I called A-1 Lawn Care to get my lawn cut because my son who usually does it is ill. I called on Friday and was told someone would be out on Sunday. I waited around all day Sunday and when I called no answer. Later on Sunday I received a text message stating they were behind and will be here on Monday. Today (Monday) I sent a text message at 2:30 to see if they were still planning on coming out. I received a one word reply, “yes”. The guy finally arrived at 4:30. I saw he was out there and I heard the lawnmower. I looked to see if he was still there, he was gone. The lawn doesn’t look like it was cut at all. I texted the number to say what the hell happened to my lawn cut. The lady who answered called her husband (The owner) who said it was cut uneven due to the ground being uneven. There are actual tall pieces of grass all over. That has nothing to do with uneven ground. It looks like his blade needs to be sharpened. I’ve had others fill in for my son before and I’ve never had my lawn look like this when they were done. I initially decided to give this guy a chance since he cleaned my gutters earlier this year. Never again. He never tried to rectify the situation just continued to demand his payment. Not professional at all.

They assembled and prepared 2 large raised planter boxes on wheels. I was beyond pleased with not only their work, but their responsiveness, professionalism, and a great price! I will definitely call them again for other projects. Thank you so much!
