Gordon at NetZero Tree and Lawn care did a great job trimming out the dead wood from our old white oak tree. He and his partner worked on a snowy, cold winter day for at least 6 hours without a break. They are hard workers and did a great job. They even cleaned up well. Highly recommend them
In Spring of 2024 NetZero rebuilt our raised vegetable garden beds and removed a large mulberry tree that had been damaged when a neighbor's tree fell on it during a storm. They did a great job in both cases. We requested that they take the mulberry wood as well which they did. Both jobs were done efficiently and a great clean up job was done as well. We will definitely use their services again.
Working with Gordon was a fantastic experience start to finish and we can’t recommend him and his company highly enough! He is incredibly hardworking and conscientious and brings so much knowledge and expertise, and he is such a warm and kind person. He listened to our issues, helped us figure out our needs and organize priorities, and sent a detailed and thorough scope of work and then flawlessly transformed our whole yard! Showed up on time. The crew clearly knew their craft. They were polite and pleasant to talk to. They offered to take care of an additional task for a very reasonable price. I will call NetZero in the future when I have other projects.
Took a chance on this company and glad we did. Gordon was personable and understood what we wanted, no upselling or sales pitch. The guys that came were polite, respectful of our property. When they left, you’d never even know they were there…cleanup was amazing. They offer a military discount. As veterans, love to support other veteran owned companies.
Excellent service. These guys know what they're doing and are very skilled at their jobs. They took down a large tree that was damaged and also removed 2 more that had come down. The wood was cleaned up and the area was left very tidy. I will be using them for all of my tree work.
From beginning to end, Net-Zero Tree & Lawn Care provided excellent services. I decided to remove a river birch tree that was sick and dying. Three large (30+ft) branches coming off the very large stump. Additionally, they planted a beautiful Red Oak in its place and cleaned up after themselves. They got it all done in one day! As an added bonus, most of the work was done with electric chain saw (Ego) and blowers. The stump grinder was gas powered. Trying to be environmentally friendly and efficient in their work. I highly recommend these guys who are hustling to grow their business.
I contacted NetZero to provide a quote to grind (1) stump and several girdle roots that surfaced over the years. Aaron took my call and came over the next day. After walking our property we decided to include a broader scope of work. The quote was completed the next day. Everything was clear and concise. The work was preformed by several team members in less than a week. The dedication and effort are unmatched by any company I have ever contracted in 28 years. Aaron and his crew at Net Zero Tree care did and excellent job. I received my quote shortly after inquiring, he had the most reasonable price estimate out of everyone I contacted. And he removed my tree and did an amazing job with clean up all in two days, including stump I would highly recommend any looking for tree service in the Ann Arbor / Chelsea area.
Highly recommend Net Zero. They arrived on time to write the estimate which included some possible options, taking time to explain and answer questions. The pricing was very fair. They were knowledgeable, personable, prompt and professional. The work was well done and after completion care was taken to clean up and restore the work site.
Gordon and Cy did a great job! They arrived on time, discussed what they were going to do based on the estimate, completed the project in a very timely manner, and cleaned the debris. The electric equipment was much quieter than gas-powered tools and the cost was considerably lower than the other two estimates. I would absolutely use NetZero Tree Care again!
Aaron and his team were and are a pleasure to work with. The team arrived on time and were friendly as they did their good work. When their lift damaged our paving stones, Aaron cheerfully and quickly made it good locating, buying and replacing the damaged stones. Plus he hung a heavy wind chime from a high branch in our backyard and didn t charge us a penny for it!
I cannot say enough positive things about Net Zero Tree Care. Gordon was so polite, kind, and understanding of our needs. We had a tree that I now know was struck by lightning that was definitely not safe for my child or my dogs to play under/around. Gordon was extremely professional and had no issues completing the job quickly. Im positive that my yard was left in better condition than it was when he arrived due to his impeccable cleanup. Do yourself a favor and call Net Zero Tree Care to avoid the stress of worrying about what kind of people may show up to your home or if the job will be done correctly and completely. They definitely did not disappoint!

We hired Netzero tree care to remove a large branch that broke off our oak tree and fell into our neighbors yard. Aaron was prompt and competitive with his quote, while Gordon handled the on-site work, which they were able to schedule us sooner than later. Being that most of the debris was in our neighbors yard, their attention to detail in cleaning up was well appreciated by both parties. Highly recommend this tree service company!
