have used this company for several years for my lawn mowing and fertilizing. Their crews always do a wonderful job. I recently had a rotting back retaining wall replaced by them. It is such an improvement! We followed up with a complete front yard landscape replacement. The curb appeal change is amazing. Faron did an outstanding job with design and plant choices. He also stayed within my budget. The employees are courteous and very hard working. I would highly recommend this company.
