I began using Storm services 2 years ago specifically because of grass destruction due to Japanese beetle larvae. The application they do has been extremely effective in controlling this problem. I have been very pleased.
We have used Storm for several years now and our lawn has always looked amazing.
My father had recommended The Storm to me. I was very satisfied with their service the first two years I used them , but last year had multiple weeds, which did not improve. I was going to stay with them again this year to see if any better this year, but was told by the woman answering the phone that they were letting go of customers who had “weed” problems. I would think since they are a lawn service that they would want to improve it. I emailed the owner/management to get some resolution and never got a response back from them.
Well I went with Storm based on all the positive reviews and I have never been more disappointed. I know they have had problems like many in finding help, but my lawn has more weeds this year than ever before. When I call them about it it takes them weeks to come out and do something. As I type it's been over a week since they said they would be sending someone out and yet nothing. I even asked 3 times to have someone contact me about their pest services and no one ever did. Hopefully they get better people but given I have paid for a years worth of lawn treatments that will cost me more in lawn repairs, I can not recommend them given how many other companies do the same.
Great service and product. I have been using Storm’s service for 2 full seasons, going onto 3, and they have fulfilled all contracts in a timely and professional manner. My lawn looks amazing every season with these pros. Their prices are very competitive.
Best.Lawn.Service.EVER goes to STORM - The Lawn Pro of the Fox Cities. This is our second year with them and we are so impressed with the amazing improvement in our lawn . . . it's like carpet. It was really surprising to see the difference in our early Spring lawn compared to our neighbors. You could notice the greener color all the way down the street! The team is very efficient and friendly. I love the information they leave after each application. We are very happy with STORM!

Very poor quality service. Young woman did one swipe down front sides & back. Husband had to go out and tell her to do again. One minute to winterized a lawn? Ridiculous. Dont recommend nor will we use them again
We started using Storm last year on the recommendation of our neighbor and Im so glad we did. We dont have time to work on our yard with trying to get the weeds out and everything. Since weve hired Storms, they have take care of it all! We had some spots in the backyard and side yard that we were struggling on growing grass in. The owner came out and gave us tips on when to plant, when to water and how to maintain it. He even got some of his own grass seed out and helped us with it. Now I have a beautiful lawn and actually proud of. So glad we decided to start using Storms and we will continue to use them!

Storm did a great job with weed control, pest control, and fertilizer. It took most of the season for my lawn to come back, but the mixture that Storm uses was great and really enhanced the look and feel of my lawn. Their periodicals that they give with the service are also very informative and were much appreciated.
Great people, great products and great results, most of the time. If I had suggestions on how to enhance their service, it would be to become more attentive when a consumer calls or emails with a question. I would also like to see more pro-activity. My lawn developed grubs and I had to bring it to their attention even though they had just been out to fertilize. We were alerted that they would come on a Friday or Monday - we appreciate the notice because we have two dogs to worry about. They didnt come on Friday or Monday, but did several of our neighbors on that Monday, then drove away. We called right away and the office was going to check, but never returned our call. On Tuesday, they just showed up. In summary, great people, products and service. More focus on communication and customer service would further enhance their service.

Several employees have treated my yard and they are knowledgeable expedient and they remember to put the pet alert signs up. My yard looks great because of the treatments but also because the tips in their newsletter are helpful. Whenever I have contacted Storm either by phone or e-mail, they get back to me right away. Customers get a discount for prepaying for the annual service contract. Couldnt ask for more.
Called looking for an estimate this weekend and left a message Sunday night. I received a call right away in the morning on Monday, and theyre coming out to do my lawn tomorrow. It was the fastest and most efficient process I have ever had. And the girl on the phone was the daughter of one of the owners, which I think is the best way to go! Local, Family Owned and Oriented, it was an easy choice!
My lawn has only been treated once by Storm the Lawn and it already looks 100% better. They are fast and efficient and I cant wait to see how much more my lawn improves!

I refuse to go to anyone else besides Storm!! We had them at our old house and before we even closed on our new house we had already made arrangements to continue service here. Now all my new neighbors are asking how my lawn looks so much better then it did before with the old owners and how did we get it looking so nice so fast. Storm the Lawn Pro is the only way to go if you want a nice lush yard.

This company knows what customer service means! Not only do they email you to let you know ahead of time that they will be coming to apply a treatment, but they also leave a helpful newsletter with tips and tricks to maintain a healthy lawn. Add that to the extra step of using a blower to remove extra fertilizer from patios/walkways/driveways and you cant beat STORM!
