Our experience with Best Outdoor Services was 100% positive from start to finish! Justin was great to work with. He helped us make decisions about upgrades to our property and then he and his crew executed those decisions thoroughly and promptly. He responded quickly to my calls and questions and was always friendly and patient in spite of juggling many demands and projects at the same time. The review here is LONG overdue-- I have a been long time customer and these folks at BOS's are amazing and have truly turned my yard from a dumpy, dry and sad little despot of weeds and dead spots into a sharply manicured, healthy, and luscious yard. They've always been helpful, courteous, accountable, and very professional. I remain their happiest customer and highly recommend their services to any and all. It's just such a great feeling to come home after a long day and appreciate the Curb Appeal that BOS's has made happen. Justin the owner had great communication, exceeded my expectations on time to complete the project and pricing was great. Walker and Harry on Justin’s crew were very hard workers and super nice. Would highly recommend Best Outdoor Services to anyone looking!
These guys suck. If I could give them zero stars on this review, I would. We were finally getting our grass to look good until these clowns came out and did the first mow and weed spray of the year. My yard looks 10x worse now; they blow through the yards like they're racing the Indy 500, leaving track marks in the grass and weed whip where there's not even weeds. They've destroyed my landscaping lights due to this (you'll see in my pictures that I have two sets of these lights, the smaller set is supposed to be as long as the other pictured, but they chopped right through it with a weed whip and took zero responsibility) and my email to rectify this accident went unanswered. I honestly wish I had another choice in company, but it's who the HOA has contracted, so pretty much just gotta deal until we get out of the HOA. I don't know how they call themselves Best Outdoor Services when they're not even actually taking care of the yards here. They don't even care that they're basically turning everyone's yards into dirt yards.
Had a very tall tree located in a narrow area close to my house. I wondered how anyone would get the tree out without damaging my home. Brandon's team made quick work of it with absolutely no problems. Clean, efficient, safe, courteous. Can't ask for much more. Highly recommend.
Justin is very passionate and knowledgeable at what he does. I had some lawn leveling, irrigation, and hydro seeding done this past spring. Grass grew in quickly and as expected and I am very pleased with the performance of the irrigation system. Especially with how dry our summer was this year. Highly recommend Best Outdoor Services!
Brandon and his team did a fantastic job with our patio and firepit. They took an idea and ran with it and we couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. Their crew was professional and thorough and took care of everything- from moving an irrigation valve, valve box and irrigation lines, to adding some extra special touches to the edges, to reseeding the areas where their equipment altered the grass. It looks amazing and I can't wait to furnish the spaces and use them. I highly recommend Best Outdoor Services for outdoor landscaping projects.
Best Outdoor built our fire pit and patio. There was a lot of grading needed to make it work in the space and couldn't be happier. The team also re routed and fixed up our sprinkler system while here. The team was very friendly and professional and worked hard to get the job done right. I would highly recommend them for projects.

This is my first negative review, and I wouldnt have given it if I would have just gotten a call back. This company says they have guards on their mowers, but a rock or something hit and cracked my windshield from a mower while I was parked at work. I called the company to see if we could work something out with insurance, left a message and got no reply over one week later. It was clearly an accident, but now I owe a $500 deductible just for being parked at work.
I used Best Outdoor to perform grading around a new building, and the installation of a boulder retaining wall. I could not recommend them enough. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly and available to discuss details of the project. Their price was fair, and I could not be happier with the end results. I would highly recommend them to others. They are certainly my first choice going forward.

The ownership is responsive, easy to work with, and accountable. Though there arent many, when there are client concerns, I receive prompt resolution. I LOVE WORKING WITH BEST OUTDOORS!!! The owner, Tom is amazing. They service several of the HOAs I manage. I honestly wish they serviced all of them. The communication is second to none. The crews work so hard. My Boards are thrilled with the service they provide. Keep up the WONDERFUL work! We use Best Outdoor Services for snow removal in the winter. They are always fast at clearing our parking lot and piling our snow where requested. I would recommend Best Outdoor Services to everyone. Great family business!
I have utilized this company for a number of different services over the years from plowing, fall/spring cleanup, hydro-seeding, landscaping, irrigation installation and sod install. Probably a few other things that I cannot think of. I have been able to work with Brandon, Justin and Tom who are all family that run this business. The dedication they put into their services and relationships is second to none. When I have called for something they have always been Johnny on the spot. Out to my place within a day or two if not the same day to help me with what I needed done. I even had trees installed this summer at my house and within 24 hours my well pump went out. They helped bring a water tank to my house and water my new trees (they might have died it was so hot). I cannot say thank you enough for that! Always felt I paid a fair price for great service and work. Hats off to these guys! I will keep calling them in the future.
Wonderful outdoor services company! They have done work for me multiple times and are always the first lawn care service I refer. I have done business with many other lawn care companies and have always ran into issues with them, however, I have never had an issue with Best Outdoor Services!
