My yard was hit by a fungus and lost alot of grass.they have been excellent in getting my yard back in BEAUTIFUL shape.always in communication with me on what is being put down and when..I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company ..ALSO HAVE HAD NO WEEDS SINCE I STARTED USING THEM.

Weve used Hamann Weed Control for two or three years now. When they started treating our corner lot, the lawn was in terrible shape, with damage in some places and grass burs all through two-thirds of our yard. Today the patchiness is mostly gone, and all the grass burs. Our lawn looks great!

I decided to use Hamman Weed control when I couldn t get rid of the nutsedge and also trying to figure out the timing for pre emergent. The service is great and it has helped tremendously! Kurtis keeps us updated and cares about his clients.

It s super even, great color and soft to walk on. He was able to recover some dead areas I had like a huge patch after removing a basketball hoop and some areas where the sprinklers weren t hitting. The other thing I noticed is that before, every year I d get a bunch of weeds that I then had to pull/fight off. As where this year, I never got any weeds to begin with. They also helped me remove some moles that were digging holes in my yard. Yard people can be flaky. This company communicates well and delivers on the quality of service. In all, it s been a great experience and even better results. Highly recommend for any type of lawn care.

Kurtis is great! I love the improvement in my yard. My lot is about 10,000sqft. and was mostly weeds and bare spots when I bought the house. Now its mostly grass and few weeds. I still have some work to do on the yard, but what he has been able to achieve in about 2 yrs. has simplified my landscaping needs in places I thought I couldnt grow grass. I highly recommend

I am not an expert but have had success over the years with my home. After moving a couple of years ago to a new house with an awful landscape situation, I chose to get some help. I started using Hamann this year after some dissapointing results from a different company. I cant tell you enough how great the results were for my yard. Its thick and green with almost no weeds. After using other companies and then using Hamann, its no comparison. Even this late in the year my grass is the only yard in my neighborhood to be very green. I reached out to Hamann Landscape because I didnt want a franchise company doing my yard maintenance but instead a mom & pop type company. They have been servicing my yard for almost a year if not longer and my yard looks great because of them. They even went the extra mile and took me because Im sort of out of their service area. The owner also contacts me if they have a reason why they may not come or any sort of reason they may not be there which is not very often. Use this company for your lawn care needs!

Fast efficient service!

I recently moved to the area and immediately looked for lawn care services. This business was responsive and I immediately received a date for service. They came to cut the front lawn and nothing else. I inquired about services to find out my backyard should be included. They said yes and came out to cut the front lawn two more times. I asked again if the services include the backyard and Kurtis says yes. Still to this day my backyard is untouched. I have reached out via email and telephone. Its been five days and nothing from Kurtis. I called to complain about service and apparently Kurtis is the manager of the whole business. This business has absolutely terrible customer service especially if this is coming from management or the owner. I did not feel valued as a customer and the experience was not worth it. I asked for my card not to be charged until service is complete and they continued to do so twice. I will upload proof of my statement shortly after. Photos and emails. Day 5: No communication. I will update every day that this business doesnt communicate. ***Update: The business requested for me to remove my review after I told them that I would create this review if theres no communication by about when the services will be provided. Over 90% of my communication occured via email and it shows that I requested a confirmation of being scheduled. Theres an opportunity for this business to increase the number of stars and receive an updated review. This will only occur after I feel that my customer services expectations have been met. *** Yes the business came the next day after I left this review and did the work. Coming to do the work after the review is a reaction. Once they have proven excellent customer service in a few more experiences, I will update my review.

I had reached out to them to come cut my lawn. They were highly unresponsive and won t show up on days when they say they will show up. They won t even contact you to say they won t come. You just figure out when you notice it s the end of the day and your yard still looks overgrown. The one time they did come, they did sloppy work and left grass cuttings in the yard. If you value responsive communication and good customer service then don t book with this company. I am beyond frustrated by my experience with them.

We have used Hamann Landscape and lawn care for two years now and they do an excellent job. They are very professional and courteous, We use them for mowing services, weed and fertilizer treatment and leaf clean up in the Fall. I highly recommend them, you will not be disappointed.

I ve been using Hamann Landscape for a while now. I usually receive an e-mail about the date and time they are coming to cut the grass, and I also receive a receipt the services every time they come. When I text Kurtis, he always responds. I highly recommend them.

We move here from Kansas over 1 year ago, the house we rented need some help front flower bed, this guys done great job, getting it all clean up.

Kurtis has had a crew that didn t notice the small obvious stuff but I did give him a chance and reach out to him. I let him know all that went wrong etc. He did more than take care of a client. He went above and beyond. He will take time out of his day anytime for his clients which most businesses I ve come across do not do at all. Again he s above and beyond, takes full ownership and then makes it happen. Excellent caring service and zero complaints of their work. He even takes the time to detail what can and cannot be done with just general questions. I would recommend him to everyone near me and god willing he s cutting the whole 76016 area all together. Slow to respond. Been over 2 weeks since we scheduled our first mow. Still waiting. No response. Do not recommend.

Very rude and unprofessional. I requested to meet with someone before the first service and was available 5 days a week every week and they could not accommodate for the first service. The lawn cuts were often patchy and poorly weedeated. I also used the weed maintenance services and after the last 2 services I had army worms infest my back yard. I had requested a lawn cut for last week and they said they could do it, but never showed up. I asked when they were coming and they said that they had put me on the wrong week again and would be out Wednesday. Whe I got home Wednesday and found my lawn still had nit been cut I asked when they would be coming and they were very rude. I ended up requesting to have all of my services canceled because the person was sending me such rude and aggressive text messages. I requested that he stop contacting me and he continued to send rude and more aggressive text messages until 10:00pm even after me requesting that he stop several times! I do not appreciate having a man try to intimidate me like that. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

Called for an appointment to let us know what was wrong with our yard was told someone would come out to do a soil test and see what was wrong with our yard. Called again 4 days later, someone different, and told us they couldnt come out unless we signed up for service. Rude and not very customer service friendly. Not to mention I had to call them back because I never received a call back. Their personnel need to communicate better and be better informed. The first initial call shouldve told us they wouldnt come out for a one time service to tell us what was wrong with our grass.

These guys are fantastic! They have been cutting my lawn for a few weeks now. They are right on time and, to me, pays attention to detail to cutting and edging my lawn. I have an above ground pool with exposed pipes. They edge around it and no damage to my equipment.

Due to a glitch in the system the mowing crew came out despite no service request; however he did not charge me for the service and swiftly responded to my text message. Was new to the area and needed a company to mow the lawn. Had a hard time getting people to show-up! Found Hamann Landscaping Service. Everything is done electronically. I get a reminder text the evening before. If they re unable to come (i.e., rain - only once), I receive a text updating me on the new day/time. They do what they say they ll do, are reasonably priced, and do good work. Highly recommend.

Hamann Landscape is the 3rd lawn service Ive used since moving into my house and, as they say, the 3rd times the charm. They are reliable, communicative and affordable. Id recommend them confidently to anyone looking for lawn service.

I used their services in 2016 and they did a good job. In 2017, however, after waiting several weeks I decided to go with someone else.

Let me start this with- I will be happy to validate my poor rating with messages back and forth between myself and this service should you like to see. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I should have known from our first interaction to avoid this company. I asked what a one time service would cost so I could assess the quality of their work. The owner replied they do not do single services because its typically someone that just wants their lawn taken care of once, well yea. But I agreed ok I would like every two weeks then. I was given a quote based on hourly and the three man service crew. I asked about bushes to which I was told it was extra depending on the amount of time it takes them to complete it. I said fine I would like my bushes done as well. Out of the 2 and half months I used this company I had to ask every time except one for them to please remember my bushes. The last time I was curious as to how long they spent at my home as I was told it was based on time. I discovered my three man crew was actually only one here and there because they split my hour between my home and a neighbors. It only took 40 minutes between the two homes. They did not edge entirely and didnt do my bushes once again. I reported this to the owner he made them come fix the edging but not the bushes and still charged me. I had to ask over and over to pleas come finish and the owner then proceeded to tell me he was sorry he had a stroke and couldnt respond quickly to messages. I asked over and over for my bushes to be done now 2 and half weeks later they were still not done. I was told they wouldnt be able To fix them until they could work me in again. Avoid the hassle they are over priced for mediocre work. This has been way too much hassle for a lawn care service.

I hired this company for lawn service every two weeks. The first time was okay. The second time was a mess and I had to clean up clippings that were blown on my patio and large clumps of mud left on my front lawn. I notified the owner and he assured me that he never hears complaints about the crew that did my yard. The next time they were there, they skipped half the front lawn and had the mower setting so high I could scarcely tell if the backyard was cut at all. I had to take my hand mower and finish the job myself. I paid the invoice but terminated the service. Mr. Hamann then said he would refund the last invoice because I was not satisfied. That never happened. Shoddy work and doesnt do what he says he will do.

Before finding Hamann Landscape Services, I had used several companies that never provided regular service and they always blamed it on the rain. Well, it still rains as much as it ever has. Yet with Hamann Landscape Services, I never have problems with staying on a routine schedule - they make the adjustments seamlessly and I never have to be concerned. My lawn care went so well that I opted for Hamann Landscape leaf blowing last fall. I was a bit nervous because it is not a set price...but the pricing and the quality of the leaf blowing service went well each week. I was never disappointed and the crew providing the service decided when to stop. I never had any angst about unnecessary billing...and I looked forward to seeing all the leaves gone each week...it was great! When spring came, using the fertilizer service offered by Hamann Landscape Services was an easy decision Best of all, for all of this, I only have to communicate with one person - and he is the very same person that I spoke with when I made my first appointment - he is wonderful. It is a nice professional touch...not having to speak with an operator or spouse before connecting with the person that does the work with the crews. Another wonderful experience about being with Hamann Landscape is related to the men (and women) employed for the work crews . Terrible service did not even edge all they want is your money very pricy and service sucks. Owner even tried to change my email password, why should he even be trying to get into my email???? Beware do not use this person.... BAD. SERVICE!!!!!!# I hired a new lawn service and I have no problems. I used hannon one time and changed right away my neighbors even said how hannan service was terrible. I asked for them to pick up payment even though the service was bad and. I was told they cant pick it up even though they were here. Now they want to pick up the money all of a sudden there around the area. Very dis honest people. If you want a good lawn service contact All Grass they will do a perfect job. Beware dishonest service and people with hannon. All of a sudden I should be available for them when they want your money but when I wanted to pay after service they said they couldnt take it because its an inconvenience. Do not hire hannan.

This crew is hands down the best landscaping crew Ive had. Ive had other crews leave behind clippings or the edging wasnt great or something wasnt complete or the service was inconsistent and I never knew when they were coming. Im always pleased with how awesome and clean my yard looks after these guys come out. They come out on a regular schedule. I also love the online invoicing, great pricing, and how Kurtis checks in to see how they can serve me better.

Hamann Landscape was a godsend for us! Our weekends are so busy that the most we can manage lawn care-wise is to mow and edge. When we realized raking our leaves was going to take up almost the whole weekend (thanks to all the lovely live oaks around our house), we decided to call in the professionals. There was no better feeling than coming home from work one day and finding ALL of our leaves gone! They did a fantastic job and were extremely affordable. Well be using them again next year!

Great service! Requested my front yard to be cleared of leaves, they came and did it while I was at work, and Ill receive an invoice via email which I can pay online. Cant beat that for convenience and they did a great job, too.

Due to being at work, they make it convenient to text or email requests/questions. They have always been prompt in service and we have one of the best yards in the neighborhood. :) It doesnt matter if ts leaf removal or grass mowing etc. Due to the great customer service, affordable price and convenience, they will always be my favorite landscape vendor.

Once we got the service set up, it was very easy and simple. Being able to pay for the service via PayPal was a big bonus, as it meant I did not have to be at the house to pay them when the service was performed. The services were performed on time at the regularly discussed intervals, and once the season was over, discontinuing service took just a quick email. 10/10 - would use again.

Hamann Landscape is both professional and efficient. They have been servicing my home for half a year now. They are easy to contact via text or phone call. I have a beagle and they are pet friendly and always make sure my beagle is safely inside and locked up before leaving. My lawn is in great shape and they have even given me tips for my yard.
