JUST LAWNS I have been using this company for four years. I find that their work is outstanding and they take special care to address my allergies by not blowing grass leaves into my house.
I think they have overpriced service. On top of that, they will charge you 5a% for extra fuel/equipment surcharge.
Absolutely terrible customer service. Charging $1,000 for cleanup when previous cleanups were ~$400 the other years. No communication before, during or after. Called several times and emails several more. Never using again.
They are completely unprofessional and scheduled us to get our yard done, but have not shown in 2 weeks without answering our calls or reaching out. They are unable to tell us a time line of when our yard would get done. Their history proceeds them. I do not recommend this company!
It has been brought to my attention that Just Lawns has 15 truck with 2 people to a truck. They service over 17,000 clients on a weekly and bi-weekly basis. The crew that cuts my lawn are very respectful and always engage in positive conversation when they see me They care about my lawn and keep my lawn service requests in mind while performing their job with speed and efficiency. If there is a at home project going on that alters the way that they maintain my lawn they call or knock on my door to brain storm the new pattern so that I am happy and my lawn stays maintained. They mow at different angles each week to help the yard grow better.Outstanding job and fantastic straight lines by far the most professional and well prepped team in alaska.
We set up regular service which required them taking our credit card information. They were supposed to come out on Wednesday, they said I should be there to speak with them to make sure things were done correctly and to keep my puppy inside. Thursday I called to see what was going on, they said they would be out in a couple of hours..again waited. Here we are on Friday, they aren’t answering or returning my call. Not even to apologize. Now I have to go to Home Depot to get lawn mower, 4th July company coming and I have to cancel my card.
This service is amazing. I have been a customer for a few years and have been requesting the Spring cleanup yearly. They are friendly, quick with scheduling service, and very reasonable when it comes to cost. They are the best part and start of Spring/Summer yard journey. Can’t wait until the next time I am able to utilize their services. Thank you guys and gals so much for your help.
They always did a great job and were super responsive. I was always able to schedule my lawn care on my day off so I could unlock the gate. Experience with other companies, leaving the gate open and my pups getting out ensures I will never schedule a service if I’m not home. This year they won’t schedule specific days so sadly I will have to take my business elsewhere. Understandable that they have to have a change in policy considering what’s going on, but just won’t work for me.
Yeah one of your drivers with a beanie and glasses cut in front of me at a light on government hill and almost hit me. Very uncool and dangerous..
They told me the rate for my small two car driveway was $55 per service. After a couple large snowstorms, and without customer authorization, they raised their rates to $110 per service. Not pleasant receiving a charge/invoice for double what you agreed upon. Bad business.
Am a regular customer. They do reliable work and love the results.
All bark and no bite. Three guys showed up at my neighbors to blow leaves. Spent over an hour pulling the triggers on their blowers no less than 5,000 times on a Saturday. Called their dispatcher who was unapologetic and not helpful.
Was a great company but they have unfortunately miss managed resources and have taken on way to many jobs to accommodate their teams. I have been pushed back 2 weeks and only know because I have to call and ask. Very disappointed and will sadly leave for a different company. Everyone was very nice to deal with but just the execution of what they say will happen is not done week over week.
What was good about just lawns has died the management seem to care about money more than doing great work

Kinda just lawns
I cannot tell you how amazing they are! Words give no justice! My husband is night shift so he has very particular hours, but they worked around that and we really appreciate it so very much! More importantly I was BLOWN away by the incredible I mean INCREDIBLE job they did on my yard. It s nearly unrecognizable, and so worth the money!!!
Multiple issues with lawns half cut, even from missed weedeating in the front lawn, complete misses in the backyard and clumps of grass in the front yard despite paying premium pricing for full bagging prices

Ive personally known the owner of this business for several years and known him to always follow up on complaints from customers. ( no matter how hard you try sometimes you just cant please everybody) Prices are affordable for most service, some Services take more time or more effort watch inturn cost more. As for Quality Ive always seen and heard positive reviews from other people ( and while I was employed here tried to produce the best product I could along with making sure that my crew was held to the same standard.)

Just Lawns did a spring cleanup for us over the weekend, and our lawn has never looked so good. We also signed up for the thrice yearly fertilizer treatment to get our grass lush for backyard baseball and bbqs. Highly recommended.
Complete lack of basic kindergarten communication and people skills. Does not play well with others.
Used these guys to mow my lawn while I was on the slope. Asked them to mow one time as I lived in a duplex and my yard was small. Came home 3 weeks later to find out they mowed my lawn multiple times and my bill was over $700! I refused to pay it and they would not worked with me. They sent me to collections and now this is the reason I record all my phone calls when dealing with services like this. Do not use this company and avoid them like the plague!

Worst customer service ever. Burnt the lawn in several spots. Had to call them on a Thursday evening to find out when they would come cut the lawn...they were due there on Monday.
Just Lawns performed the fall lawn service. I just got completely overwhelmed with all the leaves. I called them up and they were able to get out and take care of my lawn within two days. The two gentlemen did an awesome job with all the leaves and small branches. They mowed the lawn and it looks great! I highly recommend them for the fall cleanup service!
Excellent, I thought I would never pay to have someone clean up our yard. We are so glad we did. They stayed on task and got the job done. Picked up everything. Great group of guys. Highly recommend them anytime. Keep up the good work Just Lawns.
Excellent Service, Fair Prices! As a homeowner in the Eagle River area, I called Just Lawns when we needed some assistance with lawn care. They were very helpful with setting up service, and within a few days they had been out and my lawn was BEAUTIFUL! They moved everything that needed to be moved (swing, etc.), took care of the weeds, and left our lawn looking perfect. They arrive on time each week, and were understanding of our homeowners association laws. I definitely recommend them, you will not be sorry.
