Derek’s no cancelation policy is unconscionable. I handled a pest issue on my own and canceled my appointment. No visit or service was performed however I still received an invoice. Both of Derek’s companies have been reported to the Iowa Attorney General, consumer fraud division as well as the BBB.
Derek is very professional and reliable. Happy with the lawn care, yard work and tree removals he’s done for us.
