Lou and his team were fabulous to work with. From the beginning quote, through the endless talks about how the backyard layout should be out together, he helped us every step through the 6 week process. We finished the project in Dec 2024 and we could not be happier with the outcome. Lotus Landscaping completed a total change from a small patio to a large space to host parties!!! Lou was a pleasure to work with and his co team (Eddie and crew) were always able to and willing to answer all of our questions on the status of project and how to upkeep the patio after the project has been completed. We would definitely recommend Lotus Landscaping for any small or large project!!!

We worked with Lou to replace a very old Patio when we moved into our home last year. They also did a bunch of other projects in the backyard. First of all, dealing with Lou is wonderful. He is courteous, always on time and very knowledgeable about what he does. His quote was very reasonable, the best pricing out of everything I got quoted on by various companys and he and his team were very professional throughout. They bought the tile, materials, excavated our patio fully, removed the garbage and redid the entire brick just like i wanted. Also took out a couple of very large trees after much discussion and advice because of the issues they created for the safety of the house, he got permits and planted new trees in our backyard. He went an extra mile and added beautiful lighting under our new steps as well as created a little pathay with the leftover bluestone that wasnt in the contract . I highly recommend this company and services they offer. I will add photos of their work soon.

I had a fall cleanup done. All the foliage was overgrown and a mess. Ivan, Dickie and Norberto were on time and executed an exemplary job. They were nice and worked hard. They did such a wonderful fall cleanup of my property. Every morning I look out and I am so happy. I should of took before and after photos. Anyways, I highly recommend Lotus Landscaping and Design. We have used Lotus for multiple projects around our house and always impress with them. The work always looks phenomenal! But what separates Lotus from their competition is the responsiveness and care for their clients. I always know I can get a hold of them and get a resolution on my needs quickly. Reliability is not easy to find, and weve found it in Lotus.

Lou and his team are great! Had moved into a house last year and after having a privacy fence put in, my yard was a mess. Also had 3 large trees and several large stumps in the back that prevented sunlight to grow the grass. Lou gave me a fair quote to have the trees removed, yard leveled and seeded. My front and back yard are now a night and day difference from where we started. Lou s team even came back out to do some more leveling/sodding in the front a few months later when the weather started to drop. I recommend lotus for anyone looking to redo their landscaping.

Lou, Eddie, and his team did a wonderful job designing and building a beautiful retention wall for our home. At first the project appeared to be a massive undertaking . Lou gave great ideas and inspiration for the retention wall and built us something more beautiful then we had envisioned. Lou and his team worked diligently to finish the project within two days and communicated effectively throughout the entire project. This was the second time we used Lotus Landscaping for our landscaping project and would happily use them again!

The best landscaper in Arlington Heights! Lou and his team are consistent, reliable and do a wonderful job on our weekly lawn service. We have used other landscapers in the past who would not communicate and miss weeks. Not with Lotus. They are above and beyond better than the rest. I just want to tell you that Lotus just completed an addition to my paver patio. We have been using Lotus Landscaping over the past two years transforming our backyard into our ideal outdoor living space. The first year we put in a proper paver patio along with a fire pit, grilling station and walkways. The second year they completed the landscaping and planting giving us privacy and a relaxing green space. From my initial phone call Lou was very quick and courteous with an estimate of the work I needed. His crew was very respectful of my property and did a wonderful job trimming and shaping the bushes. Everything was cleaned up and left looking beautiful !

Lotus was great! They fixed a drainage problem beautifully, and installed a garden bed the length of the front of the house. Lou was especially flexible to accommodate us and our ideas. We would definitely call Lotus again if we need to.

We needed some landscaping design and installation done around some gutter drainage and around our patio. He came out several times to discuss options, his crew always showed up on time and did amazing work. Lou and his team did a great job installing a row of beautiful and tall arborvitaes with a rock border. I love how it turned out! His team worked quickly and neatly and I would definitely hire them again!

We are very pleased with the work. That Lotus Landscaping and Design has completed for us. They planted 12, 6 foot bushed, 15 tall grass, remove and replaced 2 bushes that were already there, added 2 more bushes and rebuilt the retaining wall that was leaning. Adding YET ANOTHER 5 star review from this business because they are truly nothing less. Lotus landscaping gave us a quote immediately and came out for a spring cleanup and mulch within a couple days. They did a PHENOMENAL job and more than expected!! Yard clean up, cutting, mowing, aerating, and mulch! Our yard went from withered and full of debris to a gorgeous green landscape that we are more than proud of. From start to finish, the communication was amazing. We were alerted when it was too wet and rainy to proceed and they came the following day to make sure everything was perfect. I also loved the way they took special care of our multiple plants and bushes to shape them and restore health. I couldnt be happier and will use them in years to come. Thanks again lotus!!! Overall Lotus Landscaping did a great job transforming our walk up, driveway and backyard. They expanded our walkway and driveway with new pavers after restoring them and making our stoops safe to use again. As for the backyard, they salvaged our old pavers and mixed them in with our new pavers to give us a unique and larger patio with a seating wall. We appreciate the dedication the team had to completing our project in a timely manner. We d definitely recommend them

Spring cleaning with Lou and his crew went above and beyond. Lou and his office manager were always quick to respond and happy to answer all questions via text and email. They were able to get our cleaning done within the week and two of our neighbors ended up hiring them too once seeing their work. Highly recommend and will be long time customers.

If there s a problem, he always wants to correct any issues or concerns. We recently had a tree removed and we were very happy with that process too.

We highly recommend Louts. We needed some major help this year with our entire yard. The projects felt overwhelming: 3 trees needed to be removed, downspouts buried, sod installed in many areas of our lawn, and new landscape/garden design in the front of our house. This was in addition to our regular Spring clean up, which included all our garden clean up, mulch, lawn aeration & thatching. Basically every inch of our yard needed work... Thank goodness for Lotus. Lou was so professional, easy to work with, knowledgeable and had a great crew working with him. Needed a huge amount of bushes around my property removed before installing a new fence. Lotus worked with me to make sure the job was done on short notice, before the fence was scheduled to go in. They had to deal with an old metal fence entangled in the bushes that made the job much harder, but they took the time to finish the job right, and at a good price.

Lou and his crew did an awesome job revamping my front yard by removing old bushes and plants, planting new boxwood and hydrangeas, and burying a downspout extension underground. They were reasonably priced, professional and quick. Will definitely be using them again for future landscaping projects!

Lotus Landscaping did a great job of building a retaining wall in our front yard. Lou and his team were very professional, and started the project when they said they would and finished it when they said they would. Could not have asked for anything better. They did not need to ask us for any help with the design, they were confident with what they were doing and we loved that. There was no hand holding, everything was done by them perfectly. We have gotten a lot of compliments from neighbors on the retaining wall as well. I added a before and after picture.

Lotus did a knockout job of planting 24 arborvitae as a green screen from my neighbors along the left and right sides of my home. They planted great quality shrubs. Lou was super responsive with great followup and his crew was extremely hardworking and respectful. Would definitely recommend them.

Lou and his office assistant, Jessie are AMAZING! Both are super responsive and genuinely care about making their customers happy. After being pleased with her experience with Lou, my mom referred me to him for my project. Lou gave me such a fair price on redoing my backyard- removing old grass, leveling yard, adding a rock border around my deck and installing sod. We also dreamed up the idea to add a rock garden in a small space on the side of my house. I highly recommend them for any of your yard projects! You won t be disappointed!!

Lotus Landscaping did an Amazing job providing Spring Clean Up with our yard in Palatine! They cleaned up the flower beds, trimmed all the bushes/trees and put down new mulch. They also aerated the lawn and provided an initial spring fertilizer.

We are recently moved into a single-family home that had been a rental property for 6 years. Little to no maintenance had been done in the garden beds over those 6 years and the property was overrun with a museum collection worth of weeds, thistles, dead stumps, and buckthorn as tall as the powerlines. We had our paver patio re-leveled. They did a great job. Once we got on the schedule, they came and spent a day and a half. It looks great!

I cannot say enough great things about Lou and Lotus Landscaping. Through a friend, we found them and first had an estimate drawn up. I first noticed how quickly (very important to me) Lou responded to me whether it be via call or text. He gave me an estimated date the requested work would start and be completed (stood by it, even with some additional changes we requested after the fact). We did a total remodel of our backyard and wanted a brick firepit built in and a brick retention wall along the front of our house, and the results are phenomenal! The details in their brick work had all my neighbors envious to have Lou and team start on their yards... The work far surpassed my expectations as they strive for perfection and go to any length to make the customer happy. I highly recommend them if you want not only an absolutely beautiful yard/brick work but a great experience as well. Lou is authentic and awesome to work with, he runs a great company. My only regret is that I wish we would have found him sooner.

Lou and his team completed a large landscaping project and built us a retaining wall and stairs around our new patio. We moved into a home that had not been lived in consistently in four years and when our landscaping contact was unable to finish the job due to illness, Lou stepped up big time! They did a 180 for our property on our leaf problem, the bushes are neat and tidy for the first time since we moved in, and they also did some tree trimming for us thanks to the recent high winds cracking branches onto our garage and into our backyard.
