Did a lot of business with them in the summer and spent a lot of money, it was good for the most part. But when we tried to get some estimate on cost for snow removal, could not get a simple answer and was transferred to manager that was straight out rude. When I asked the manager why he was been rude he's answer "you holding off my business office girl getting her frustrated with your questions, you can call another company" wow! Just wow! I will be calling another company for sure, I suggest you give your business to someone else that actually cares about customer service, no one deserves to be treated with such disrespect.
