Two Seasons Services in Anchorage

I highly don t recommend these guys. Took them 3 months to fix a problem they created. Credit to the owner for finally following through.

I rely on Two seasons for both Summer and Winter for Lawn mowing and Snow Plowing. Very professional, always on time. I have been with them for over 3 years and never been disappointed. Will recommend to anyone needing the services. Cant say enough good things about them. Very happy!

This is our 3rd winter (2021) with Two Seasons. We are extremely happy with their service. The TS Gang , like magic, responded quickly to this year s first heavy snowfall, shoveling our walkways in the morning and again in the evening when two inches accumulated. We also have made a couple of add-ons to our service. TS has been responsive and courteous to our needs. Bottom line: You can rely on Two Seasons. They are prompt and they do a stellar job. We definitely recommend them!!

I called Jordan 5 weeks ago to stop my lawn service. They continued coming to my house every week for four weeks after to mow my own without my consent, and even fertilized my yard without consent and without notifying me in advance. Since I had auto pay set up, they have continued to charge my account. I now have to call Bank of America to dispute every transaction, even though I terminated that credit card and set up a stop payment. They did this by changing the name of the description of their service inputted into the Visa transaction. They don t answer the phone and don t return voicemails or emails. WORST company ever! NOV 2020- Since this summer, Jordan called two separate occasions to apologize for the bad service. I ve also been refunded. I used Two Season Services the previous summer and didn t have any issues and found the quality of their work to be exceptional. I believe the bad experience was isolated, and Jordan cares deeply about the service his business provides customers.

I use Two Seasons Services for my rental property lawn-care. They do a fabulous job and are very detail oriented. They also guarantee their work and will come back if any issues arise. Highly recommend this company and have referred several people to them!

They were amazing last year. This year, we had to let them go. We never knew if they were coming or not. I realize things happen, but we never received phone calls letting us know. We did all the phoning. This week they skipped us altogether! We were told next Wed. Sadly, had to find someone new. I need reliability.

I just recently ended services with Two Seasons as I no longer required them but if I ever need any lawn care again I will absolutely reach out to them again. The work looked great and prices were fair. We had some confusion when they first started but due to their excellent response time to all my questions and concerns, there was never so much as a hiccup following. I have, and will continue to, recommend them to those I know looking for any lawn care.

Two seasons did a fantastic job on our yard. Bewteen not being maintained for most of the summer and a dog who loves to drag firewood and branches everywhere, they had their work cut out for them. They really went above and beyond. Our yard looked great now. I will be using Two Seasons again!

I have used Two Seasons for a few years at my rental properties and they always to a great job cutting the grass rain or shine. My tenants always comment on how great the lawn looks. If I ever have something I want to change about my service they are quick to make adjustments and I recommend them to friends and family.

What a deck! Jordon promised from the start that we would have a deck to be proud of and he and his crew delivered. He took time to listen to our desires and incorporated his suggestions to get us the best end product. We had a few hiccups and delays like any project you want to get completed but nobody rushed anything to make up for lost time. If you want a deck with top quality workmanship, and an honest contractor these are the guys.

We use this company for commercial snowplowing. They really do their best to do a good job each time and keep their customers happy. That alone sets them apart in this business. They do a quality job with attention to detail.

Quality of the job is ok, but overall, did not meet my expectations. UPDATE (03/2017): The company made things right. Jordan, the owner, is a great person to deal with, excellent customer service. We actually ended up picking them to do a big landscaping/foundation job at our property and they did great.

The only reason this has one star is because I cannot post it with zero. I do not recommend this service. The crew does not show up when requested and the person answering the phone and scheduling doesnt communicate well. Find another lawn service if you would like your lawn mowed.

Tried to get lawn care every other week while gone and ended up getting charged for every week. Left messages with the office and no response. On a similar note the snow removal was hit and miss. When I was home it was spectacular but when unsupervised the results were poor.

GREAT SERVICE AT A GREAT VALUE! I used Two Seasons last year for lawn care and snow removal. I live in Downtown Anchorage and have a decent sized lawn with a large driveway. Two Seasons did a great job fertilizing and mowing my lawn throughout the year. My grass started out patchy and brown. After 1 season using Two Seasons my family will now actually play in our yard. The price is the best around. I priced out multiple other services and they came in at the best and had the most knowledge on what to do with my lawn. They are very knowledgeable and have attention to detail. Their snow removal is just the same. It was always nice coming home after work to a clear and smooth driveway.

Always keeps you informed of schedule changes. Follows up to make sure everything was done as expected. One time I asked for a little extra in the spring to an area they dont normally do and it was done the next week and done great. Steep hill with over growth of grass.
