We have been using Bryant Coker's Lawn Service for over a year at at an investment property that we purchased. Bryant has been excellent to work with. He has taken great care of the property and always showed up when he said he would. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anybody that needs a reliable lawn care service and I would definitely use him again in the future. Thank you Bryant!

Bryant has worked for the Arcadia Housing Authority as a contractor for years. I am very happy with his services. We at the Housing Authority have renewed his contract many times. We are a big community. The community always looks great and we are very happy, plus we get lots of compliments!

I live in the housing community. We have a smallish pool. And this company has been complaining about it because they have to “move it” or go around it.. and it takes time out of their day to do so ( meaning DO THEIR JOB ). When they can easily go around it in general since the grass doesn’t grow underneath due to the pool. So now because of their complaints we have been advised we have to take it down after EVERY use. I definitely would not recommend this service due to their lack of professionalism in this situation, where they could have talked and asked us nicely or came up with some sort of agreement over the pool.

Bryant and his team do an amazing job every week. They show up on time and really treat my yard as their own. I would highly recommend using them. You won’t be disappointed!
