Didnt realize when someone came and left. My Ring camera didnt see anyone come, also I was right next to a window and I didnt see anyone pass by. After i got th survey sms, i went to check and there was a Triangle Lawn Care yard sign in the front yard. In the last scheduled date, i got a message saying it is going to rain so cant do treatment. When Steven came this time, it rained really bad. I dont know how effective was the treatment.

The core samples taken of my lawn provides the landscapers with a ton more information so that it takes the guess work out of caring for my lawn and they can treat my lawn much more efficiently while saving money on unneeded fertilizers. Used Triangle Lawn Care for a year and a half for weed control. Yard is FULL of weeds. Spoke to a manager who was going to have field tech come back and re-perform most recent service, some they felt the efficacy of the solution may have been compromised due to mixing days earlier. Gave them a chance, still awful. Field techs were always responsive and polite. Called to cancel today and the man who answered the phone was sarcastic and rude. Customer service is certainly not a field he should be in.

Lawn specialists are highly skilled and professional. They transformed my lawn from dirt to flourishing. I can t be happier with the service.

triangle helps us to take care of our bermuda grass. Wilson from Triangle is very responsive. they share what was pushed on the grass so that we can monitor what we want and dont. :)

Ive used them for just over a year and my lawn still has several large bare spots. They seeded in the fall and the new lawn came in great, but then died in several spots after the spring. Was told the grass that died was bluegrass and would need to be reseeded again in the fall. This is after they had to seed last fall because they killed my new fescue grass from a previous supplier. Their service techs are timely and rarely have to reschedule. They dont cancel appointments or alert you when they have to reschedule. Its just I dont think they are very good at lawn care. If youre looking for barely adequate service, then this may be the company for you.

Jim was very patience and willing to give me advice about my next steps as they could not help me at this time. He even told me the type of grass that I have as I did not know! He took his time to explain to me how my grass grows and about the care and maintenance of the grass. I really would have liked to work with Jim on my lawn project. He exhibits EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE skills!!! Lauren, the manager, did inform me that they have a list of clients that they could not help at the present time and that they would reach out to me if they begin to service my type of grass. I hope TLC does everything it can to keep Jim on staff!

Wilson is the best. Always takes good care of me and makes sure to describe exactly what he s putting on my lawn and what it will do. The man with a plan. Triangle is lucky to have him. Edit: while I stand behind my review of Wilson, I have to edit my review. One morning after being with Triangle over 8 months I noticed a charge from triangle that was 40% higher than my normal bill. After speaking with an employee rep via email they informed me that because of inflation and other things , my new rate was now 40% higher. After telling them I never approved that charge or increase and never even got a notice they informed me they were sorry but that was my new monthly fee. After referring several people to them I felt this was super unprofessional and poor customer service to not even get a follow up with a manager or owner. Poor business practice. No way can anyone justify a 40% increase overnight like that, regardless of inflation.

Triangle Lawn Care has really turned my lawn around. We had new construction Burmuda sod that was filled with weeds when I called them. It took a few consistent treatments, but its beautiful now. They take care of our lawn and do pest control as well! The technicians are always prompt and informative...communicating when theyre coming and what theyve done after the service. I would highly recommend!

My 5 star is solely based on my technician, Mary. She does an amazing job, is very friendly and represents the company well. As far as the rest of the company goes I would have a different review.

I have used this service for 3 years for my lawn care, core aeration, etc, to improve my grass. I have used the extermination services for at least 8 years now. No complaints to report for those services. But, I was encouraged to sign up for the lawn care and core aeration services 3 years ago and did with hopes to improve my grass. I did not see a difference after I was encouraged to wait and let the process change my yard. My backyard grass this year was full of several types of weeds and was a lost cause, so I told them not to do the core aeration. So, they did not do it on my back yard. However, when I was billed I was charged the same price for both the front and back yard, for just the front lawn. So while the customer service from the technicians are great, the pricing and product for yard services is overpriced and did not work. I recommend the extermination service but not the lawn care services.

Love this company!

We originally hired the largest lawn care provider in the nation but that was a terrible mistake. They totally destroyed my lawn and did nothing about it. Luckily I switched to Triangle Lawn Care! They brought our lawn back to life and we actually have growth again! The aeration and overseeding worked perfectly. All of the dead or bare spots now have grass growing and our lawn finally looks healthy again. The care that Triangle puts into their services and customer relationships is top notch and they keep you informed every step of the way. I would highly recommend Triangle Lawn Care for all your lawn needs!

What a Complete Transformation!!! We had a lawn full of crabgrass. There was nothing but weeds. One full season of Triangle Lawn Care did what multiple seasons of another more mainstream service couldn t do!!! I m over the moon happy with my thick, lush grass!!!

i wish i could give zero star!I dont even know where to start but honestly this is the worst company i have dealt with in my life first of all, when i first bought my house, i hired triangle lawn care and we agreed to come every 6 weeks. this did not happen. after each service i had to call them to remind them of their appointments and they come in after the appointment time. the second issue, they come in and when i watch them from the window they dont do what is promised then when i call customer service to complain they tell me that thats not true and everything is as done correctly. then finally after one year of service and horrible lawn, i called customer service to complain only for them to return my call and guess what! they kicked me out they said they will not come back to fix the lawn! please dont go with them what so ever!!!

To boot, the owner has also gone on here and commented that there was GPS information, when that was never discussed with me by the manger in either of our two conversations (which would have been relevant), and is a total lie! The manager, Rachel, even suggested in my first conversation with her that Wilson may have serviced the wrong residence seriously, GPS?! The company is trying to do damage control after the fact. As if that s not bad enough, on one of the months, being this month, when we were supposed to receive a free month per our contract, not only did they go in and charge us for this month, but they charged us for three times the agreed-upon monthly amount for an aeration that we never agreed to and was not in our contract. I had to dispute this charge with the bank after their employee, Kim, refused to refund that money to both me and my husband. They advertise in their contract that satisfaction is 100% guaranteed not true, but a headache is! This company is fraudulent! Be warned!

I have nothing but good things to say. Justin has taken time to talk to me about my lawn, what they are doing, and what I can do to help. Its looking great and would recommend Triangle to anyone looking for help with weeds, pests, or fertilizers.

Service is reliable and helps reasonably maintain your yard if you re unable to or don t want to bother with it. My rep Wilson was great, very respectful, provided great details as to what he was applying, and was always on time (he personally is 5 stars). However, the price/service is expensive and you can buy quality products online for half the cost or even less (i.e. not at Home Depot/Lowes). Services aren t necessarily customized to your individual lawns needs and, as is with all lawn services, you re just a number on a route. As such, products aren t always applied at the most beneficial times. For example, granular products need to be watered in, so ideally the product would be applied right before a rainy day. This isn t realistic using a lawn service, but you re also paying good money for the product.

Overall happy with the service. I will say Nick went over and above today. I had a bunch of leaves in the backyard. He took the time to blow them off the grass. After speaking with him, he said I wanted the product to be able to penetrate. Some companies would have just fertilized over the leaves!

I have been using this company for over a year now for both Lawn Care and Pest Control. They are always on time and the office people as well as the workers that come to the house are always very courteous. The most recent care I received was from Wilson who took the time to walk around and identify each of the different types of grass and weeds affecting my lawn. I cant praise the company or their personnel enough.
