We hadn’t paid for snow removal services before using Glaciers Edge Maintenance and after years of us not shoveling we can confidently say it’s been so worth it! It made such a difference in keeping our home looking occupied while we were away, and it saved us hours of daily shoveling. The driveway and walkways always look tidy. We never have to worry about slipping and falling. I also appreciate the email notifications letting us know when the crew is on the way, especially with the little joke that always bring a smile. This service truly helps make winter feel shorter in Alaska! Highly recommend.

My husband and I were out of town for a family emergency and were gone for 3-4 snow days. Our driveway and walkway had several inches of snow, which we were unable to clear with our snow blower. We contacted GEM and Rachel was nice enough to come out during their busy schedule to help us out and did a fantastic job! I am so grateful for their speedy and professional service. Glaciers Edge Maintence is phenomenal . We use them for snowplowing and our yard maintenance. They are great with communication and keep us informed as to when they dispatch routes for snow removal. They are incredibly responsive and are just one one of the best businesses overall that we have ever dealt with. I highly recommend them. You will not be disappointed!
We recommend snow blowing by GEM without hesitation. Not only is their communication level, in my experience, well above average but their timing seems almost magical. Today the blower appeared just before I needed to navigate the new snow on our driveway, not after. That is service! The photo is not our driveway, it is just evidence of the need for help from GEM!

We have used GEM for several years doing both snow removal and lawn service...they do a fabulous job!! We live at the bottom of a cul de sac and our guy makes a sweep of the snow pile in the center of the road which opens the road for everyones driveway! Thats going above and beyond! Glacier s Edge has been fantastic! They monitor the snowfall in my neighborhood and come out whenever needed. I never need to call to request service. They plow our entire driveway, including the parking area, and if we have a car parked there will wait for us to move it so they can get the entire area. I could not be more pleased with their service.

Great service. The snow blower on the tractor blows the snow into the yard so there is no large pile of snow at the edge of the driveway like with a plow. Also my yard does not get scalped.

Recommend without reservation. Best snow removal company I have ever used. They show up as promised and never at 2 am to wake you up. The blower set on a tractor ensures your driveway doesn t keep getting narrower with each snow as happens with plow service. Contacted Glacier when my previous snow removal company declined to provide the service this year. Excellent service throughout winter. Especially like the prenotices they send letting one know that they are out on route. Price is very fair. Highly recommend them. Might have them do summer yard maintenance aslo. They seem to care about the customer.

GEM came through in a hot second when I called to ask if they could plow my 94-year-old mothers driveway. It was rutted and there was deep slush. We worried that she may injure herself or be unable to leave the house. GEM was slammed after Snowmagedon, yet they came through to help a neighbor in need!
Chris and he crew did a great job on Spring Clean up for my yard last year. I had them come back and do some work filling in some low spots on my lawn as well. I look forward to having them back this Spring to give the yard another clean up. Mike

We live one a small street that takes a usually few days for the muni to plow. Most of the time this is not a problem. But in the recent snow storms we got dumped on and many vehicles spent hours stuck in our front drive ways being dug out by hand. Glaciers Edge Maintenance serves several homes on the street. Watching them breeze in and clear drive ways in less than a minute, while blowing the snow directionally to where it was out of the way was amazing. They were even kind enough to help clear a way out for some of the 4-wheel drive challenged. Otherwise, wed still be waiting for the official plow. Much appreciated!

Bunch of hacks. Constantly skipping areas asked to make sure they got my front yard today and they left without doing a thing to it.

I had Glaciers Edge thatch and aerate my lawn and they were quick, cleaned up all their mess, and were very affordable. Id absolutely recommend using them.
Glaciers Edge has been incredibly helpful. They are prompt and come by as soon as I call. They have helped keep our building maintenance up to date and help with our landscaping as well. Very helpful, friendly, highly recommended!
