San Tan Valley Landscaping Design in Apache Junction

I usually don't make negative reviews..... I did not use this company for any landscaping but......one of their pick up trucks that was pulling an empty trailer on the 202 apparently had not swept out the trailer. I had noticed this because some rocks were falling out from the trailer on the road. I backed off so my vehicle would not get hit. I was at least 4 car lengths away at that time and in the far lane, the pick up was in the center lane. When about 15-20 rocks came flying at my car. Damaged my window with 3 cracks and a bunch of chips. I have tried to call and talk with someone from the company to see how they would take care of this as it was total negligence on the companies part. I have called everyday for the past 5 days only to be told the manager is not in and no one knows when she will be in. Also, they stated they gave her a message that I called. When this happened I immediately called the company, took pictures of the pickup and got the license plate number. I can understand if it was one rock that flew out of the trailer, I would not even consider calling or expect anything but they obviously did not clean out the trailer. NOT A GOOD COMPANY IF THEY ARE NOT TAKING RESPONSIBITY FOR THIER NEGLIENCE. I would certainly retract this if I hear back from them but I am assuming I will not. I will have to consider taking it further. When using this company you may want to consider honesty and reliability.

Mark Ruffennach was my point of contact and oversaw my backyard design and completion, it was a new build so the backyard was barren. Mark was fantastic to work with. I had no idea what design I wanted and didn't want to go over my budget. He provided helpful suggestion to beautify my yard on my budget. In my opinion, the finished product looks terrific. I would definitely work with Mark and his crew again.

San Tan Valley Landscaping was hired to complete our front/back patio. They were to have completed our paver driveway. Owner, Israel took off to Mexico for a month or more. Wife/receptionist had NO idea where or when he might return. Then Mark/PR for company (who was fired months ago) for planning an expensive landscape design without ever asking the customer their wishes. I WOULD NEVER use this company unless you like to pay higher prices and never getting project completed. We have been waiting 3 months with pavers in our yard for company to come. They came Saturday. Pavers done in front of driveway to the end of garage only. Not on circular drive…

Initial work and estimate we’re excellent. Need 3 plants replaced on warranty. They’ve said they will Be out on 5 different occasions- nothing. No phone call, no email, no text. Won’t answer calls. Won’t return texts. Will respond to emails, but only to lie about coming out. Would not recommend this company due to lack of professionalism, zero communication, and no desire to remedy the situation with warranty work.

We are very pleased with San Tan Landscaping. Mark Ruffennach provided excellent suggestions to complete our backyard, at a reasonable price.

Very professional, timely, honest and punctual. He did exactly what we asked as far as landscaping and sprinkler lines, the price was fair and his estimate was accurate. Would recommend and use again =)

We were very happy with the initial work on our yard but when problems arose later they wouldn't return calls, said they would come by but never would, we had to be really persistent to get any where. Problem was never fully resolved.

Great paver installation & amazing customer service! They were willing to work around my budget, couldn't have been more satisfied!
