I love weedman they have been with me and my wife for about 10 years now and our lawn looks amazing even with dogs and them digging up our yard they ve managed to revive it and bring it back to life filling it the bare spots with an overseer and aeration that filled in beautifully.

While aerating & seeding, they encountered a steep hill in the back yard & did a nice job, previous company said hill to steep, but still charged full price for entire yard.

I have been using Weed Man in Annapolis for the past few years because they do not lock me into a contract. My yard looks better than my next door neighbor who spends a lot more than I do with a contract with another company. Her lawn is loaded with weeds!

Weed Man follows up after each service to make sure that I am satisfied and answers any questions or concerns that I have.

Terrible company. They have gotten rid of the best workers. I would never recommend them to anyone!!!!!!! My advice is to avoid them at all costs and do your research - research reliable companies always or you will waste your time and money. I would have given zero stars if that was an option. Just looking out for existing and future people who want their money s worth.

I called weedman to take care of my crabgrass/weeds. They came out to my residence multiple times with no change to my yard. Talked to them multiple time with concern to my yard, with their response of letting them finish out the year and assure it will get better. Now into December, my yard still with crab grass/weeds. Do not waste your money with this company!!

I spoke with Dan about lawn care this year and he was very polite, knowledgeable and helpful. Josh preformed my weed control application and my weeds are dead I 10/10 recommend weed man as well as those two techs.

had a decent 2021 with Weed Man BUT then in 2022 they decided to save money and not make triclopyr available to their lawn technicians, even though its the only chemical that can kill young clovers and wild violets in the spring. Instead the customer now has to wait for a different summer treatment that wont work very well because the wild violets are now mature and occupying large patches in the yard where they have taken over. Once the clovers die after the next few summer treatments, there will be bare patches in the yard because they were allowed to grow so large. I tried to reach anybody who could make an executive decision at Weed Man but they read a generic line about trying to do better. They have a semi-retired hands-off owner and let go of their best men rather than pay them. They probably didnt like that my lawn technician wanted to do the lawn properly with more cost to them. So sadly they are now pretty worthless to me and I cant renew.

They were ready to bill me for a plan without even looking at my yard... ??? Non starter!

I have been using Weedman for many years, first at our property in Frederick County, Md, and for the past 3 plus years here in our Two Rivers community in Odenton, Md. I have very pleased with their service and their sensitivity to address issues that at times have come up in our yard maintenance. Most recently Dan was very helpful in helping me decide on their weed treatment application that could conflict with our HOA application. He has very good customer relation skills.

Dan reed was my sales person for my home, he was very knowledgeable about the business and took the time to explain everything out to me a couple times. Great rates for the package I got. Mosquito application is great and I havent had any issues. Very good products used. Very professional. Would highly recommend to use for any lawn care needs !

Don t get this service or use this business. They charge you for unsolicited visits. Horrible company. There are much better options to chose from.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! I am a fair, reasonable and honest person who used Weed Man for years and paid bills on time and in full. We recently moved and had to discontinue service. I thought we were paid-up in full and received no further contact from Weed Man, Annapolis. UNTIL, I got a letter from a bill collector in the mail including an interest charge! I called Weed Man and they were unwilling to do anything other than refer me back to the collection agency. My advice is - STAY AWAY from Weed Man, Annapolis.

Despite our best efforts to destroy our lawn this summer with blow up water slides and other water toys, our lawn looks great. I attribute this to the work Lawn Man did to maintain it. I am grateful for their professionalism and excellence services. Thank you!

The service we received this year was outstanding. The service staff would make sure you knew exactly what the treatment was for the particular month. The online service was easy to manipulate to check account and pay statements.

I refused to renew the service when I was called earlier 2019 because I was not satisfied with their service 2018. Weed man still did two services on my lawn even though I emailed them to stop. I refused to pay the two services. Right now I have to deal with their collection. Stay away from Weed Man! To respond WeedMans response, I uploaded the snapshot of the email after the first service on 2/27/2019. I refused to renew the contract upon a call from WeedMan before the date.

I used their service on May 30th 2019. I needed a weed treatment for my backyard. It took them weeks to finally send a technician to treat the backyard. He came without notice after 5 pm. I had just gotten home from work, it rained before and after he sprayed the backyard. I wasn t surprised when the treatment didn t work. I called and tried to arrange for another treatment. This is after I paid for the bad treatment and service. The weed man Annapolis did not send another technician until July 1st. My family and I were out of town for a week. We had already went to Lowe s and treated the yard ourselves before our trip. We came back from our trip on the July 6th to find another bill on the door from the weed man. I don t believe that they even did a treatment, I also don t like that they climbed our gated fence and went into our backyard without our permission because we were not home. I have emailed and called them but received no response. * I received a call from 8/13 and they are willing to take off that second charge. I appreciate them for finally reviewing such a misunderstanding.

Now I get compliments from my neighbors because the lawn looks so lush! The customer service team is outstanding, and always makes sure you re satisfied with the service. They alert the homeowner before treating the lawn, and you can adjust the timing of any application. I wasn t satisfied with a recent aeration and seeding service and they came back TWICE to fix it, then called to make sure all was as expected. They are friendly and professional at all times. I ve referred Weed Man to my neighbors and I ll continue to depend on them to make my lawn maintenance easier at an affordable price. I m very pleased with Weed Man!

They stand behind their work....when one treatment adversely affected the lawn, they came back and did everything to recover the lawn free of charge. It looked beautiful all summer and fall!

I did some research on the company. Like all businesses you will find mixed reviews. I am a new customer of Weed Man of Annapolis and thus far the service has been great. On my initial contact I met a young salesman at my door who was nice enough and scantily knowledgeable. (-1Star) I decided to give it a go with them anyway. Several days later, a customer service representative called and I was very impressed with his knowledge and non-pressured salesman style. We sealed the deal and a technician by the name of Daniel arrived a week later. He was neatly dressed and very informative and skilled. I m on my second treatment and the yard is showing improvement. I will keep you updated.

Great team for service, friendly and try hard to get things right. Unfortunately I have found after 3 years the products dont work. My lawn looks terrible with weeds and bare spots where weeds were killed but they could not get the grass to grow despite their best efforts. I have sun and shade, irrigated and non irrigated sections to my lawn but the results are not good in any section, some places look worse than ever. I am disappointed

I am very impressed with the grass growing on the sides and backyards. However, neighbors on the street cannot see this. They only see the bare spots in the front yard that have not seen any improvement from a summer of Weedman service.

My first year of service from Weedman and it went very well (summer 2018). (This is the second company I tried in two years.) The Weedman techs that I met and did the service were friendly and polite and they did their job well. My yard looks SO much better than before the service started. I signed up for fertilizer and weed control. In the early fall I added aeration and over-seeding. Were all at the mercy of mother nature - but Im impressed. One of my neighbors even noticed !! I plan to renew their service for 2019 (pre-pay and save a few dollars).
