Can t say enough about Evergreen. They are quick and efficient each and every week mowing our yard. In addition this year we had them redo the landscape of our yard and it looks phenomenal! Today, Thomas and Juan Carlos did a superb job trimming our three trees in the front yard that were hanging low. Evergreen just completed a drainage project for us, installing french drains and stone walkways on both sides of our home. As usual, they did a wonderful job. Javier and his crews delivered exactly what we wanted. Evergreen is great to work with.

I used Evergreen a couple of years back and they were great. Someone came to my house, walked the property with me, and helped me determine what was needed. I called them today and the attitude of the lady that answered the phone was completely unhelpful. Basically, she told me that I had to tell her exactly what I needed since no one would come out to help me determine, for example, if I just needed to trim back shrubs that appear to be dying or I need to replace them. Its crazy! In order to do business with them, I either need to be a horticulture expert or hire one. Save yourself some frustration and go find a company that does business the old-fashion way.

I called 4 days ago . I was looking for a company to do my lawn, weed and feed etc, and also to landscape an additional property. The girl who answered the phone and I was trying to ask basic question questions such as ... what is the cost for service to lawn every six week? Do you come back out if the service did not kill all weeds etc.... EVERY ANSWER WAS... Im new sorry I cant answer that. Well you can pull lawn size up on google maps. .... Yeah well...Im new. I will have someone call you . NEVER got a call back. I will never do business with businesses like this.

After getting a few other estimates and advice, Evergreen was the first to know what they were talking about. They also knew how to incorporate our wants into the design. We wanted expert advice, and that is what Evergreen Lawn & Landscape brought. They also worked with us on a price and timeline that we felt good about. On the day of installation, they talked us through what they were going to be doing, kept us updated, and finished a simply fantastic job. This work probably added 4 times the value to our home that we paid. Just fantastic. Call Evergreen.

We had Evergreen complete a landscape project of our entire back yard, and also a stone outline of the shrubs and boulevard tree in the front of home. We are very pleased with how the project turned out, and would recommend Evergreen for your landscaping needs.

Rusty met with us at our home to map out plans for our entire property. He designed a plan and quoted each project area separately. We agreed to go ahead this fall with 2 of the 5 project areas . The project was scheduled within 2 weeks and completed. On the day the work was performed 5 contractors showed up and worked tirelessly for hours . They consulted with us prior to placing any new plantings and offered any suggestions they may have to make our landscape most successful. We have also hired Evergreen for the past year to apply the appropriate fertilizer/weed control to our lawn to our satisfaction. I highly recommend Evergreen for all landscaping projects any homeowner may have and we will be hiring them again in the spring to knock out most ,if not all, the remaining projects that was designed and quoted to us this fall.

Evergreen did amazing garden work for us recently. The three-man crew (Javier, Pablo, and Eduardo) was prompt and extremely friendly and helpful. They listened to needs and wants and completed the project on time. Would recommend to anyone needing lawn care service!

I have been so pleased with the landscape service I receive from Evergreen Lawn and Landscape. I just started using Evergreen a couple months ago and In the four years I have been at this house, my lawn has never looked as good as it does! My crew of three gentlemen do an excellent job...They leave my yard looking beautifully manicured. They are reliable, helpful, courteous , very efficient and they know what they are doing. We moved into an older home that needed major yard work. Evergreen helped us design and then fulfill our needs. The flower bed in front has received many compliments already and we are on day 2. They upgraded our garden in the back yard as well as adding a new one under a tree. They are a first rate company that listens first and then designs to your needs. Their installation crew was hard working and didnt take short cuts. They solved every unplanned issue as they occurred. Good guys and company. I recommend them. Evergreen do my lawn fertilizing and more recently have trimmed some trees. I find Kim responsive and her guys/gals very respectful of my property which I cannot say for the previous folks I employed (who put fertilizer in my pool 3 times ultimately turning my pool green). Evergreens rates are very reasonable and I have no hesitation in recommending their services.

He could have just charged me and power raked the lawn but instead he said the lawn just did not need it and I d be wasting my money. I guess posting a positive review will backfire on one. I had done one but then my entire lawn was killed by this company. Ironic. Owner had the audacity to claim that I never had grass to begin with. Let me ask my neighbors what they think. Disappointing!!!!!!!! I have Lists of people that saw my lawn Prior to the lawn damaged. I ve had lawn professionals that came to see it and they ALL agree that it was Killed. Not me this time, but there WILL BE another case that would take this court someday.

Rusty s team installed celebration Bermuda grass in front yard and a month later is doing really good. Quote was received quickly and included some different landscaping options I was looking into. Highly recommend!

I had to edit my rating of this company. I used to use Evergreen for all our Landscaping needs but we parted ways a while back amicably. It seemed like they had a large client base and I wasn t getting the personalized service I was looking for. All good. The office staff and David had always been great to work with. Very professional. Fast forward to this week, I am having issues with my lawn. I had my regular landscaper look it, he couldn t tell me what was going on. I asked Evergreen to come have a look. The owner came out, and I got an email back saying the issue could be a few things. I asked to speak with owner and got another email. I simply wanted to have 2 minute discussion on his visit, it helps me learn (I am new to Texas from Canada). Wouldn t anyone want to speak with the person that is diagnosing the issue?I mean you don t have the administrative staff tell you your diagnosis at the doctors office right? My goodness. Coincidentally I asked for a weed/feed quote, they declined because they thought I wasn t a good fit. Here is the a sentence from the email We aren t staffed to offer a high touch service. High touch service? It s weed and feed... This company does great work and has great office staff, but communicates poorly.

Very patient in helping you decide colors, combinations for new beds. Worked well with our HOA requirements. Did a great job of cleaning up at night. Stayed focused on our project and finished in 3 days. Very pleased with our pricing. Simply loved the quality brick and stone work. Will use them again for future projects.

Wonderful Service! My yard was transformed in a day! From sunup to after sunset these guys worked so hard in giving me every detail I asked for in my yard. The best part was after they left, there was not one leaf, not one stone or twig out of place, the cleanup was amazing. They have also been very reliable with mowing my lawn every week for the last few years! Exceptional job!

Terrible communication and lack of customer service. Missed several mow days and they wouldnt have come to mow if we hadnt called. They also ignored that we didnt want our backyard fertilized because that is where our kids and dogs play ALL THE TIME. There are many better options in this area than this company. RUN!

After 19yrs I have always just called them to cut grass. I called and was told they weren t doing 1 time cuts but since I ve been a customer for so long that they would put me on the schedule but never showed up. Then I get a call from Kim that it s going to be 74.00 double amount because it was to long., which it was not said no thank you! Going elsewhere to much competition obviously they don t care to keep there customers. I have used there weed and feed and was a waste of money, which I paid them and never complained but never used them for weed control again!

Called Evergreen to start new service a couple of weeks ago. Richard came out and looked at everything and gave me a very reasonable quote. Kim and Amy in the office have set up our account and scheduled our service. The crew showed up and did an excellent job. They have gone above and beyond our expections to provide great service.

Great Service We have been using Evergreen for about 5 years now and love them. Yes they are human and had very few hiccups over the years but they were always great about fixing whatever the minimal problem was. Everyone in our circle uses them and way to many in the neighborhood to count. I dont do recommendations often but I have always recommended them due to the way they do business and will continue to use them.

We have been uing Evergreen for about 2 years now and their service works for us perfectly. Here are some reasons why: 1. The work they do is very good - the guys do a great job of doing the job right and ensuring it is well done. 2. Their services and pricing are very transparent. You can be on a program where they do everything, or one with fewer services. 3. It is super easy to work with the office on your needs. For example, I will request a service such as planting a tree, or leaf clean-up or mulch, and they schedule efficiently and get it done. Kim does a fantastic job of working with me on my requests. We will for sure continue to use them!

Every time I ask for something related to my lawn the crew always does a great job. I also use their weed and lawn treatment and for the first time in a long time my yard looks great

I have been a long time customer with this company, even before the company was sold to its new owner. The office staff communicate skills are terrible. I called the week before Thanksgiving to request that my front hedges be trimmed on the same day as my regular grass mowing day. The office staff sent the crew out to mow. I immediately called the office, the same day and said the crew did not trim my hedges. They said the crew came out, mowed and cleaned up my leaves. I immediately told them that I did not request leaves cleanup services. So, they sent the crew out the next day to trim the hedge, (that was the day before Thanksgiving). When I received my bill today, they charged me for the leaves cleanup service. I immediately called the office staff. After being on the call for a while, they finally agreed to refund the leaves cleanup charges but said they could no longer provide services for me any longer. In other words, they did not want me as a customer anymore. I refuse to be blamed, as the customer, for something the office staff made a mistake doing. Don t get mad at me and drop me as a customer because I don t want to pay for services, I did not request. I paid my bill on time, every month and was a great customer. They re just trying to cover themselves and keep their jobs and try to make me look like I requested a certain service and refuse to pay for it. Evergreen is not the only lawn care service in the area and I know I will be able to immediately find a lawn care company who will love to have me as their new customer. The owner of Evergreen Lawn Care Services deserves to know why they are losing money and customers.

Horrible. They have been leaving grass around our mailbox for weeks, so my wife called and asked them to take care of it. Basically told her that because we were on bi-weekly that they did not give a s**t. We ll be switching

They do a good job. Fast, always blows off the patio and the walkways when they are done and dependable.
