I have been using A-1 Lawncare for several years - upon moving to Ann Arbor. While initially exploring large national lawncare providers, I ultimately chose A-1 after hearing positive feedback from colleagues who were lifelong townies. The combination of A-1’s customer service and lawncare results have given me confidence that I made the right choice!

Very unprofessional. Super intrusive and they have no regard for flowers or cars parked near by. Edit 8/17/22: Started mowing our neighbors lawn at 7:30a woke everyone up in the house. Edit 6/26/24 Again started mowing our neighbors lawn at 7:30a. This is all with gas powered blowers. This is well after the ban went into effect. The workers were loud and were talking very inappropriately as they worked. Horrible customer service Bad business practices

I've been a customer of A-1 for 3 years. My old service was always late and didn't pay enough care getting around my different beds. This is not the case for A-1. They always do a good job and management is very professional and responds quickly. Top notch!

I have been a customer of A1 Lawn Care for many years. They have always been provided great service and are extremely professional. I would strongly recommend A1 for any lawn care or snow removal service. This winter they have worked tirelessly to keep my driveway clear and are always on time and do quality work.

On January 23. 2022 one of A-1 Lawn Care's plow trucks while plowing a Dentists driveway entered the roadway and struck the passengers side of the car seriously damaging both doors. There is a long back log of cars needing repair at this time so my insurance company is unable to repair my car until March 16 2022. On February 8 2022 a loved family member was diagnosed with cancer. This was our families only good car. I have to drive to many doctor's , medical appointments in a car that is very difficult to exit and enter for passengers. I think that when a company causes this much trouble for a family the least they could do is reach out and see how we are. We have heard nothing from them. I have rental car insurance but that does not begin until your car is actually at the repair shop. I don't think a business should be so cold and callous.

I had A1 do the fall cleanup and leaf removal from my yard last year. They did a fantastic job! I will hire them again this year. They have also been doing my lawn fertilizing over the past few years, the lawn has never looked better! It's weed free and I feel it looks the best in my neighborhood.

A1 had a crew cutting a lawn on a project I was working on. One of my very expensive drills was damaged along with some other items. A1 had a supervisor out to the site within minutes and quickly rectified the situation. As a small business owner I was very thankful and impressed by the response time and professional manner in which the issue was handled. I will gladly recommend them to any and all of my customers in the Ann Arbor area!
