I just canceled the weedman service. There are hugh bare spots in my back yard, and they were to ave aerated and reseeded twice, but there is no evidence that it was done. I am very unhappy with the service.

When we first moved into our home, the lawn had been neglected. They laid sod and then nothing was done, so it was overgrown with weeds, patches of brown, and just looked poor. In the 3 years weve used Weed Man, our lawn is lush, mostly weed free, and full. We love it! We will definitely continue using them. Ive priced out what it would take for us to do it on our own and it doesnt compare.

I The sales team could have been better. The guy who called to give me a quote was really respectful and informative. He sent me the quote right away, and everything seemed fine. But then, the lady who called to follow up and finalize the order was a whole different story. She sounded angry and wouldn t honor the quote I had. She kept asking, How did you get this price? and completely ignored the numbers on their quote. It was so frustrating. In just five minutes, she made me feel like a liar. I kept trying to get her to look at the email I received, but she only referred to her computer systems pricing.

I never write reviews, but I felt compelled to do it this time. Weed Man employee, Luke, provides customer service that really goes beyond. Having tried (and failed) for several summers to rid our front/back lawn of weeds, we recently hired Weed Man. One day, after looking out the windows and seeing lots of slightly curly dandelions, I called and told Luke I despaired that we waited too long to treat, and that they would never really go away. After looking up our account to check the treatment schedule, he very calmly and patiently explained how the chemicals work, how the weeds become compost for the grass, and assured me that our lawn would indeed look much better THIS summer. Luke didnt exaggerate, or sound like he was reading bullet points he had memorized during training, or rush to hang up the phone, or try to sell me extra services. He sounded confident (not bragging) in himself AND the products/services offered. This, in turn, made ME feel confident we had made the right choice. I would give him a 10 star rating if I could!

Weed man has really helped to take one less thing I have to worry about as a homeowner. They do an amazing job keeping my lawn green and healthy. I even had them go to my mom s house as well to help her when her weed got out of control. I highly recommend them, and they have always been very respectful and great with communication!

I don t appreciate the door to door soliciting. My dog is at the door barking while I m saying I m not interested yet the salesman continues with his sale pitch. I am not interested in adding chemicals to my lawn.

Used them for a year and it was alright. We didnt notice a significant reduction in weeds in our lawn. But the real problem is AFTER you discontinue service. They will call you weekly hounding you to continue their service. Ive asked numerous times to be removed from whatever list and instead they launch into a sales pitch. Avoid ever giving them your number.

I m absolutely excited that I finally found a company that does what they say They will do. The crew was impressive. They got the job done. They cleaned up they left. Can t ask for more.

They killed my lawn. My neighbors, who don t use a service at all, have a beautiful lush, green lawn. In just 2 mth. I been with them, my lawn ha euro s wen from being a nice lawn to brown and half dead. They told me that it was because I needed to water it, but it s rained a lot in the past 3 weeks and my neighbor s don t water their lawn either. Then they told me that they would send a technician out to evaluate my lawn and make it right. They sent a guy out to take pictures. Really? They DID nothing. I have contacted the Better Business Bureau about them. I will look for another service to care for my lawn.

An extremely annoying service provider in the area that consistently comes door-to-door peddling lawn chemicals. They will knock, ring your doorbells, leave flyers and try to talk you on the spot into signing up for the services. They have interrupted my work meetings, phone calls, and cause my dog to flip out to talk to me into their completely unwanted and unnecessary services. Ill never use their services due to their constant neighborhood peddling. Also, yes, this is definitely the correct company, address and phone number for this review. You guys are super ANNOYING!!!

I get a call from JIm saying are you ready to start 2 months after I told him I was ready. I still say yes lets go. He gives me a price and says he can have someone out this week. I get a call a few days later saying they will be out which they did. I then get a bill for double what I was told. I call and they tell me I got a double service. Why would you not tell me this BEFORE you come out. Poor communication.

We used Weed Man s mosquito prevention services. In our experience, the tech s were very professional and did a great job further, the office staff were very good to work with. Highly recommend.

We used them some years ago and they did a decent job, but they continue to call us with high pressure sales tactics and will not take no for an answer. Part of their sales tactic appears to be giving bad info on timing for crab grass preventer (I confirmed correct timing with MSU)

Used a different lawn care company for years, after continuous problems decided to switch to Weed Man. My lawn not only looks great, but the professionalism and quality of this company is outstanding. Would definitely recommend.

Dont sign up for their services! They will call you eight times a day, and will not remove you from their call list. Ive told them multiple times that due to their incessant calling that I will never use their services; Ive told them I no longer live in Lansing, and to remove me from their call yet they still keep me on.

I shouldnt be surprised that weed and fertilizer treatments work but I am! Ive tried for a couple of years to DIY but my lawn has never look as good as after Weed Mans treatment. They do a good job of notifying the home owner of the treatments. They always remember to close the gate which is a big deal for a dog parent. Their staff are friendly and reasonable. Ive gone through multiple lawn services in the past, while not the cheapest, I am happy to pay for this quality. Second year and counting.
