I have used Kellys for many years now. I have been very pleased with their work. I have moved recently and the work they do here is more involved with pruning and hedge trimming as well as the lawn care. it is always well groomed. Johnathan B, Derek and Greg and Lolly did excellent work this year. Lolly has pruned this location for several years now. He knows what he is doing. I highly recommend Kelly Lawn & Landscaping.

I had work done in my property today with Lole, Dave and Randall being the crew assigned to do the work. They did an outstanding job with every task I wanted completed. They even took away all the twigs and branches left behind by a tree chopping service. The property looks great and it shows that these gentlemen are dedicated to providing good service. They were friendly, professional and efficient in all the work they did. I will definitely be a repeat customer to Kelly Lawns & Landscaping.

This was our first experience with Kelly Lawn and Landscaping and I can t say enough good things about the work that Lole, Josue, Randal, and Dave did in our back yard. The space was completely transformed and exceeded my expectations.They are by far the most professional crew I have ever worked with. As a person with disabilities who experiences a lot of brain fatigue from chronic illnesses it was a huge weight off my shoulders to have such a highly competent crew that was able to assess what needed doing with minimal input from me. I keep walking out into the back yard because I can t believe how beautiful it all looks.

Devin, Taylor and Elijah came and serviced my lawn today and I am so impressed! Kelly Lawn s service is unbelievably quick and detailed. I called in desperate need of help. Erica took my call and was so wonderful and very sweet. She provided a quote within minutes of my call. Not only did they respond the same day (75 mins later to be exact) during the busy season, but they were all super efficient and extremely helpful. My lawn was very grown out, wet, and under maintained (I have 3 dogs) so I was highly aware my lawn was not an easy one to tackle. They plowed through it like it was any other easy yard. I appreciated their professionalism and empathy for my situation. I highly recommend and couldn t say enough about my wonderful experience with this company.

Completely overpriced lawn service. They wanted to charge about $500 just for a ONE time mow -- making the assumption our lawn was extremely tall when it was not without even bothering to look at any pictures. GTFO Kelly Lawn with your abusive prices.

Our family used Kelly Lawn & Landscaping to help us clean up our very large yard in the spring. The crew was professional and did Texas suburb quality work. When we went out of town we asked them to mow our lawn for us. I was so delighted when I returned home to find that they not only mowed my lawn but also cleaned the flower beds of some big weeds!

It was delightfully no muss-no fuss. Didnt even know they were here until they were practically half way done, they just tucked in and got to work. When I did step outside, the workers stopped what they were doing to introduce themselves and find out if there were any specifics I wanted. This is the fourth year we used Kelly Lawn and Landscaping for our yard clean up, lime and fertilizer. We were not disappointed, Devin and Jesse did a great job, the quality of the work and cleanliness was outstanding. Very polite, I will use them again next year.

I called these guys last year and got great service! However this year not so. The guys came by and looked at my yard and said there was too much dog waste. Ok, no problem I picked up and then when they showed up again I was there and I walked around with both guys having them look, and I picked up anything they pointed at. After about 15 minutes of this, they couldn t find anything. They walked all over turning over leaves, digging around, and I said ok well you guys going to get to work? They said no there is too much waste. I said where? They said just everywhere. I asked the criteria for animal waste and they didn t have one. I ve never had any company say this to me and refuse to do their job. Yesterday my yard was cleaner than it ever was for a spring clean. I m not sure what they expect.

Today Devin, Jesse, and Jerimiah did our spring clean up. They worked non stop for over an hour and a half and they did an excellent job. Bravo boys!

Although I see a lot of good reviews here, I am not so pleased for the work you did on my lawn. There is a lot of grass trimmings up along my house wall, the lawn looks half @$$ done, and I feel I paid way too much for the s#!tty work that was done on my lawn. My neighbor gets theirs done by another lawn care services and they paid almost half of what I paid and their lawn look very professionally done and very neat and clean trimming... and their lawn was just a long as mine.

Very disappointed. Called them right after snow storm we had in ANC for snow hauling, they gave me longer wait time which was expected since I assumed they were busy, saying they would let me know 24h prior they come to remove all vehicles etc. No problem. Then I called right before given ETA to see when would they come, which was right before end of 2022, lady answered again, was very polite, trying to explain they are still backed out but they would probably make it by the end of the week (which was last week). Guy called me today while I m super busy at work (Tuesday of the following week), asking me if they can come in an hour due to one cancellation they had, I said no - I have tenants as well and it s not possible. I asked when would they be coming in he said it would probably be in a week or 2 if I don t have them come in today trying to pressure me to do it right away. When I told him all history of me trying to get snow hauled, when I called first time and had appointment scheduled, up to me calling second time and now third and if he can give me accurate ETA or I would cancel the appointment, his answer was: We would actually be very happy if you would cancel it, you would do us a favor. In between trying to blame me for not taking this appointment, 1 hour away (don t remember exact words so I Won t quote). And I told him that I understand they are very busy right now and they have a lot of business but it s a bad customer service to tell that, to me as their consumer, cause I might have needed other services in the future and for sure wouldn t be going to them, he said: Wow well now after you told me something like that, we won t be coming to your place at all and we are canceling your service! I hung up. Such a sad story, So my recommendation is not calling them, cause if they re busy, and they see you need smaller job that they wouldn t make whole bunch on, they ll treat you most probably the way I was treated.

Kelly Lawn and Landscaping did snow removal for me at two locations. Matt called ahead of time so I knew exactly when they would be there. Logan the loader operator did a great job for me at both locations. I will definitely use them in the future.

Kelly was available when others were not. They yarded off snow on short notice. This company is very well organised. Great management and staff. The loader operator (Logan Smith) is a great operator. We will be calling Kelly first from now on!

After reviewing a google search hydro seeding, I decided to go with this company due to their high ratings. I pre-paid for up to 2,000 s.f. for hydro seeding. They only do seeding on Saturdays. I was originally scheduled for seeding on 7/3. But due to the July 4th holiday it was moved to 7/10. Ok. No problem. I called 7/9 to make sure I was still scheduled the next day. They said I was. I inquired as to approximately what time they would arrive. They couldnt tell me. Not even if it was going to be in the morning or afternoon. (Even the cable company does better than that.) I asked them to either call or text me prior to coming over. They said no problem and stuck a note on my pre-paid paperwork and put at the top of the pile so the crew would know. Lo and behold Saturday comes and a complete and utter NO SHOW. Not even a call or a text. I called the office. Noone answered. Left a message as they said the phone messages are monitored. No call. On Monday morning I called to get a refund. They expressed little to no symphony for not calling. They were overbooked for the weekend seeding schedule. One would think that those who had booked service (and pre-paid) for the previous weekend (7/3) seeding would be at the top of the list for the 7/10 seeding. Nope. They will respond to this rating with some lame excuse. But, the real question here is whether this is what you would expect from such a highly rated business. Not me. Hence, the 1 star rating. Extremely unprofessional on all levels.

Our landscaping project was a success with Kelly Landscaping!! Wylie communicated very well from the beginning and kept us in the loop with timing. He was very professional and listened to our ideas but also collaborated with his thoughts on how to make the project a success. Andy, Logan, Jasmyne and Lorenzo were fantastic! They were so smooth with the machinery, polite and overall great to work with. We will use Kelly again for future projects. Thank you!

I don t leave reviews (this is my first), but for Kelly Lawn & Landscaping, I had to make an exception. I cannot overstate how good these guys are. On time, on budget, they turned an unusable backyard full of tree stumps into the Augusta National golf course! We could not be more pleased with the service provided by Wiley, Andy, Logan and Kale. If you need landscaping done in Anchorage, then call Kelly. You ll be glad you did!

Absolutely the best! I contacted Kelly for a complete new lawn establishment. Wylie came out to survey the job, and immediately was on the same page. Regardless of all the new ideas we sent his way, he had a solution in mind, and was on top of the whole process the entire time. At no point was I left in limbo, even during the winter. Once we were ready to get started, I was consistently impressed by the professionalism, and efficiency of his crew. These guys saw all the small details, and were very considerate of all of our concerns. Andy and Logan were both a pleasure to work with. Both obviously very well experienced in what they do and very respectful. This was a team that you can trust to do their absolute best. I couldnt be happier.

Kelly Landscaping is simply the best in the business here in Anchorage. In Anchorage I feel like some businesses are just out for the all mighty dollar and dont take care of their customers who are paying them, but with Kelly I truly feel that is not the case. They come in with the customers best interest in mind. From our first call to get a quote, their service was on point. We were given an appraisal date which they stuck to. We had a new build, so it was going to be a large task to turn our rock and dirt landscape into something of our own, and Matt (who I highly recommend) arrived on time/on date, took our general ideas and gave us some great suggestions to think about. After laying out our final plans, Matt again came out to make sure we were happy with what we decided before promptly beginning their work. Once they started, the crew was top notch. Professional grade work, professional attitudes, cleaned up every day after themselves. The final product blew us away, so would I use Kelly again absolutely, and would I recommend them Yes, without hesitation. If you want to get your property squared away on time, and done right you need to go with Kelly Lawn.

This gave a spirit of collaboration to the project. When adjustments were needed, that was not a problem. Their only agenda was our satisfaction. And they offered suggestions to that end. It was a pleasure to work with them, and their enjoyment of the work was part of it. The result of their efforts more than fulfilled our expectations.

Fantastic, by far and away the best spring clean up and yard maintenance I have ever had. I am not young, and I have had lawn companies doing my yard for many years, none even come close to Kellys. My lawn crew, Alex, Nick and Paulo went over things with me and then did far more then I expected, they are the best, and my yard is absolutely fabulous. I thought I would get an adequate job done based on the price being very reasonable But when Logan and Teddy were finished it was far better then I anticipated. They didnt just come do a mindless job, they problem solved and came up with a very good creative solution to the problem and then put it together for me. It turned out perfect. I was very impressed with the courtesy, attention to detail, and professionalism shown by Eric and Joseph during their refurbishing work on my brick walkway and large planting beds. A portion of brick entry walkway was removed, re-sloped and reinstalled to be flush with the driveway and the remaining walk. They also filled a low area of the lawn and brought it back up to flush with the driveway. Eric and Joseph also installed a rock border, large boulder, and added plants and mulch to a large planting bed. They finished with a complete cleanup of the job site. Thanks again!

Id like to say thank you to Antonio and Francisco, two of the hardest working guys at Kelly LLC. They came in and cleaned up my yard in nothing flat. I especially appreciated the picking up of all the rose bush trimmings, my least favorite chore. Thanks again guys I avoided reviewing the majority of the work (adjusting the grade so that a longtime water issue was resolved and adding a patio) because I was not happy with what was done. This winter, when it has rained I have been forced to deal with several inches of water below the back steps as the grade is still not correct. So, although the yard cleanup was superb, the rest of the interaction with Kelly was not.

I have used many Lawnscaping companies, and Kelly lawn service is by far and away the best ever. Devin and Alex did a fantastic job, they went above and beyond, they even did underneath all the bushes, which hasn t been looked at in years. They take genuine pride in their work and made sure I inspected and approved of everything before they left.

Today we experienced real magic when the Kelly Lawn & Landscaping crew, lead by project manager Charlie Johnson, transformed our yard, front and back. I had explained to Charlie what I wanted but he did the design work which was a great improvement over my original vision. Fransisco and Fillipe did a great job rebuilding my driveway retaining wall that failed after the Earthquake. Only took them 3 days and the wall looks awesome. They are perfectionists! I had my back yard completely redone, fresh dirt, rolled then hydro seeded last summer. 1900 sq ft. Had such a good experience I recommended Kelly Lawn to my in-laws. The quote they got back from the same project manager Matt, was $1300 more for the same 1900 sq footage. Needless to say I would not recommend this company. The excuse for the price difference that we recived was that my job was under bid... Sorry I got 3 different quotes all around the same price so I was not under bid. Second excuse for higher price extra truck load of dirt. Gimme a break.

First off, I NEVER write reviews. The fact that im writing one now and the length of it truly says something about how awesome Kelly Landscaping is. My husband and I did some research prior to contracting with Kelly Landscaping, and we are SO GLAD that we went with them. We cant say enough about the amazing work that Colby and his guys did on our property. We have ~1.5 acres of land, but only a small portion of it was usable for our family. Kelly Landscaping came in and changed that by redoing our driveway, making a terrace, regrading the terrain (we had water damage to our foundation this last year), placing top soil, and hydroseeding. It was a HUGE project, and it turned out fantastic. Colby (owner of Kelly landscaping) has so much expertise in his field and is so knowledgeable. He is thorough, honest, approachable, easy to work with, and easily accessible via phone or email for problems or concerns that arise. Moreover, we were very impressed by his sense of integrity. There were some unanticipated changes in the project manager midway through our landscaping project, which led to some confusion over how much work was to be done on the property. Colby went above and beyond to ensure that he honored the information given to us by his original project manager at the start of his project. While this must have been difficult as an owner of a business due to potential loss of profit, Colby stands by his employees and is dedicated to them as well as to his customers. He is fair, responsible, and transparent - definitely the kind of guy you want to be working with. Likewise, the men Colby employs are just as excellent. Andy took over as project manager midway through the landscaping, and he is phenomenal at what he does. He not only has amazing skills with respect to rock work (rock walls, terrace), but is the smoothest heavy equipment operator we have ever seen. He uses the bobcat and excavator so skillfully and efficiently - the end results were beautiful. Like Colby, Andy demonstrated a great sense of responsibility and work ethic throughout this project. He was so approachable and was able to answer so many of our questions along the way. We truly enjoyed the ability to work with him! Lastly, a HUGE thanks to all the other guys that put in long hard hours of work on our property - Jeremy (thank you for all that backbreaking work you did on our lawn!), Carlos, Raul, and Francisco - you all were so kind, hard working, and approachable. We really appreciate you! To sum it up, we would DEFINITELY recommend Kelly Landscaping for any project you have, whether it be large or small. We will certainly be using them in the future!

I have been using a variety of services from Kelly Landscaping for ten years or so now to service our summer and winter needs for a mid-town commercial building and have always been happy with the quality and value we have received. Today they wrapped up a special project that entailed clearing a great deal of natural and overgrown vegetation around the property as part of our mitigation efforts to reduce homeless encampments. The project work was primarily carried out by Andy, the onsite crew leader, with the assistance of Jeremy. Both were extremely courteous, and industrious, making quick work of a big project, which included removing large amounts of brush from all four lot lines, installing landscaping boulders, gravel and mulch, plus hauling off all of the materials and installing top soil and hydro seeding newly reclaimed areas. The place looks amazing! I feel like we are a much less attractive location to the homeless and the property looks so much better that I could have envisioned.. Thank you Colby, Andy and Jeremy!

A section of our back yard was a disastrous mess of thickets, roots and stones. Andy and Jeremy worked diligently for 2 1/2 days picking away at this jumbled disarray of vegetation. They back filled with a nice layer of loam and ultimately rolled out a beautiful new sod lawn. Great work guys!

I had a small job, about 1500sq feet of lawn to install. Or as Matt called it a finesse job. Matt and his crew were outstanding. They were clean, fast, and not intrusive. The grass hasnt come in yet but the leveling and hydro-seed looked awesome. If I have more landscaping I need help with Im definitely going to work with these guys again.

I had 900sq.ft. of asphalt removed and replaced with 33 cubic yards of soil. Also, removed 7 large tree stumps. Job went super smoothly. Charlie showed up 10 minutes early to bid on the project a day after I called asking for them to look at the job. He explained the quote to me clearly. His professionalism made me choose his business over other quotes I received. The evening before the scheduled job the crew positioned the heavy equipment at my property so theyd be sure to start first thing in the morning. Charlie arrived early on the day of the job, so great to have the guy who did the quote also lead the work, really important. All the work went well, and quickly, they even allowed me to change a few things last minute, very nice of them. When they left, they did their best to leave my property clean and orderly.

Chris, Ash & Moses did our front and back yard winterization tonight and this was the best money we have spent in a long time. We have tons of leaves and they did not skimp at all on leaf clean up. They were also nice enough to work around and pick up kid and dog toys. After the leaf clean up they mowed and trimmed. Our yard looks great! Would highly recommend Kelly Lawn, especially for a military spouse who s husband is on deployment (we are retired and I wish I knew of Kelly Lawn while he was deployed!) and for spouses of construction workers who are gone break up to freeze up. (May 2017) Kelly Lawn, Landscaping & SP installed two large (~600sqft combined) paver patios and seamlessly connected them with my driveway as well as with each other. After getting three quotes, I chose Kelly because of their Project Managers (Matt Madison) vision, communication and enthusiasm for the project. The father/son crew (Carlos and Juan) were absolute professionals and whose masonry skills and attention to detail impressed me daily. We are DIYers at heart but this is a project we were happy to leave to the experts and we couldnt be more satisfied with our beautiful patio that will last for many many years. I just had my second great experience with this company. I rehired them because of the fine work they did a few years ago for us. They are communicative, prompt and professional. They estimate the job and give a timeline for when they think they can complete it. Both times I have worked with them they were on time and completed the work within the timeframe and estimate that they had given me. This last job was completed by Francisco and Antonio and it was fun to work with them. They asked about details, and were happy to get directions on completing the work to our satisfaction and were cheerful to boot. Would highly recommend this company!

We had a second large landscaping project completed by Kelly Landscaping this year. Matt, the project manager we worked with was the same guy from the bid/quote till the project was over. He was accommodating at every request and suggestion. He had a can do attitude throughout. Daniel and Jesus were onsite every morning at a reasonable hour. They were very friendly and professional. They made adjustments to their work as needed with a smile. There were a couple small unforeseen things that came up that were quickly fixed. We highly recommend them for large or small landscaping projects!
