Jose Landscaping Co.s 3 workers cleared out the brush and vines that choked out our old azalea bushes in our side yard. They worked hard and were pleasant to deal with. Carted away lots of brush and vines. Yard looks great, so glad to have it done and to have worked with Jose Landscaping.

Jose is the person you should be going to with landscaping. He was very quick with communication and reasonably priced when it came to removing 4 trees and prepping for grass in the backyard for next year! I will be using Jose for continued projects!

I am not one who usually writes reviews but in this case I felt compelled to do so. I had a very difficult job where one of two large trees snapped off about 10 ft above the ground. We then discovered the tree next to it was also rotten inside. The tree had fallen across the walk to my pier to the neighbors property in an area that is sometimes wet. The area is in a ravine that affects two piers but could only be accessed from a third property with a small steep road to the area. Jose removed the first tree and cut the second one down removed everything somehow without damaging anything. The area looks as though nothing happened everything is now growing and the deer are happy again as they can now bed down.. I received prices from three reputable companies Jose was fairly priced, did excellent work, arrived on time, cleaned up the mess and was a true gentleman to work with I do not know what else I could have asked for.

Hired Jose Tree Service LLC to do some landscaping work. Specifically they installed sod and did a great job. I was impressed with them in preparing the soil to include bringing in new topsoil. I am updating this review as of September 10, 2023. I am disappointed that after Jose and his team did a great job with the installation and promised to maintain it, as well as do some additional work for me, he did not follow up on his promise. I have tried reaching him several times to no avail. I have since employed a new landscaper who is going to have to redo some of the work that Jose and his team did. This is why I knocked my review down from 5 stars to 2.

Jose was hired to cut and trim trees. He was very responsive when I called to get an estimate for two of my properties. He came over almost immediately. He was very thorough in his analysis and assessment of the condition of the trees and how he would have to cut and trim to meet my requirements. He took his time discussing the job with me, and I appreciated that. On the day of the job, he and his crew arrived on time. They were careful and attentive and performed the jobs in a timely manner without any damage to surrounding areas. His price was fair, and he threw in some extras! :) I highly recommend him, and I will use him again.

Great crew, great price! Called them due to a dangling limb. Had it fallen, it would have taken out my power & cable lines. They showed up the same day and cut down, then hauled away a very large oak tree. Highly recommend.

We were in a bind with a large tree that was at risk of falling after a big storm - they came over to assess the situation same-day, came up with a well thought out plan (it was very tricky situation) and executed the very next morning. We highly recommend them and will hire again!

For nearly a month I have been trying unsuccessfully to get a landscaper to grind down a tree stump on my property. Today I called Jose Tree Stump removal and 40 minutes later they arrived. The job they did was outstanding and at a reasonable price. And as a bonus they were very pleasant to deal with.

Jose s Tree Service was fantastic! He did my neighbors trees and they looked great, so I called him to do my trees. Jose came and gave me an estimate within a day of my phone call. Estimate was more than reasonable and the work was done 2 days later. They cleaned up and took away all the debris. Now my trees look great too! Highly recommend and would def use again. Called Mr Portillo on Monday, he came out within 30 minutes and provided the cost for removing a tree. Removed the tree on Wednesday and all debris. Job completed within an hour. Excellent service, reasonable price.

Jose saved my car from being crushed by a huge tree limb that was hanging after a recent storm. He came and gave me a quote the same day and had the tree limb removed the next morning. Fair pricing and after seeing the quality and professionalism he provided I asked for a quote to landscape my yard and because the price again was fair I have his do all of my yards landscaping. Again, outstanding quality and his team was so informed they educated me on how to properly maintain certain types of plants I had in the yard. They now have a full time customer - Thank You Jose!

These guys were great. Beyond prompt. Well executed. Super friendly and easy to work with. They gave advice on things they saw without trying to pressure work and were very responsive to our concerns. After the job they even gave some care advice on some tree they were concerned about and suggested ways to extend their life. I couldn t have asked for better work or interaction. The drops and toppings they did for me were surgical and preserved some of the more prized plants (10ft tall rhododendrons) on our property with only feet of clearance. These guys know how to drop a tree. This is why I hired a pro and we got pros. They even hold the option to stack the wood to keep which is great for us because we burn wood.

I was very impressed with the professional and efficient services he provided, which included the removal of 1 small and 1 medium size fallen tree, and yard clean up. (Leaves and sticks) The cost was affordable and fair. I chose Mr. Jose out of 3 other estimates. I needed some trees cut down and large piles of limbs removed. I highly recommend contacting Jose Tree Service for similar work. His estimate was fair and reasonable. He and his team arrived on time to do the job. Before they began working, Jose met with me to confirm the work I needed done and the price. Once agreed, they promptly got to work. It was clear he and his team cared about the service they were providing. Not only did they do a fantastic job but they also cleaned up after their work, blowing that part of my yard out and neatly stacking the logs I was keeping. I have about 25 more trees that need to be cut down. I will certainly be using Jose Tree Service again.

I couldn t believe how they did the job it was a difficult task to do! I got so many estimates and they were reasonable out of all of them. If anyone saw what they had to do, u would b afraid of the job/ even had one guy say there s no way it s really difficult they wanted to bring a boom etc. but not Jose -they completed with no damages to my house! I got the permit bc it was in critical area, the trees were dead, and so close to my house-(inches); no issues no damages and went beyond expectations. I recommend if u want reasonable and no damages!

Jose Tree Service and Landscaping got to my mother-in-laws house at 8:30am and were finished by 10:30am. They pruned a Holly, Privet, and Strawberry Bush extensively, and cut down a Redbud completely. Two men worked entirely from the ground, coordinating a pole chainsaw to cut and a pole pruner to manipulate branches, and dropping them exactly where they needed to fall to avoid damaging anything on the two close-together houses. A third man carried away the wood and cut it up in the trailer continuously while they worked, so it was very efficient. The judgements about where to cut and drop branches, and the precision in the tight space between two houses was really impressive! One of the men was very knowledgeable about the biology of trees, and pruned with an obvious intention of influencing the trees future growth in the desired direction. He also pruned artistically so that the newly pruned tree had a pleasing appearance, even though it was severely cut back. Everyone on the crew was polite and friendly and very agreeable to the few suggestions I made about cutting several branches back further while they were working. After the work was finished, the crew cleaned up the whole area thoroughly. The price for the job was very reasonable.

WOW!!! Jose and is team are amazing!!!! There was a tree about to fall on my house, Jose answered the phone at 10pm at night and arrived on site the next day!
