Yard Chief Yard Care, Inc in Anchorage

We had an autumn yard cleanup from Jay & Michael today. They did a fantastic job. I have a huge yard, and a chicken/duck run, that they cleaned all the leaves and twigs and trimmed the grass. I usually do this all myself, but was overwhelmed by the amount of leaves and such this year. Glad I delegated tasks and used them! Great job, thank you!

What company responds to their customers/clients in such a rude manner and distasteful way. “Let us know, but please understand that we do not sit at our computers all day and have other obligations”. This could have been phrase differently and my email to them was not offensive what so ever. I do not recommend this company because they have a difficult time responding back and if they do respond they are rude. I have never experienced this from any other company which they have no issues responding in a timely manner and are able to provide excellent customer service.

Great crew and ownership! They worked with us to clear out years of leaves and small brush that had built up as well as yard dethatching, aeration, and application of Spray Green. Highly recommended!
