On time very professional the did excellent job!!

The work they did, really didnt reflect the price they charged. A lot of times they were on their phones just standing around (had them on my security cameras). They always seem to have a huge attitude when you attempt to criticize their work or lack thereof (mainly the younger guys). I used them like 3 times for my lawn care, I like to give chances especially because I was recommended them by others but it didnt work out for me....

Disappointed. I cannot speak on any interactions with the employees providing the service, however the service itself was the disappointment. I had high expectations based on other reviews, unfortunately let down.

Asked the guy to not leave the lawn clippings all in my driveway and he had a huge attitude and said thats not part of the service after the dude just finished taking a piss in my backyard... I almost lost my mind because I have women that are in my house... my girlfriend actually did see him doing it and called me not realizing I was watching him do it as well... truthfully Ive used these guys for awhile out of pure convenience because there services are always subpar, thats been my mistake but now I will be cutting ties entirely.... Response: you are highly mistaken, I only came out once they were packing up and leaving. I called him over to me from the steps that your associate actually ruined who Lorena hired on your recommendation so i dont know how you attempt to lie saying i ran over yelling and screaming because trust me i do not have time for all that but under the circumstances im pretty sure i would have been warranted after a house full of women had someone pissing in their backyard. The gentleman I called over I spoke kindly too even though he said and I quote that guy pissing in the backyard has nothing to do with him... I called the other guy over and asked him if he pissed in the backyard which he said I no speak English so once I said it to him for him to understand and he laughed and then I said big problem if it happens again and then that laughing turned into him apologizing like crazy... its funny how you try to lie on behalf of your employees on top of trying to diminish the fact you guys pissed in the back yard (real professional of you to defend your employees doing that instead of apologizing yourself) and im sure its not the first time they did stuff like that to us and to others... on top of that I was watching them the entire time because your work is always below satisfactory so I needed to finally see whats going on here from all the complaints I hear...

Not only did they flake on us three times (should have been my first sign to just cancel with them), they completely destroyed my tree. We wanted the branches trimmed back just enough to not touch the house and they made the entire tree bald on our side of the property. No branches left, no leaves left for shade. The tree will probably die now. On top of that, when i expressed my displeasure, Omar ARGUED with me. Would absolutely NOT RECOMMEND.

Really impressed with the quality of work that this service delivers. Came out for free quote. They were able to provide a price that was more than reasonable. Cut two overgrown hedge rows one 110 ft the other 90 ft both sides bringing their height to manageable. Cleaned up all the branches and raked up small debris. Will have Omar and crew back again no problem!

They showed up the next morning and began working immediately. The tree was down, carted away, and the work area cleaned by 3pm. Great job. First off, I want to start by saying that if you re planning on installing an irrigation system for your property, call JJBM right away. They answered the phone the first time I called them, which didn t happen when I called 2 other companies prior. I explained what I wanted to have done and Omar came out to the house to do a no obligations survey of the property and gave me a quote on the spot. The price was very fair! I was a bit surprised to be honest. I asked Omar when he could start on the job because it s a time sensitive thing for me. I wanted the system installed and grass seed planted early enough for the grass to come up before it got too hot. He told me they could start in one week. Sure enough, they showed up ON TIME. Brian, the manager of the company, even texted me the morning of to let me know to expect the crew! Omar said it would take 3 days for the installation. They got to work right away and sure enough they worked diligently and efficiently and finished in 2 days! They explained the system to me, showed me how it worked, and even programmed it. Moreover, they kept the property clean while working and tidied up when they finished. I have worked with many home improvement contractors over the years and rarely, if ever, did someone do exactly what they promised. JJBM did everything perfectly! I highly recommend them for any irrigation needs and furthermore, they brought too soil to fill in the trenches, seeded and out straw over the seed as well. They are top notch and I d give Brian and Omar a call for sure. Highly satisfied customer here.

This is a very professional company. We are always happy with the maintenance of our lawn especially in the spring and the cleaning of leaves in the fall. In addition, Omar installed the irrigation system for us and maintains it annually. He has also installed vinyl fencing for us and has given us tree cutting services when we have needed it. Very unhappy with service. Did not take pride in quality of work. Never did consultation in person. Owner came up with new prices each time in discussing work. After performing work and wasn t what was expected by phone he highered price. I would have used someone else if the price was going to be the same, in the end. I went with this company off reviews of competitive prices and first time knowledge. Their first time of business was their last with me. Wouldn t recommend them. Poor quality of work and professionalism.

We had Omar and his crew come and fix our yard! Omar is extremely knowledgeable and was by far the best estimate we had gotten. Our yard was just tough hard dirt. Omar installed a 25 sprinkler head irrigation system. Then he came with fill to level some areas and a whole bunch of top soil and topped it with grass seed. It s amazing how fast and hard Omar and his crew worked. The attention to detail was awesome. Perfect communication through out the whole job. Omar and his crew were SO friendly and professional! We HIGHLY recommended them!!

Omar, I have to agree with eternity review; whom you wrote to to take down. Omar, this is your business. You ruined our trees. You came by and quoted $850 and then when called back to show via photos the disappointment at what a bad job you did you charged $1000 to come take down one tree and few bushes. Absolutely unhappy with your work. The tree in the back I asked to be removed wasnt. You ruined my bushes in front they had such a nice shape and look what you did. They are no longer pointy. They look horrible. As you can see. I have several pictures of your work. I had just moved into the area and went with first company.

I recently needed a tree removed that had snapped off about 10 feet off the ground. They came out on the same day I called, and gave me a very reasonable estimate for its complete removal. They were on time with their appointment to do the work and had the tree done in excellent time. They cleaned the area very well before they left and I was very pleased with their work. I would definitely hire them to do any further landscaping work I might need.

This is a great company, they are very professional and very respectful. I recently injured my shoulder, and I am unable to do the maintaining of the yard. My husband and I were looking to clean up a seasons worth of leaves in our yard. We hadnt done any raking thus far as we have a large property surrounded by trees. JJBM came to look at the yard within an hour after an initial phone call, and 30 minutes later a crew of guys were here to clean the leaves. Within an hour and a half they had my entire lawn cleared and all the leaves taken. We are blown away at how quick and professional JJBM is. We will definitely be having them get rid of our leaves from now on!

This is the second time that I have used JJBM for yardwork. They did a spring cleanup, weeded, removed a few old shrubs and planted new ones. They also powerwashed my house and garage. My yard a little less than an acre with many trees that was removed.. needed a full irrigation system install fill dirt to level off, top soil + seeding.. I had three different companies came out for an estimate.. I recommend these to anyone because not only was pricing better the job they did was excellent, very happy with the service...

Called for an estimate, made an appointment and guy never showed up. Dont waste your time with this company. Response to businesses response: Im not sharing my name for reasons of my own. Its funny you have time to give idiotic responses, yet you cant call a customer to let them know you arent able to show up. Went on Home Advisor to find this professional company. I was called immediately and scheduled an appointment to get a quote on a irrigation system. About an hour before they were scheduled to show, they called and said they would not be able to come that day and that we would reschedule. I called and rescheduled for 2 days later, same time. They never showed or called. Very unprofessional, waste of my time.

These guys were great. They cut down a massive pine for me and did a great job cleaning up. I highly recommend their tree services if you are looking to have a tree cut down. Ill be using them for others projects around the house soon.

I hired this landscaping company to come to mow the lawn every two weeks. I requested that they be here every Wednesday, yet they would come at random days, never adhering to the schedule. Often times the grass was not cut evenly. On two occasions holes were left in my front yard (of which still have not grown back) from the grass being cut too low. On the last schedule occasion they did not show up at all and still requested that I pay. I spoke to Omar (the owner twice) he advised that he d come out to look over the situation. They did not make any accommodation for the dissatisfaction of the service and remained adamant that they d shown up when they hadn t. I refuse to pay the $100 as again no accommodations were made and holes were left in my yard, and secondly they did not show up to cut my grass on the scheduled appointment date. It appears as if this company only cared about the money and not the service to the customer. Very disappointing experience!

We hired JJBM for a major spring cleanup, which included a LOT of trimming, pruning, leaves, and removal of a dead tree. Marin and his crew, Lionel, Pablo, and Francisco, were punctual, hardworking, and professional. The price was fair and we will call them again next spring.

JJBM did a great job on our yard clean up. They removed all the overgrown bushes and trimmed the trees in the back yard. The mulch they put down in the front yard looks great. They also did leaf removal in the fall and did a great job of that. I highly recommend them.
