Lawn Maintenance Pros in Apache Junction

We are so pleased with Lawn Maintenance Pros. We hired them to do our yard and everything was so simple and easy to set up and every single person whom we have encountered whether it was the gal on phone, by email or the fellas in person have been very professional and courteous. I have had no problems with billing, they don’t even charge you til after the job is done and the ease of use to be able to cancel an appointment if you’re not interested or the to verify an appointment is great as well. Thank y’all so very much!

This company was overpriced when I initially hired them just to do my small front yard. But I could use a credit card and everything was online, so I chalked it up to convenience. Everytime I hired them the price kept going up for the same or less work though. This time the estimate was ridiculous for the least amount of work they've ever done and no spray. The convenience is a plus, but they do the same quality work as every one else.

I had a run in with a crew from this company after they blow all the leafs and dirt from next door into my backyard and pool. They pretty much gave me the middle finger as the crew didn't care. Call the office they said. Even time they show up they block my driveway and blow leafs and dirt onto my driveway for me to clean up. These workers just don't care.

Scheduled an appointment with them and was told that I could pay either by cash or by card, I wasnt sure which one I wanted to pay with but thought I had either option available. Turns our they canceled my appointment for not putting a card on file even though I had decided to take a day off of work and pay by cash so I could be sure the job was completed satisfactory. The kicker is that they sent me a "confirmation email" the day prior to the appointment that I confirmed yes to and was not told at this point a card needed to be on file or I would have my appointment canceled. When I called to get an explanation the women told me that she had done this for years and no one had misunderstood her so I was clearly the one to blame. Maybe that is the case but really poor customer service. When I asked for a solution I was told my new appointment couldn't be made until almost 10+ days later and they would not honor my original quote. Pretty appalling experience honestly. I am sure they might do good work I unfortunately will not find out as I will now be going with a different company that values my business. Customer service needs training. Edit* Spoke with the boss who called me back almost immediately, who also tried to tell me I "clearly stated I would pay by card" I never stated that and asked for the recording of the original conversation and was told they do not record their calls. Other than telling me I said something I didn't he was pretty polite and offered to move my appointment from 10+ days away to 7 days and honor the original quote. While I appreciated the offer this was unsatisfactory as I had already waited too long. I scheduled the appointment for 7 days away and called a few places and quickly found someone else willing to do my yard the next day for a similar price. Almost immediately after this call the boss called me back confronting me about my review and asking if I was going to take it down.....pretty blown away by this second call I informed him I did not find his "resolution" acceptable and that I was going with another company to remove me from the schedule......Never had anyone cancel an appointment on me then confront me for reviewing about it. If you look at the response to my review you can see all you need to know about their customer service and thoroughness in being clear and concise with their customers.

This group is amazing. We would definitely use them again, and have no hesitation in recommending them. The are very professional, fast and did everything that we requested in a very timely manner. Their fee was the best we found in the area. They were here at the time stated, even a bit early. Good Job !!!!

Lawn Maintenance Pros has been maintaining my yard and side bushes for the past three years. Their crew always does a great job. Their scheduling is accommodating and will call when an earlier date is available. Very satisfied, highly recommend. Thank you Lawn Maintenance Pros! After giving an initial estimate for yard maintenance LMP wanted to give second estimate for service. Nearly a month after I am being told they do not service this area! For the tree removal and maintenance the person came and rang the bell. I told him I am coming out in a minute over the Ring. He simply vanished! According to me, LMP is not a reliable one.

They showed up and instantly got to work. Went from a disaster to PERFECTION within an hour. They’re quick and efficient. 10/10 would use them again!
