Ive been with Naturescape for 3 years, and theyve been great. I cant say enough good things about the quality of service, the responsiveness to concerns, and how knowledgeable they are when I have questions or concerns. Everyone Ive ever talked to on the phone has been extremely friendly and genuinely seems to want to make sure they are doing the best work possible for their customers. I can call Naturescape if I notice a problem with a weed or weeds making their way into my lawn, and they will either do a service call, or if I call before my next treatment they make an adjustment for the treatment. Naturescape consistently schedules treatments around the weather, instead of just coming out when your lawn is due for a treatment. Ive seen this be more effective since they avoid putting certain treatments on your lawn if its going to rain within 24 hours. Some other companies Ive seen just do an application based on when its due, and the results Ive seen arent as good as Naturescape. I would and have recommended Naturescape to my neighbors and friends/family who are looking for a good lawn care service.

They always do what they say they are going to do and do offer additional services on an as needed basis.

My Hawthorn tree developed rust. This fungal problem can really spread fast and take over a whole tree. I pointed this out to Duane Tasson. He came back and treated it again and once again today. The rust is gone now. This guy listens to customers, researches the problem and treats accordingly. Thanks Duane!

I called to renew my service and explained my concerns from service the past year. I was told were sorry, so do you want to renew? I said, Id like to understand what will be different. I received zero professional response or meaningful action. Instead when I told her unless youll provide some better ability to instill confidence in my renewal, I am not sure I want to renew, so she simply said, Ok, have a nice day. Really? After years of service? It gets worse. I then called back after things simmered and explained the situation to the manger/owner. He was apologetic but again, offered nothing but promises and the ability to apply a past discount that had expired. I begrudgingly accepted it just to have the service covered. Two months later (now April) I call back again. The manager never relayed the info. I am not on the schedule. The discount is no longer available and the only response I received was, I am sorry, he has a lot on his plate right now. This company should be uber successful; no reason not to be except for the inept ability to understand customer service and follow through. This company will not have your back. *** Interesting: I posted this comment and within minutes received this public reply. When I called to get assistance it was months with no reply. Seems interesting to me that they work so hard to keep up public appearance rather than work to maintain existing paying clients. Unfortunate.

We have used them in the past, with some minor custermer service issues, had to call them several times. This year, they came to fertilize when we did not order that service. Had to call several times, and along wait on phone. Do not use, they seem to mess things up

Would not treat our bent grass a second time after saying it was covered under guarantee

Ive really tried to make it work with them this year, but my frustration with their service has been too much to ignore. We have been using them for several years now without too many issues, but this year has been one problem after another without any real effort on their part to correct them. The first problem we had this year was that after noticing alot of weeds, we tried calling to let them know about it, but just getting ahold of someone took us two days of trying and another 30 minutes on hold and after finally getting in touch with someone and letting them know about it, they told us that we were signed up for their tree and shrub service, but not their lawn program. So the reason we were seeing weeds was because they hadnt done it. At this point they let us know we were going to be a priority and that they would be out by the end of the week, which was the least they could do, but nope we had to call a week later to let them know they hadnt showed up only to be told we were still a prority and that it would be done ASAP, but nope a week and half later still no one. After more calls and more times of having to wait on hold they did finally come out and get it done. After noticing that we had a lot of weeds along the edge of our lawn excpecially along our curb (which tells me they definitely did not cover the whole lawn) I told the Naturescape mosquito service tech who was out doing our mosquito service about it so that we could get someone out there to correct this. He was friendly and professional and told us he would let them know that we need a free service to correct the lawn. Well, here I sit almost two weeks later, and nope, nothing has done nor have we been contacted to discuss the issue. It really has been disappointing because they previously were one of the better lawn services weve used over the last 25+ years but due to things I dont understand they have dramatically gotten worse and almost everything that made them better than the rest of the lawn services in the area have become worse than their competitors. And if staffing is an issue they shouldnt be adding any more customers until theyre confident that they can handle the ones they already had. Really disappointing.

Weve been with the Appleton office for over 3 years now and can only thank them for rescuing my yard from what had become a disaster of weeds and dead grass. In the first season my lawn was back and thriving. They stick to the 5 per year schedule and in the few times I have had to communicate were on top of things. This year with the heat and drought has been a challenge so I am looking forward to how my lawn recovers this fall. Great value.

I called about missing a step in my fertilizing at one home. They promptly came out & took care of my concerns all is good here. 2nd year with them and am very pleased with my service. Thanks guys

We have been using Naturescape for a couple of years now and our lawn has been in its best shape ever. With the dry conditions earlier this year I was worried about weeds popping up but so far we havent had any and the lawn has rebounded very nicely with the recent rains. We were referred by a friend and it has been a great decision to work with them.

I subscribed to mosquito program for the summer again and the mosquitoes are still crazy, supposedly guaranteed to eliminate the problem however when I called to point out the problem and ask for reapplying bug killer I am told I live in Winneconne.. perhaps if you wont stand by your guarantee for out of town residents you shouldnt advertise your policy of guarantee. Naturescape is a joke and waste of money, hire someone else who is responsible for their work.

The Appleton office at Naturescape is superlative with its customer service. I have used the lawn service for 5 years and the mosquito control service for 2 years--their specialists do an excellent job. My lawn looks fantastic and I can enjoy my backyard patio without the annoying mosquitoes. Highly recommend this service. Especially nowadays when everyone wants to complain, these professionals earn their accolades with hard work and excellent service.

Paid for 5 applications up front and no one showed up each of the 4 times they showed up thus far in the year until we called them and asked when are they going to show up? Weed control did almost nothing to eliminate weeds in lawn. Would not recommend using this company.

Have been with this company for many years with good results. I was recently disappointed in one of their weed control applications. After some initial communication problems in getting my complaint properly addressed, management went above and beyond in addressing and rectifying my concerns. Will continue using NatureScape in the future.

In January I purchased the 5 or 6 application weed control and fertilization plan for the season. Somewhere towards the end of May beggining of June we had not yet recieved our first treatment, even though our neighbors who use Naturescape and have the same plan, already recieved their treatment weeks ago. When I called an inquired, they basically said they forgot about us. Great! While they did show up about a week later, without notice, they were about a month past the timeframe given for the early spring application. Keep in mind, the dandilions at this point were very well established. They did show up for all of the applications however, as previously mentioned, each time they were well past the timeframe given for each application. I cant tell a difference in my lawn this service and I even called to have them come back out. The big difference came when I had to treat my own lawn, spraying dandelions and clovers. I never recieved advance notification of when they will treat my lawn like I do for other services. Just about every time my lawn was treated, it was raining. While the price was right, the product and service were seriously lacking.

Jesse and the entire team at NatureScape of Appleton are FANTASTIC! Extremely responsive to questions, very professional and courteous, and do a high-quality of work. They are flexible to try different approaches (granular vs liquid fertilizer) depending on need. Weve used them for lawn fertilization, fall clean-up, and mosquito control. Bryce did a phenomenal job with the fall clean-up. Highly recommended!

They came regularly and mowed throughout the spring/summer. Fast, friendly, and decently priced.

Like the fact that they always notify us ahead of time when they will be spraying the yard and then are always there when they say they will be. Lawn has gradually improved since they have taken over the fertilizing for us. Allows me more time for the things I would like to do.

My original rating was 3 star due to some creeping charlie that I felt should have been eliminated by late summer. It was, infact, totally gone by end of summer so I am changing my rating to 5 star and have renewed lawn service with Naturescape again this year. I am certain they will do a great job again!

Canceled my lawn care! When we watched the lawn care person get out of his truck. He applied Only my front lawn! (Not) the sides, ( Not) my big back yard! And drove away! When I called to complain. It was like they did not believe me! They sent the manager. He also searched my lawn, with dought. Like he had to prove his person Did apply! To prove me wrong! Showed us some granules. I saw what I saw! There person came and left! How degrading that They would (Not) Believe me! Yes! The main office called apologised. Still does not make it right they would (Not) Believe me!

Never received the expected notifications before they showed up. I paid in full after the first application, but received a bill after the second application for the total amount again. It was cleared up shortly after via email. Applications working well so far.

We recieve lawn applications and mosquito control and are SO happy with the results! Lawn looks great and we can enjoy time in the yard and fires in the evenings without having to wear stinky bug spray. Totally recommend!

Horrible lawn service . Paid for 5 treatments .. got 2nd one June 5th. Expect next one 6 weeks later . Never came called complained at end of August almost 3 months later with weeds, dead areas ..they finally came the 31st. No explanation for ignoring us for 3 months during the summer.. this 5 treatment plan was prepaid!!!!!!! We deserve a refund!!!!!of atleast the summer application. 1st app April 13, second June 5th, 3rd August 31st. At this rate. 4 and 5 will be in w8nter????

As a long-time customer Ive been overall satisfied with NatureScape, but was disappointed they would not renew our service with the same discount they have offered us in the past. I understand we missed the 12/31 early renewal deadline date, but its January and you would think retaining a loyal customer in the middle of winter would be an easy customer service choice. *UPDATE* Was pleasantly surprised to receive a call from NatureScape corporate office the day following my review. It was apparent they took customer satisfaction and retention very seriously by reading my comments, reviewing my account and listening to most recent call to sign-up for 2022 applications. After fully explaining their policies, costs and services we were able to resolve my concerns and move forward.

I ve used several different lawn services, including one company that spread fertilizer over my yard that was covered in leaves. I have been very pleased with Naturescape. Their service is great. I have specific directions for them and have been very pleased with the result. The prices have been consistent and reasonable. I would definitely recommend!!

I have had Naturescape for a few years now at my old house I had them for five years in this house for two they were very good at my old house but are terrible here. It is the middle of August and I have not received my third application yet my first one was in May very displeased with their service will change next year.

We have been with Naturescape for several years. We get lots of compliments on how our lawn looks.

When I purchased my new house, the yard was decent but had some trouble spots. I was recommended by neighbors to try these guys. In one season, my lawn was healthy and weed free. Competitors are up to 4x more expensive. I have stayed with them for three years and couldnt be happier.

Two years ago, and again last year, I signed up for fall aeration and overseeding service from this company. Both years I also signed up to recieve a call 24 hours in advance of the service being performed, but no calls were ever received. When I signed up for the service this year I was told they would be perform the service the week of September 14 or September 21, and I would receive a call 24 hours in advance. When no-one called or showed up last week I called them on Tuesday September 22 to inquire what day they would be coming this week. The individual I spoke with didnt know, but assured me that someone would call to notify me 24 hours in advance. On Wednesday September 23 I received a call from a real person that the service would be performed on Thursday September 24. On Thursday September 24 no-one called or showed up. On Thursday evening I received a robot call saying the service would be performed on Friday September 25. This morning no-one called or showed up. I just received another robot call saying that the service would now be performed on Monday September 28. I called this company and cancelled the service. Other then Aspen Dental in Appleton, this is the worst communication and customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Would not recommend them for anything.

Ive been getting the lawn application the past few years, and my yard has looked great every year. Its an excellent value. I havent seen dandelions in my yard since I started getting the applications. The grass next to my lot always has tons of dandelions, but the dandelions stop right at my lot line so my grass always looks green and weed-free. If it rains right after an application and any weeds pop up, they do free service calls to take care of it, and the staff is always friendly and professional. I couldnt be happier with how great my lawn looks.

My Lawn always looks great with Naturescape. My neighbor has a different service and my lawn is always greener. I am very pleased with their service. Their staff is very professional and polite. One time I had a few weeds pop up after an application, I called and they came out to retreat them, free of charge. that was great!

Disappointed with service. Lawn has been on the decline last 2 years. They said they would send someone out to see why overseeding wasn t working to get me to sign for another year. Never sent anyone out to look at lawn. Last application they did was with snow on the ground, and they only made 2 passes on lawn and left. Notified them that the application was not completely done, and they said they would send someone back out. Never happened. My bad for paying early.

Have used Naturescape for the past 5+ years. They always do a really nice job and their products really work well to help keep the bugs down and lawn looking great. We also get the the misquote spray on our lawn each year and it really works well. We had one year where the first spray for misquotes did not work great, all I had to do was make a call and they came back out and sprayed again to help eliminate the misquotes at no charge. Overall they do a really nice job especially with the applications, do not miss an spots and are quite thorough.

We had Naturescape come out for a few applications as we had just moved into our new house and planted new grass last summer. Now this summer our grass looks AMAZING!!!!!

I can honestly say I feel generous by giving this company a one star rating. They repeatedly leave my second parking spot full of snow, they pushed all the snow from our whole parking lot right up next to/partially behind my vehicle (I shoveled myself out for an hour this morning before work). Then I came home from work thinking they would clear the lot while all the cars were gone but they didnt. (AGAIN, I spent another hour and 15 minutes ACTUALLY shoveling out my own parking spot...and my second spot is still buried under snow!!!)

Pathetic business. Overpriced and people in my neighborhood received two applications from a different company before I received one. I paid $600 and my yard is filled with dandelions. I could have applied an application myself but didnt want to risk them coming the next day and my lawn burning. I asked 4 times over a month when they were going to apply and never received an answer. Satisfaction guaranteed?? Definitely not. Do not do business with this company.

Feel bad for the customer service representative having to take all unhappy customer calls. Understood snow storm set things back. When they say they are coming over and the truck stops in front of my house then leaves I am unhappy. Then they cant on Monday due to rain...NOW another whole week for first application and its time for second. Hired them for lawn help and worse then when did myself. Not coming back....

Great service the technician that came to apply the first application actually came back later in his route to finish because my small children were playing outside and was extremely friendly and accomidating so we could enjoy our yard with the nice weather

Hired them to do basic fertilizer and weed/bug killing and haven t had an issue lawn looks good so far (May-August). I m reviewing them because I recently returned from a weeks vacation with my family and I asked them pretty much last minute if they could get my lawn mowed for me while I was away. Lawn looks great and when I called to check to see if my lawn was done the woman on the phone seemed familiar with the job, was knowledgeable, and pleasant. It was great to pull up and see my lawn in such nice condition thanks Naturescape.

Do not hire for yard cleanup. I had asked for my last mowing and leaf removal. What we got was a mowing and told that the leaves are mulched and left in the yard. It looks terrible. Could have easily did this myself. Update: Naturescape saw my review and followed up with me. They apologized for the results and promised to do a better job. Someone showed up today and re-mulched the leaves. This time he did a much more thorough job, and the lawn looks much better. I applaud the customer support and follow-up. I was quick to judge and should have withheld my review until having talked it over with them. To be clear though, it is not a leaf removal service, but a mowing/mulching process. I have many trees around my property and it is hard to get all the leaves cleaned up. All in all, it looks much better and I have changed my rating to 4 stars.

Ordered and paid for 5 stage treatment in early March, as of May 1st they havent shown up for the first application.
