For that reason, I m updating my rating for Trugreen. Nov 11, 2019: Had to request a refund. ONCE AGAIN I was skipped, blown off, ignored, etc. Last service was Aug 14...havent heard BOO from them since. Was supposed to receive TWO more services...NEVER HAPPENED. Even prepaid!! Glad Im not a salesperson for this company...definitely couldnt live off of reviews/experiences like mine! Spring 2019: I cant give zero or negative stars...I would if I could!! Do NOT deal with Mark Jewell in residential sales! He makes up his own version of truth by saying I took notes. Funny thing...his version of notes wasnt any part of our conversation. Called him out on it & he just brushed me off...not worried about customer service in any way, shape or form. Do yourself a favor & deal with the corporate office. FOLLOW UP: Recd a call from the local & corporate office. Got everything resolved. The sales guy...STILL in denial when he called to apologize for making up a story. The only reason he called to apologized was because he was told to...wasnt sincere in any way.

FYI - make sure the agent who said they treated your yard actually gets out of vehicle & does treat the yard. Mine today didn t neighbor watched.. agent never left vehicle. No signs were put in my yard, no sign of any granular fertilizer they put on invoice they said they applied. Called company they are going to make it right luckily.

First application I wasn t home but we have ring cameras. He picked up dog toys in the back, I never thought of that nice touch.

Sorry for the lesser review. This time I talked to my guy and told him about my weed problem. He told me he would spray after he put down the fertilizer. I glanced out the window several times only to see him spot fertilizing the yard. I think I got more on the driveway. After he got done, he put up the spreader, got in his truck for a few minutes and then left. I did not see him spray the weeds. Sorry.

Jessi at TruGreen always takes great care of me and my lawns. She always seems to be at work ready to answer my call! I like the value of my lawn service and TruGreen keeps my lawn looking great. The team at TruGreen is attentive to my requests and I m happy to recommend them for anyone looking to simplify their lawn care treatments. TruGreen also kills the weed in my rock beds which saves me tons of time!

I was thinking of trying Try Green again but after seeing Jess Reillings photos and comments it told me the company had not changed over the decades. They came out and killed not only my lawn but my family members yard as well due to a pissed off employee they had working for them that did this to multiple people. Cost me $1,500over two years to get my yard back then and cannot imagine how high it would be in 2024.

We had our first application. The employee explained what he was doing, answered all my questions, and was very professional. Austin arrived on the scheduled time. Very pleased so far.

Be warned! This company will use excessively aggressive sales tactics to get you to sign up. I called to get a quote, which I received. The next business day the Ankeny office started calling me to sign up. Over the next 36-ish hours, they called 4 times! I wanted a quote, so I could compare to other companies. They talked/called themselves out of my business.

Chemlawn does a great job. I tried doing it myself for many years but never got the results I was looking for. I gave up and decided I should try a professional instead of the orange big box stores I had immediate results the first season with weed control. I am beginning my third season with Chemlawn and my yard has never looked better. At the end of the day, there is very little difference in what I was spending trying to do it myself and the results are % better. Highly recommended!

TruGreen has always done an amazing job throughout the years. Creeping Charlie is especially annoying any makes it hard to mow well. TruGreen really helps with that and the lawn has been so much greener and lush. Its better for pets too, because their stuff is pet friendly!

Technicians continually cancel or no show for no reason. We have had to reschedule four different times. This never used to be an issue.

Excellent service! Notified by text when on their way to the house the day of service, full report of what was done that day (with an explanation as to why), and what the future plans are for a great lawn. And the TruGreen app is also very informative.

Got rid of weeds

The technician was friendly and conversant, a good representative to the company. I appreciate getting a service summary with info on the treatment completed and recommendations.

Customer for 4 years and service has only gotten worse. They d stuff almost all the service appointments at the end of the season leaving me with weeds all summer. Spent less than 5 min at my property when they did come and didn t even spray all areas of the yard. I have now moved and can t even get through to cancel the services they set up without my permission at a house I no longer live in. Not allowed to cancel online because they have to verify it s you calling but funny they didn t have verify when I signed up for service. Called the service number and the wait was 45 min. When they did call back, no one was on the line. Will not be transferring service now. I wish I could give zero stars.

I haven t received services yet, but I am impressed with Tyler s thorough explanation of services and getting me the best price possible. He answered all of my questions and I feel comfortable and confident that the company is going to deliver. I feel this way based on the initial contacts coming through exactly as he said. I ll update my review once services are rendered on my lawn.

The service is inconsistent and does not aim to please the customer. Ive used this service for my trees and pest control for a few years now and am not impressed with the service at all. Instead of listening to what is convenient for the customer, they tend to concentrate on what is best for the business. When I have contacted customer service (on many occasions) about my concerns I get inconsistent feedback. I have found that a few of the employees talk back and have become argumentive. Particularly the last agent I spoke with on the phone. She informed me I was unable to speak to a supervisor when requested. In short, Trugreen has proven that they do not have their customers best interest, but instead their own. The last person that recently provided service was friendly although was unsure the type of service he was there to do. My husband told him it was fertilization for our trees and shrubs. :(

Years long customer finally fed up. After multiple attempts to rectify the service continues to miss large portions of my lawn repeatedly. Weeds everywhere.

Finally had Carson from TruGreen that knew something about grasses and weeds. Carson did an awesome job and answered all my questions. I will be requesting Carson to do my future applications.

I have to say that I usually have trouble le with them getting the weeds killed, so I have to call them to come out again. This is the first time this season that they have come out, and I have to say that the gentleman that came out spent more time on our yard then anybody ever has. My husband did have a chance to talk to him and told him he thought he did a good job. Im thinking we wont have to call him out in 10 days or so to come back. My neighbor has been using TruGreen for over 10 years, but no longer. The last time they stopped by, they parked in front of the mail boxes. The mail carrier asked them to move so he could deliver the mail and they cussed him out. So my neighbor fired TruGreen. Its just as well, his lawn had a bunch of spots in it. They would spend 10 minutes and then leave. Not worth it. Ive never been impressed.

Weed control and fertilization were both done at a fair price. They place sign in yard ( small, not obnoxious) to warn folks that may walk their pet by our property, that the lawn has been treated, helping to keep other folks pets, safe. Positive

Just canceled. Biggest waste of money if I could get my money back Id ask for it. I have nothing but patches of brown mixed in my green grass. And I just put in 5 trees and they couldnt even keep them green. Had to hire another lawn care company to come fix their mess up. They just dont care.

We are very happy with our TruGreen services. Brent has been the technician for our applications this year & he has been great to work with. Prior to the application, he explains what he will be doing & gives advice on mowing and what is best for our yard. The company is very responsive to any questions/concerns we have. As much as I wanted this company to meet my expectations and go beyond, I am left with the unfortunate pleasure of another company letting me down. Ive paid in full for the season and was guaranteed all would be well. Not the case at all. Yard is riddled with weeds. To be honest my yard was in better condition when I tended to it myself. I could have saved myself a couple hundred dollars by doing my own applications. Its not like they have some magic elixir that creates better lawns; its simply them doing the work Im novice to. Them having a 3 stars serves the company right in the regard to thats what your lawn will look like. A 3-star lawn out of 5-stars doesnt cut it for me. So I will be cancelling their services, indefinitely.

I am more than satisfied with the service Jacob gave me today, and I feel I made the right decision to go with TruGreen.

Twice this summer I received a text saying the technician was on their way to my house. I was home both times, walked outside and waited. No one ever showed up, even though I received a text that it had been completed. I called in to complain and was told they would refund me for the treatments missed. Not only did they not give me any refund, they had the gall to attempt to pull more money out of my account for the second no-show. Luckily I had canceled that credit card and they couldnt further rip me off.

Trugreen aerated and overseeded the yard today. They have done a wonderful job over the Spring/Summer months treating our yard so that it looks amazing. We have lived in our house eight years and this is the best it has ever looked. Jacob Nicolas and his helper did an excellent job aerating and over seeding the yard. I really like when they notify us when they are coming. It gives us time to open gates, remove items in the yard and mow before they arrive.

My lawn is much greener and thicker than last year. Im glad I have my trees and shrubs treated also. The apple trees looked much healthier than before.

I have been with true green for many years, and have found that the communication with the local people has been great. Some of the employees who have walked my lawn have done A good job, but the last fellow I had did a fabulous job. And I hope he gets a raise.

I sent in an estimate out of curiosity. I got a call within 10 minutes about a full treatment for the upcoming season. I said I wanted to hold off and think about it for a couple of days, and Im really glad I did. I have been bombarded with calls from incredibly pushy people all day, even after telling them to take me off their list. Very annoying!

I use these guys last year and I wasn t 100% impressed but figured because it was the first year they needed time to improve my lawn. I ve tried calling three different times and only get a Corporate voice system and unable to reach anyone about my account directly. It shouldn t be this hard to call a company and pay for additional services. Extremely unimpressed with TruGreen.

Highly upset with with the results. The front looks just like the back. I cant believe they still calling wanting my business. After all the rain and sunshine. I was told our yard would thrive come the following spring. Spring is here. This is the result. After looking at some of the reviews, shame on you TruGreen. I remember my wife said we was billed and no work was done. Irrigating was being done late in the process. Seems like if you are not home when they come, they will just not do anything and bill you.

I have been a long time customer of TruGreen. However I recently had to cancel my account. I was notified on 3 occasions that services were performed on my lawn. We had camera installed the last couple of years and have captured the tech not treating the lawn and claimed they did. This continued after I made several complaints. If this is happening to me, how many other customers have they done this to ? Very disappointing!

If you are thinking of using Tru Green and you have any intention of ever canceling Do NOT do it. I read all these negative reviews and thought what s the worst that could happen. Let me just say all the worst things have happened. After two months of service I cancelled, tore up my yard to build a pool and for every month this whole last year they have showed up to try and service the yard, theyve serviced the lawn when I ve been gone when there s nowhere to service and charged me and I legitimately get 2 or 3 phone calls every month asking me when my next service can be? I have cancelled them with a rep over 12 times.. with all of the, promising me I m fully off their lists. Just received a phone call today a full year after my cancellation. Worst company and customer relation people on earth and I truly cannot believe they are still in business. Writing this review to hope to save people thinking of doing this DO NOT save yourself

3rd season TruGreen treats my back yard in addition to my neighbors. The last time TruGreen treated about 5 feet of my property. I ve called and get promises of someone getting back to me but no one ever has. They cannot find a record of treating my neighbors address! Last season, they sprayed when windy and it drifted throughout my back yard. Customer service said no damage, no problem . Next call to local, state agencies, maybe OSHA too. I ve asked for a document of what has been sprayed on my yard, but am still waiting for that too. 800 number is not local.

True Green has to be the worst ever! Rude!!the lady very rude when I explained I m not committing today for service. Was wanting estimate only. She would not send out a guy. I had to commit today. Told her no so she said she would email me estimate. I said that was fine. A guy from True Green just called said he had new estimate. I explained again not committing today. He was so rude. Asked if I was still looking around and I said yes getting estimate from other companies then will decide. OMGoodness. He said well, when you decide call us and Hung up on me. Sooo very rude. I will pass this along! Terrible customer service!

Called for quote on Tuesday for new house with over acre yard. Sounded like what I wanted so asked to have quote emailed to me. Said he would. Didnt get it so went to website to get it again. Talked to someone who said she could not do that. Questioned why and no good answer. Didnt feel like I should have to go over everything again so I said forget it. I have since been harassed with endless phone calls, at least 15 in 4 days plus 2 text. Asked for them to stop calling more than once. Still havent stopped harassment. I understand if original quote was wrong or not complete. I would even pay more for services such yard so large. I am willing to pay for good service and results, but if they cant even handle initial customer service, how would they preform the actual work?

Worst experience I have ever had with a company. Hard to believe a company this large could be this unprofessional and perform this poor of a job.

TruGreen came and sprayed my lawn with weed killer although I am not a customer. In fact, I dont use any chemicals on my lawn! I was horrified that this had been done and after multiple calls to customer service over the past week I have yet to get an apology or compensation from the Ankeny office. Think twice before you sign up with this company.

Never made it to the stages of using the business because I was completely off-put by their 6 calls in less than 24 hours after I entered my information on their site online. Will not be using due to the annoyance and frustration I have because of the multiple phone calls.

I mow a friends lawn she started with trugreen this summer wanted to have the lawn fill in a bit thicker not the case they have trashed the lawn to say the least. Fried complete dead spots all over weeds everywhere it is not even close to how it started off 10 times worse. Days they text and said that they were on site treating the yard they were never even there at all. So not only are they terrible at lawn applications and getting your lawn looking the way that they say they will they re liars about when they say they will be there. I only put a one star because that s as low as I could go it would be a strong zero to say the least.

Terrible work, just terrible! Their treatment can t fix my lawn weed issue. Even worse, they cut my internet wire during last service and ignore my complain message. I canceled next year contract last week and their customer manager called me and promised to return all money to me if I can replied his email with some pictures. I agreed but that guy never email me or call me back. I really don t know how does this company survive during competition, maybe by lying?

Wrong address! Guy starts dumping stuff on my lawn. I went out to ask him what hes doing and discover he has the wrong address. I dont even have TruGreen

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY I had a very expensive experience with this company. I determined I would not use them the following year. I thought that I could do that in 5 minutes. I asked for service cancellation confirmation. Something to indicate we had spoken and my service was cancelled. NSTEAD, I was given the run around for at least 15 minutes. By run around the woman kept lowering the price and arguing with me, and not listening. I was highly suspicious when she would not give me a verification. I remained pleasant but did ask if we would could be done. Well NOPE! I was then put on hold for interminable length (about 5 minutes of time.) I could not hang up because i did not have a confirmation. The hold, I believe (can not prove) was a ruse to wear me down. She came back on the line. (Silly me thinking she had my confirmation of cancel) But NO again it was a lengthy period of time with her rambling about changing the the technician, having the man changed if I watched him and did not like his methods. (Now that is what I live for - - - to watch a man I do not know spray my yard.) That isnt creepy.. . . And again a reduction in price. She offered me half price. I said why was that not offered to me last spring. She went into a deflecting speech about changing the tech if I did not like the one I got.. (HUH????) After about 30 minutes she gave me the number. Not one of the questions I asked were answered. I do not blame the customer service person, she needs a job. BUT Tru-Green, Yikes, the training you put these people thru suggests brain washing. It was a cross between scary and Saturday Night Live. I recommend Jimmy Fallon call the company up and try to cancel a service. Wish I had recorded it.

They do a great job..$500 for aeration and overseed is my only complaint

Next to impossible to contact anyone from this company. Tried to call at 10:22am and was told my wait time was over 2 hours. Guess I will not be getting service from this company anymore. Have called several times.

We have a garden and kids with respiratory issues so we do not use yard sprays and only use pellet herbicides when necessary to avoid overspray. They sprayed our yard, which was the wrong address. When we called the local customer service line to find out if we needed to take immediate action for the plants on our property, they would not talk to us since we are not in their system. Note the local line is rerouted to a national line, which no one could tell us what our yard was sprayed with. And this was after we spent 45 mins trying to reach a customer service rep. I was told we could expect a local rep to be in contact with us and stop by our house, which I expect will be too late to salvage any plants that have damage. Highly suggest to look for a local company that uses ground pellets with better customer service, and you will keep a nice looking lawn without upsetting your neighbors.

Excellent service and quality fertilizing of our lawn. When a weed is spotted, it is killed. A good lush lawn.

Chemicals used in application killed grass. My lawn now have dead spots and watering does not help.

This is a company that will call you multiple times per day when trying to entice you to sign up for their services... after you sign and pay, they become ghosts. Long wait times to talk to anyone compounded by 24+ hour call backs from managers. Customer support notwithstanding, the biggest issue is that the customer service office seems very out of touch with the actual technicians. They can put notes in your account till they are blue in the face, the technician will still not do what is asked. I am on my 4th treatment where they fail to simply put a sign in a treated patch of grass so my neighbor doesnt let their animals into the fertilizer. I will be calling next week to cancel my service and request a refund on the remaining treatments. (i paid in full which i do not recommend) I am giving them two stars because their treatments seem to at least partially work as my lawn is starting to look better. But possibly putting my neighbors dogs in danger is not worth the marginal improvement. Try A+ or another lawn care service...

If you want the biggest headache youve ever had in your entire life, hire TruGreen for your lawn care. The salesmen are bullies. Customer service is not just useless, but rude to the point that theyre almost hostile. No matter how many times you call customer service, your request never actually makes it to person providing your service. Supervisors promise to call you back and *never* do. TruGreen is one of the worst run, unprofessional, disorganized, and flat out incompetent companies Ive ever done business with.

I ONLY gave one star bc I can t write a review if I don t. Do not use this service!!! They don t show up when they state they will. When you call customer service (they are working remotely) the commuter is ALWAYS down. No supervisors are available EVER!! We ordered this service as a gift for our dad for Father s Day. It s august 13th and they haven t showed up since may. The yard is FULL of weeds. Tried to find that perfect gift and it s a disaster for my parents. Here is an edit I contacted them immediately by email and they never responded.

Started using TruGreen last fall and so far my yard is looking greener and fuller already! Im glad I chose TruGreen. Ive used local guys before and the results were never this quick!

I think Trugreen has a great service however I have now called 3 to 5 times today only to either be just connected to the option to hold your place in line but you cannot get a hold of anybody in Trugreen when I did the chat app I was 31 person in line I try it right away at 9 AM when they open I tried at noon three and four so Frustrated. That you can t get a hold of anybody local and you have to go through this freaking 800 number. They say they will come out and re-treat your yard if you re not happy but the problem is you can t get a hold of them there app is less than customer friendly when trying to chat.

They showed up again this year and preformed a treatment then charged my account but I cancelled service last year - SO AGRAVATING. The sales team badgered me to expand my services and I repeatedly told them I was not interested. Id also asked about their chemicals impact on pollinators and was assured it wouldnt kill bees but when i checked the chemical against the NDA - it had warnings about killing all insects so to watch the timing and TruGreen didnt pay attention to that.

Have used TruGreen for several years and have had many compliments on my lawns appearance.

I called to get an estimate, and took them at least 30 minutes to respond. When they did it was only an automated call. Tried to get a professional lawn expert as they call them, out to help me instead someone was out and sprayed without permission. WILL NEVER RECOMMOND THEM!!!!

Paid $521.10 for 8 treatments in advance for discount, starting October fall fertilizer treatment! Thought the rest of treatments would continue the following year, but they rushed a weed treatment and aeration and re- seeding late October, early November!! How can you water then,it snowed !! Weed treatment wouldnt work either in those temperatures!! When I complained about it, nothing was done!! The next year they said (billing- Julie) my 3 treatments used up all monies I paid.I called to tell customer service I wanted no more services that I had to pay for in June 2021, then in August they did aeration &re-seeding and took out $154.10 from checking, which I still havent been refunded!! Also another bill for a treatment I already paid for! My lawn is all brown and very dissatisfied with this company! Customer service is a joke!!

Great Service

I wanted one year to see how it went. Got a bill. Paid it. They sent another bill (was for following year - very deceptive). It was inadvertently paid. This is not a professional practice but a deceptive one.

TruGreen was supposed to drop off flags so I could mark my underground pet fence before lawn aeration. Instead they unexpectedly showed up and did a full aeration on my yard and broke the pet fence in several locations. Called the support number and the customer service representative saw they were only supposed to drop off flags for aeration that day and do an aeration at a later date. They also signed me up for a service that I had declined when establishing my lawn care service for the year.

There is a serious lack of operational organization at this branch. Weve been promised aeration numerous times last season as well as this season which has not happened. We ended up just renting a machine and doing it ourselves. Weve specifically asked for no premergent/herbicide and we just got a random ticket on our door stating they applied it. No call, no knock. Its seems like they have a system that strictly focuses on volume of only one service. (Spray as much herbicide on as many lawns as possible). Feeling extremely violated right now...

I gave them 2 stars because their treatment killed every dandelion in my yard shortly after the first treatment. So their product worked. My issue is that when I signed up I made it very clear that I only wanted fertilizer and weed control. I explicitly told them I didnt want them to treat for insects. On my second treatment in the plan my bank account was automatically billed for double the amount I expected for a treatment. I checked the information left by the tech and discovered they had billed me for insect treatment along with my regular weed and feed treatment resulting in a double charge. Shady and unprofessional practice.

First of all, if you dont have the local persons phone number, good luck getting ahold of anyone who knows anything about your needs. The corporate customer service is terrible. I didnt have a local contact until a salesperson called me trying to sell me mosquito defense. I signed up for the TruHealth program (6 applications + grub control) last fall for this year (2020). I didnt receive my first application until the end of April, then my second application was the first day of Summer. The app gives you a date on when your next visit will be, but the date changes every time you look. Since I still have crabgrass and clover in my yard, I inquired if they had missed one of the Spring applications, they vocally scheduled a visit within 72 hours to catch up, but this visit never took place. From my understanding, the pre-emergent should have been put on in the Spring before the weeds germinated (first two applications). During the second application (Fert/Weed Control + Grub Treatment), the tech only did two-thirds of the yard and left, but the receipt states they did All Areas. When I called to inquire, they said the tech could have been confused about the side yard since I live on the corner lot and would send the them back out. I still havent seen them or been able to confirm if theyve been back out. Reminder, I was billed for both treatments. I ended up canceling my service, which was the easiest thing to do however, the credit amount I received was less than what they told me over the phone. Poor communication, Unreliable service, Easy to get your money back, I would take your money somewhere else.

Yard treated yesterday and one gate was left open the other was barely shut. We could have easily had a dead dog. Ill be going back to my previous provider after this season. Im also sick and tired of getting promoted for services I have repeatedly said I do not want...but the open gate is the end for us.

Terrible service. Didnt show up twice so they try and get you to stay by giving you the next service free and then charged me so when I call in they said I will get a refund they charged me $105 and gave me a refund of $58 saying they did 2 services one was a grub so confusing. Never again. Look at all the 1 star reviews fora 0 star company.

If your wanting the worst yard on your block hirer these guy s! Not only have they left my yard looking like a disaster, they also left two of my neighbors yards looking the same, complete disaster! All three of us just fired them! I emailed 3 times, called customer service, found one of their techs working near by and personally showed him my yard, resulting in him shaking his head, saying totally unacceptable , will tell my manager so he told me! So I tried really hard to get my yard issues looked at, results were CRICKETS! Then after trying all of that, I made a 30 second video, sent it to the CEO showing him how bad my yard is, and sent a letter outlining all the attempts with communication that I tried to get a manager, supervisor to correct my yard or at least look and respond to me!! Wow like CEO and employees, CRICKETS! Absolutely no response. Folks not good, I went through all proper channels a number of times, just a very poorly run company! They just lost 3 customers in one block, I m going with small company that actually cares about you and your yard! Des Moines, Iowa

The past two times they have come to spray fertilizer and tripower broadleaf control, they have only spent 4-6 minutes on our entire front and back yard. (The time they spend at our house is listed on our customer worksheet that they leave in the front door. Plus, I m home and time them!) To me that seemed impossible. I ve called a TruGreen and complained and was told that with the square footage of our property they should be there for at least 10-15 minutes! We have gone thru TruGreen for many years, however I keep having to call them out to re-spray and I think that s terrible customer service. Next year we will be going with another company!

The worst customer service I ve ever experienced. Received my quote via phone call last week, which was great. I did provide my credit card, which is my own fault. Was told an auditor would call me this week to set up my first appointment and discuss the quote again to make sure I wanted to pay monthly. I asked the rep who gave me my quote TWICE to make sure I would be getting a phone call and that I could schedule on my own time. She confirmed both times. I received zero phone calls. I received an email confirming my quote, which I was good with the price so I confirmed that was okay. Then received a confirmation again stating someone would be calling to set up my first appointment. I received nothing. Checked my email again today to find out they serviced my lawn already. I wanted to know when it was being serviced so that I could make sure my yard was picked up and ready to go. I also wanted to be home for the first service so that I could go over the property and my specific issues. I called customer service and told them the fact that I was never called when I was told I would be and that this was already scheduled without discussing it with me left a bad taste in my mouth. Their response was that the aeration and overseeding was already scheduled as well for next week. Again, was not told this, no emails confirming appointments. At this point I was upset and explained that it made me want to cancel. The rep responded, Oh okay, hold on... Okay, it s cancelled. Here s your reference number. Obviously they don t care about their customers, and I shouldn t have expected much more from a big company. What a waste of time. I will be sure to give my money to someone local from here on out. Use this company only if you don t care about honesty and integrity in a business.

The service provided is excellent and the app keeps me informed when the service will be performed. We had neglected our lawn for many years prior to starting your service last year. Basically in one year of six services we have reclaimed our lawn from weeds, even Creeping Charlie, and have a nice thick lawn.

Treated for weeds and then got a call they were planning on an aeration and overseeding the next day. Doesnt Trugreen check to see what is being done to the lawn and schedule accordingly?

Had them for years did a good job this year a guy came out with a hand sprayer not sure what it was but my yard started to dye in spots called a guy came out said there was nothing wrong bs my yard has died spots still so we are going to use someone else do are yard.

My lawn looks like a golf course now. Thank you Matt Knutson!
