Went online to check for services and looking for aeration service, wouldnt let you get any service without signing up for their applications and based on their site its a subscription. Been busy at work but they kept calling everyday. Finally cashed them back and same as online. Cant have them do any work without subscribing. Guess Ill find another company.

Your manager, I believe her name is Tasia was just here. She was so nice and knowledgeably and diagnosed our problem and advised us what to do. You should be proud to have her with your company. Operator told us that a technician was here on 9th to diagnose the problem. No one was here nor did they contact us. I was ready to sever my contact with weed man but changed my mind after her visit.

Woke up one morning to find out Weed Man had fertilized my yard. I called them right away and told them I dont have your service I just fertilized myself two weeks earlier. The person who answered the phone was very nice and said Ill let the manager know. But guess what they sent me a bill I called and said if they could show me a contract I would be happy to pay. Thats when the HARASSMENT started for me to pay. They never were able to show me a contract and turned my bill over to collections. STAY AWAY!!!

So far things have been great with Weed Man! Originally signed up for some fertilizer and pre emergent treatments but decided to go with a couple extra options after some recommendations provided by Gavin. Looking forward to some nicer weather to work with Weed Mans staff and get this yard in shape!

I signed up for a service that was $25, they not only fertilized my mulch where I spent a ton of money and time to control the weeds in, but they are charging me $65 for it. When I call, the automated system says they are not open but they are. This needs to be fixed.

Weedman has come twice to service our yard. After the second time, I received a call from their customer service indicating they were canceling my account due to them quoting my yard incorrectly. Rather than talking to me about it, they just outright canceled service, even though we had an agreed-upon quote. I have tried to call in four times, and can never speak to anyone that can assist me.

I ve used other lawn services but Weedman s products really are superior.

The guy doing the spraying today never shut or locked the gate. When we left the dogs out at noon our black lab/ chow mix took off running. Hes a very expensive Therapy dog for our son. Thanks to a lady down the road who found him and called us, so we were able to get him back.

8:30am, 8/9/23 - Company truck parked in the bike lane on Glendale, directly in front of a No Parking sign. There was plenty of parking directly across the street.

The service people are very responsive to special requests to avoid flower beds and they mark the yard well so we know to stay off the grass until product is dry and safe. Also friendly and respectful. Highly recommend.

I am only rating 4 because I would like weedman in general to offer more suggestions on lawns. Noticing the gold rust and talking to the customer rather then the customer having to ask about it.

I am wrapping up my first season with Weed Man. My lawn was quickly weed free. The guys doing the service were good communicators about service times. They do have some over aggressive people calling to add on services but that didnt effect the service I did get.

Was given an online quote and decided to go with someone cheaper. No big whoop right? Nope... These guys call and call and email and email. Had to call twice to be removed off their list. Not customer friendly in that regard!

Call for prices in the fall and end up getting put on there schedule. Was a pain to get them to not come out. Dont even call they will just force there way onto your lawn.

Quote received, signed, and paid for full season. No show, no contact. Finally showed up and said they measured wrong and price would go from $73 to $177 per application. We agreed to split the difference at $120. Did not show, then informed me the price would be $406 per application! We agreed verbally that $200 would be fair. Again no show as promised but texted me that minimum would be $326. Then just cancelled my account with no notice!

My mother was not happy with her lawn or the person who did the work so she canceled the service. They came the next season anyway and made an application even though the signs were still up from the new company. They sent her a bill even though we called to complain several times and now sent it to collections. Disreputable trying to cheat an elderly woman.

I ve used Weed Man for 3 years and have been extremely happy with their service. I can only speak to their lawn care program which consists of fertilizer and weed control. The first year at our current house I did all the lawn care myself. I was very pleased with the results, but there was crab grass and a couple weed variants which the consumer weed control couldn t get rid of. I was skeptical, but decided to give Weed Man a chance. Haven t looked back. My lawn has never looked better with thick-dark green grass and zero weeds. Two years ago I noticed some weeds and called Weed Man, they sent someone the next day to take care of it. Great compnay with a great product. Every lawn care operator who has been to my house has been very friendly and professional. I d hardly give a 5 star to a company, but this is the rare occasion where it s totally warranted.

From the point of inquiry to the regular visits to treat our lawn, the communication has been great. We ve seen great results with our lawn and appreciate our dog can be on it within a few hours!

Special thanks to Austin; the person that maintained my lawn this season , I now have grass instead of the creeping charlie that had invaded it. I was very impressed at the punctuality, concern for my pets and all around respect he showed. Hope to see him again next year!!

He communicates ahead of time that he is coming, after he s done he communicates exactly what he did and why. He also has advised me on what needs to be done in the future. If I could give 0 Starz, I would. This company will come out and spray rocks with zero weeds instead of where theres actually weeds growing. After having the manager out to my house to show them where I wanted my lawn sprayed, they still screwed it up and didnt spray where its needed again. Manager says they arent Ala cart. So just spray rocks instead? So dumb. Ill call someone else. Please never come back or call me again. Peace In response back to the owner. We never wanted any turfgrass/lawn sprayed. We made it very clear where we wanted our landscaping sprayed and your company did a miserable job and failed to spray areas of landscaping that was verbalized and agreed upon. The manager spoke with my wife and he said he made notes of the areas of landscaping we needed done AND sprayed said areas while he was there. The problem is a new month roles around and you come back out and dont spray in the areas the manager did last time and made notes on. Again you failed us and to do the job agreed upon.

The person who came to my home for this mornings service was super professional, courteous, and responsive. I showed him a few problem areas Id been noticing, and he took care of them immediately. Kudos to Weed Man and their employees. No sense in going anywhere else, IMHO.

He took time out of his work day to help answer some questions I had about my lawn. He was friendly and polite and didnt mind helping a stranger. Just completed my third year with Weed Man and I have No complaints. Always on time, courteous and professional. The results have been great!

Killed off lots of grass area. Not sure what happened. Super disappointed and they dragged their feet contacting me. No resolution canceled rest of service with them.

Weed man just did our Fall aeration. Austin did an excellent job even blowed any residue off our concrete. I am very pleased with the work Austin has done.Weedman does a great job.

I have had Weedman for weed control and fertilizing for years, they are reliable and generally notify us the day before their arrival. When I have been unhappy, (a few times), they always contact me and correct any issues. They care about customer satisfaction. I have gotten 2 of my neighbors to switch to them, and now they can service 3 yards with one stop and we are all pretty satisfied.

Several weeks ago I called Weed man and asked if they would come and diagnose the barren patchs in my lawn . They said they would for $75 which I agreed too. A technician came but never sent me anything as to what my problem was. So I received absolutely nothing for my $75. I followed up once with the company to no avail Gary m.

I will never hire anybody who solicits with door hangers if Ive been home I would have chased you off my property.

Salesman was extremely rude and wouldnt leave. I had to call the cops to get him removed from the property.

The service technicians are always friendly and concerned on the health of the lawn. The services are always done on a timely basis. I really like the fact that they email me a day in advance of when they are coming. Our lawn looks better than it had when I had a different service. Excellent week control.

As a neighbor of a several customers in my neighborhood I am irritated by the company because they are only putting up only one warning signs that a pesticide or fertilizer was applied and they only place it in the center of the lot. I am a dog owner and walk my dog in the neighborhood daily. There should be a warning sign on each corner of the customers lot and also visible to the immediate neighbors that live next to those customers. By putting up more signage I will know to make sure that my dogs stay off those lot neighbors lots. I had called once to complain about it and I have not noticed any changes. They dont care or are too cheep to put up extra signs. Therefore I will never be a future customer of this company. Pet owners be ware.

We set up a package over several months to put down fertilizer, do a double aeration, seeding and a special fertilizer to help that seed take place. We had many bare spots and were looking for help. We had to beg them to come out as we were never on their schedule. They did applications from June - Oct. Fast forward to Spring of the next year and nothing took. They recommended the aeration because we had moss on the sides of the house. The aeration did nothing. Still have moss. None of the seeding shows now that the weather is getting warmer and we watered for weeks following the application. Not only did none of what they did take, but we had rusty grass in spots where orange would rub off on our shoes. We also had a white powdery substance on spots as well. Not recommended.

Horrible service. Had paid upfront to have my yard aerate, fertilizer, and weed and feed. But no they fertilizer first in March and comes time when its almost June they still didnt aerate my yard. While initially we were very happy with the results we got from our Weed Man treatments that began to change overtime. They came to service our lawn unexpectedly and a few times proceeded to fertilize with my clean towels, sheets and undergarments on the wash line!!! Not cool. We eventually HAD to cancel due to the last straw which was when they came in Fall of 2019 to aerate . It was a wet Fall, too wet to proceed but they did it anyway and the result was that there was mud everywhere. Mud was on our walkway to our front door, our driveway and sidewalk. And I am not talking about a little mud. My husband and I were aghast!! Even after this winter s thaw the mud remained. I called to complain and while an apology was given there was no action to compensate or correct it. BUYER BEWARE!

Two years ago decided to have a lawn service take care of my lawn. I already had pretty decent lawn, I thought a professional service would take it to the next level. I don t actually remember why I selected Weed Man, but it was a big mistake. They took my lawn from pretty good to terrible in two years. After several complaints last fall to have one of their managers come and take a look at my yard, their best assessment on the problem is I was cutting my grass too short. In addition, they wanted to sell me some more services. Needless to say, they are not back this year. In a few short months of me taking care of my own lawn again, I have it on its way back to you pretty good again. The best advice I can give you is to stay away from Weed Man lawn service. Following up from my previous post. 2 years removed from having weed man service my lawn, I can say that my lawn is now on the road to recovery. I still have a few areas that need attention, but it is in 100% better condition than Weedman left it. I wish I could attach pictures to share the before and after.

We never have to worry about Weed Man taking care of our services on-time. It just gets done. Over the years they gave a lot of different options to help us get a decent lawn. Its not perfect, but it has become really nice. If we had a sprinkler system, it would be great!

This review would be five stars if this company didnt constantly call me. I have gotten a call from them nearly every day for at least the last week. Once they left a message, about scheduling fall aeration. I do not intend to do this yet the calls continue. I do not know if the constant calls are a marketing tactic, or merely some kind of oversight in the system, but its becoming very annoying and coming off as very pushy. Im going with another company for next year. Please stop calling me. Thanks.

UPDATE: Ryan from Weedman did contact me regarding this issue and agreed to work with me to make sure this issue is resolved and also expressed his desire for me to have a great lawn. I appreciate the outreach, which shows good customer service and satisfaction. I was very disappointed with the service I had received. My primary reason for hiring a lawn care service was to over seed my lawn last fall. My front lawn has several thin and bare spots. I wanted an over seeding done to help cover these up. When they supposedly did this I looked for evidence of over seeding and found none. I found absolutely no seed anywhere in my lawn or on the driveway. I also found no indication that an over seeding machine went into my soil. This would have been obvious on those bare spots. They apparently sent a quality control technician out to take a look and said it was OK. I continued to water as instructed. But now that it is May I still have several bare spots in my front lawn with no indication of any new seedlings. In short, it s abundantly evident to me that this service was not done even though I paid for it. However, as I mentioned above, Ryan has contacted me to rectify this issue. :)

Last year was the first year I used Weed Man. At the end of the year, the lawn looked worse than ever. Ryan came out at the end of the season and looked everything over. He said that the weather last years caused a lot of problems but also that some of it may have been on them. He asked if we would give Weed Man another shot and that he would make sure that things were done correctly. This spring I called Ryan up and agreed to give Weed Man another shot. So far, Ryan has made sure that the schedule was kept and that everything was done properly. He even had the crew do a few extra things to make things right. So far, Im very happy with how Ryan has kept his promise and that his staff, Steve and Alex have done an excellent job so far. Kudos to Ryan and the staff.

Over a year ago took a quote offer from a door-to-door sales kid. Got the quote (crazy expensive), turned it down. Now receive anywhere from 5-15 calls a week. Called them soon after to remove me from anymore calls and well that did nothing. Company really knows how to turn off customers. Did not have an unfavorable opinion of them, even after rather high quote but now after all the roto-calls I tell everyone I can about their shoddy business model.

Our lawn was overgrown with ground cover and weeds of other kinds. For the first time in 31 years I turned to a lawn service as no matter how hard I tried, I could not get rid of the weeds (neighbors lawns are overgrown with weeds) - In one treatment 95% of the weeds were gone - with todays second treatment I hope that 100% of the weeds are gone. Grass is green and healthy - even new seeding. Applicator was friendly, thorough and equally impressed with the improvement in one treatment.

We started using Weedman an about two and a half years ago. The first six months were great then, the following year our lawn stared to die and we have large areas in our front lawn that are bare. We had weedman come out and look at the lawn and they said it was totally our fault cause we didn t water our lawn enough. This year our lawn is getting worse and, now we re getting bare spots in our back yard. We haven t seen anyone from weedman for a couple of months but, they did call to say they won t be out cause it s too windy. I guess with all the rain we re getting , we re not watering our lawn enough, ( right ). As soon as I finish with this post, I will be calling to discontinue doing business with weedman

This is our second year with Weedman. The year we hired them our lawn had more weeds than grass. It was terrible. I was afraid it would take years to turn it around but after one season the weeds were all gone! They always car the day before they come which is very nice. This past April they called and told me they were coming. Most of our back yard was covered with snow and I should have called them to say not to come but I didnt. When the snow melted I called to tell them of my concerns that not all of my grass got the fertilizer because of the snow. They told me it wouldnt be an issue but because I was concerned they came out and applied a free application. - They are amazing!

I had a horrible experience with another lawn service last year. I was skeptical of using a service this year. I decided to give Weed Man a try. I had my first application yesterday.. I was happy to see that they understood that getting at your yard early was important. I was pleased with the courtesy and professionalism of the Technician. He took time to analyse the lawn and gave me knowledgeable input on a course of action for it. He even took time after to clean up residual fertilizer from my driveway after. So far so good!

Unfortunately, after all the promises that made me try them after previous bad experiences with other companies, they werent truly willing to meet their own guarantees. I canceled after waiting a week to 2 weeks (I signed up on the 1st and was told it could be by Friday the 4th and it was finally scheduled for the 18th) longer for my first treatment than promised. Additionly, when I called on the 16th to ask about the delay, M. promised to look into it and call me back that night. Never happened. 24 hours later I called and found out about the finally-scheduled service for the next afternoon. I then asked why I didnt get my 24-hour notice by text as promised and was told that only works when you are properly scheduled in--meaning my service was only scheduled because I called so I wouldve been waiting even longer had I not been persistent about the promised services. I explained the importance of the text as I had a new puppy who goes out frequently and we couldnt risk unknowingly taking her out with fresh chemicals on the lawn. The response was not one of concern, just indifference. I cant trust that type of service.

Ive used other lawn care services and my lawn looked OK. Then I used Weed Man and my yard is the best of all my neighbors. Those who do nothing and those who use other services. Weed Man filled in large bare spots, removed all wide blade grass and no dandelions. I recommend to all who ask. . My lawn is so much better than ever. Quality products make a difference.

I just started using Weed Man a few weeks ago. After my first weed control treatment, the weeds in my yard were already dying within a couple days. I also just had my first insect reduction treatment and noticed a difference right away! They have great customer service too! My service technician is awesome! I happened to be home when they came to do the first treatment and he answered all my questions before I even needed to ask them! He also cleaned up my sidewalk and driveway of any stays fertilizer when he was done. Everyone Ive talked to at Weed Man has been so very friendly and helpful! Im very happy with their service :)

I have been extremely happy with the services provided by Weed Man but mostly because of Ryan who cares for my lawn. Having done all the normal lawn care myself, I know it can be hard to get that perfect, weed-free, strong, healthy grass, but with the help of Ryan he has made my life so much less stressed. He takes the time to explain to me what the current application will do, what to look out for, what best ways to do or not to do something on the yard. And I tell you, my yard looks great! And knowing these products are safe for the environment and kids and pets, all the better! Thank you Weed Man but I especially thank Ryan for his hard work and dedication on my yard! Weed man has taken care of my lawn needs for the past several years. My friends and neighbors often compliment me on how nice my lawn looks. Several of my neighbors have signed up with Weedman. The lawn techs are always friendly and professional.

Andy is a supervisor with the company and went way above and beyond what a person would expect from a lawn care company. This is one of the hottest days of the year and he came to my home to fix a problem that developed with my lawn and spent a couple of hours doing very hard work in very hot humid weather. I couldnt even express how much I appreciated him coming here and taking care of things for me on such a hot miserable day.

I honestly thought my yard was too far gone to save, and I was considering having a torn up and replanted. After looking at several options for weed control, I decided on Weed Man based on the reviews. I m glad I did. Before the summer was even halfway over they had transformed my yard back into something that I could actually be proud of again. Not only was it much greener, the weeds were almost nonexistent. It is expensive, but after trying a variety of products from Home Depot, nothing touched the results that I got from Weed Man.

Ben has been super! He is the most educated lawn guy that I know! He wouldn t lie to you! The only down fall I have is the sale man that keeps calling me is a (fee choice words I can t say here). For one I can t understand him cause his phone is screws up and for second I say no tonsomething and he add s it anyway! Then I have to call to take it away! He is pushy! If it wasn t for Ben I would go somewhere else!

All the employees at Weedman are courteous, knowledgeable and as helpful as can be. Love the relationship between customer and employee every time ! this is the best lawn care program there is.

Weedman did good job communicating when they will be making an application. Unfortunately, during one application they spilled fertilizer on our front lawn and burnt a large area of grass.

Men applying the weed killer and fertilizer were very professional and willing to answer any of my questions. I was told ahead of time when they were coming to work on the lawn which I appreciated. They continued to service my lawn even though the service tech knew they werent doing any good for my lawn - and he even admitted it. I had called in to cancel my service and they had said they would send a text out to see what was wrong - and what they could do to fix it. Never got a call - but they changed my again for a visit. I called in again to cancel and to dispute my bill - but they wouldnt budge. They said they would cancel and send a tech out to do a respray on my lawn - and it never happened. They did send me to collections through! Dont do business with this company. ThereTh just out for the money and dont care about their customers or their lawns!

My parents had one of the worse lawns on the block! They had every weed you could think of, thin grass and it was never green. After having weed man for a few weeks the lawn was looking better. 2 months later it looked like a new lawn and by the end of the season everyone asked what we were doing. No weeds and the grass is so thick and green that you see foot prints in the grass after walking in it. I will post pictures soon.

Not happy! Over a week ago I spoke at length with a representative who assured me of a plan of services and that I would receive confirmation by email. Days go by, not confirmation so I called back. I was again assured confirmation would be coming and again nothing. I called today and was told the there was a noted on my call that the company does not provide services in my area....I have wasted over a week and given the run around. The person I last talked to was very apologetic that I was not contacted. Would definitely not recommend this company to anyone!!

I was going to terminate their service because grass could not grow due to maturing trees and lack of sunlight, which was no cause of theirs. I tried tree trimmers and shade formula and it still looked patchy and weak. Dave V came in FALL and said if he could grow grass, would you stay with our service. I said give it a try. Well he came back in May, ariated, seeded and fertilized. As of July it looks great considering it is new grass. Kudos to Weedman and their tech. Dave V. for going the extra yard!!(Pun intended). These people really do care about your lawn and I highly recommend them.
