Lupe and his team are incredible! Even clearing the snow when you aren't expecting it!

I was shoveling out our driveway. The city snow plow had left a lot of heavy snow. The DBI truck stopped in front of our house, dropped his snow plow, and pushed a good portion of this snow up the bank. His comment: 'that's a lot of work'. I thanked him. No request for any payment or soliciting of jobs - just a nice gesture and he was gone. I figure if I'm looking for someone to plow for us, they'll be at the top of the list. Thanks, guys!

The other review is from david bolanos...a self given review. I was threatened for payment after DBI did some concrete work for me from (the other brother i assume) with the same last name bolanos. He threatened to tear up the concrete work they had done in front of my door. I had an issue with the concrete rising in the winter due to the cold, which led to the door getting stuck and DBI said that they could fix it. I trusted what he said and oked the work. They did the work..which i hope is done right, but wont know until winter. He demanded payment or he threatened to tear up the work because I asked for a receipt which guaranteed the work they did with payment. He said he would get me a receipt after payment, but would not guarantee the work. I argued i need a guarantee with receipt for work done...otherwise i cant feel assured the issue is fixed. He refused to guarantee his work..i feel like i got scammed so i am here to let evryone know...BEWARE of this little unprofessional company!
