Titan LLC in Anchorage

Titan did a rock retaining wall as a replacement for a preexisting block wall. They did an excellent job as well as adding to an adjacent entryway that was close to the wall. Extremely happy with the job and gets comments from neighbors driving by all the time. Communication with Luke was excellent.

From the initial call the office, site visit with Alexander, and the guys who came out for 3 days and knocked out our garden step. This team did an amazing job, from start, to clean up when the job was completed. A well Oiled machine!

I live in AZ and have a rental property in Spenard. The fence I installed back in the 80s was rotting. I contacted Luke at Titan, got an immediate fair estimate and ordered the work done. Luke and his crew coordinated with the tenants and the neighbors with regards to isolating dogs, and he kept in contact with both sides throughout the project. They were fast, efficient and the fence is awesome. Cant say enough about how this was handled - being an out-of-state owner, it gives me much peace of mind to have contractors I trust doing the work. Everyones happy with the results! Id definitely hire them again.

This is the third time we ve used Titan for our landscaping needs and there s a reason we ve gone back so many times- they re the best! Each time our project has come in on budget and done quickly. After having our water service line repaired this last winter our front yard was in pretty bad shape after the snow melt. For the repair and reseeding we interviewed and received bids from several contractors in town. We made the decision to go with Titan LLC and believe we made a good choice. The various bids were in the same range, so it came down to who we thought we could work with most easily and would do the best job. Overall, we felt that Titan was professional, top to bottom, including both the office/sales team as well as the laborers performing the work. The Titan sales rep, Luke Millen returned our call promptly and set up an appointment to see what the work would entail. Luke listened to what we wanted and helped us work within our budget to get our yard returned to far better condition than even before the water line break. The crew working the job was courteous, professional, and hard working. It was apparent they took pride in their work and our new yard shows the fruits of their labor. We are happy to give Titan LLC 5 stars and would recommend them for anyone needing their services.

Titan LLC completed a structural wall and added a large crushed concrete area. It turned out beautiful and extremely well done. Themba was our planner/advisor. He is knowledgeable, personable, and entirely professional. Interacting with him was easy and enjoyable. He answered our request the next day, showed up to look at the progress every day, and kept us well informed. The 3 men who were working here every day were Sergio, Presi, and Raymond. They arrived early and stayed till end of day every day. They were professional and always seemed to have a smile on their face. They went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and never complained or looked annoyed when we added something to their work. They used their extensive experience and did the job with extreme care. We have more landscaping in the future and will continue to use Titan LLC.

Alex from Titan came to the house to discuss our project on Friday 5-10-24. He took measurements and discribed kind of what our landscaping and front porch would look like. Said he would send over a proposal and we would need to sign it and send it back ASAP to get on the schedule for the end of June or early July. My husband and I discussed it and said it was expensive but we wanted to do it. Alex wanted us to deliver the check for 50% of the project ($13,000) the next day, 5-11-24 and we did. Then silence..... May 22 email of the summer schedule. If you do not see your name on the list that means you recently signed up and will be included in our updated schedule next week. June 11 I email Alex back because I still have not seen another summer schedule. I get a schedule on June 12 and it has us scheduled for the front porch portion July 12, 15th and 16th. July 12th comes and my husband is waiting at home. He sends me a text at 10am that Titan must be on bankers hours, nobody there yet. 11:30am I text him asking if anybody has shown up yet - Nope. I call Alex on his cell, msg that he is not available, I left him a msg asking where the HExx are his deck guys, we are on the schedule for the 12th and its lunchtime and nobody has made it to the house yet. I call the work number and get another recording. I push option 3 and speak to a lady in the office who says she cannot see the schedule to verify if we are still listed. She takes my number and said that Project Manager Chris will call me back. I get a call from Alex, he says they have had delays with other projects going longer....Now he is saying we could get done around July 29th. I told him no I want my money back. I leave on the July 19th for a trip to CA that Alex new about when we met in May. No Communication at all from Titan. If I had not called today to find out why nobody showed up to work when would I have heard from Titan? Maybe never. Super unhappy customer and the work has not even started yet.

This is the third year that we had Themba Maphosa and his crew Yan, Jorge, and Marley do additional work replacing our deteriorating deck and railing, installing a rain gutter downspout extension underground, cleaning up and putting shrubs, flowers, and plants into our flowerbeds and mining bowl. Their team worked really hard and do a phenomenal job. Themba and his crew are always professional and courteous throughout the entire project. Themba made sure that the job was done correctly and well and always makes great suggestions.

Outstanding quality work, kinda spendy but you get what you pay for. Alex was very professional, returning my calls and addressing my concerns. Office staff very helpful and professional.

Great experience working with Themba and Titan! Wanted to get my yard renovated taking out about 30 trees, bring in topsoil to have it leveled, and have lawn hydroseeded along with a few fruit trees. Themba came out with a drawing showing the proposed work and allowed me to break it up into smaller stages over three years which was budget friendly and ideal for a homeowner.

Themba and his team did an exceptional job transforming my uneven yard and fixing my water drainage issues. Titan did an incredible job on our yard. Themba, their lead, accommodated us in less than a week, his crew, Marco and Alex were the best, they went above and beyond with landscaping ideas, no complains at all, just super happy with the results so far. Were still waiting on hydroseed but I have no doubt about the final results. I know this was probably not a huge project for them but were happy that we will have grass and they could get us in so quick. Super recommended!!!

Titan was wonderful and easy to work with for the retaining wall with steps they installed for our patio. Themba, Marcos, and Alex have great communication, skilled, and provided valuable input on throughout the project. Alex Grant and his crew at Titan delivered a wonderful landscaping and deck repair project for my wife and me. We had persistent issues on our property of conventional foundations jacking upward due to frost action each winter. The back deck was almost to the point of tearing away from the house. Alex was able to get his crew into the back yard through a very narrow access point, install helical piers that will prevent future frost jacking, and set the deck back down to its level condition. This required them to adjust and partially rebuild the stairs and railings, which they did skillfully and effectively. Alex and his foreman Themba then worked with us to design and devise some very attractive landscaping features and solutions for our back yard, including crushed stone, a walkway, repair and regrading of a hill that had always been a problem, and a beautiful new cedar plank fence at the property line. Work was performed quickly and on-schedule, and Alex and his crew were very sensitive to their impacts to our property and that of our neighbor. We are absolutely pleased with the work Alex / Titan performed at our property!

Wanna know who is blessed?? I am!! I needed an inspection on my fence, fast!!!! Aron (Grant) came out and inspected the fence that a tenant built. I am not a professional and require that for court. He came out. Checked out the fence and waved the fee after seeing the fence. He even wrote up his professional opinion while mentioning how the fence was already leaning over and that tells him the not all of the posts were set in cement. I knew that but now I have proof. Fast, PROFESSIONAL and after seeing what type of work they do through their pictures, I am so grateful they came and did the inspection. Their work looks beautiful compared to what I have currently. Amazing!!! I cant say enough about how wonderful they are, but Ill try! I called them after spending days trying to get someone to come out for an emergency consultation. We desperately needed someone to inspect the existing disaster fence and give us a quote for ripping out the old one and building a new one. We had one built by the tenant claiming to be a professional, and instead, he put together one from pallet wood & used parts. Then proceeded to sue, claiming he hadnt been paid for his work (which they had) and refused to pay their rent. The court told us to get an inspection and estimate done to defend against him. We called around for days trying to find someone to help. Everyone either told us itd be several weeks (if not months) before they could get out for the inspection or wanted $200+ just to come out, despite our emergency situation. Then Aron G. called me back... When we spoke, Aron was so kind and understanding of our situation. In fact he was upset at how wed been treated. Not only did he come out to the property the very next morning (before his normal work hours so he could fit us in) he also WAVED the fees! Aron was so kind when he was explaining everything that was done wrong (which was everything) and what would need to be done to put up a safe fence. He not only did an inspection and estimate for the court case, he wrote a statement for the judge explaining just how poorly things had been done and were actually a safety hazard. He sent the quote and everything to us only hours later. When I say Aron G. is our hero, I couldnt be more sincere. He took the stress and panic out of this situation, and helped us realize just how bad the existing fence is (its actually already falling in some places). Im so grateful to him and this company for their grace, professionalism, integrity, and heart. I highly recommend working with them, I know Im looking forward to doing so!

I m extremely disappointed to see the way that gentleman talked to that lady in Garcia s parking lot. I will also be getting a hold of the owners of the property to see about finding a new provider. This company has no integrity. A man should never yell at a woman let alone call her vulgar names. And in a company truck to boot. Disgusting.

I needed my backyard reclaimed from raspberries that had gone wild, for one fence line to be replaced, and for my old second story deck and the stairs to be removed and replaced. Themba made some great recommendations for for all of these projects. The new fence is sturdy and lovely, the rasperries were removed and the lilac bushes cleaned up before new topsoil was put down (it will be seeded in the spring). The new deck and stairs are sturdy and absolutely BEAUTIFUL, I am lookling forward to enjoying sitting outside on the deck starting this spring. Thank you Themba and all the folks at Titan!

I can only speak to the proposal process and the people at this time. I was given a referral for Alex with Titan. Called and surprisingly was given a time to meet the very next day. Throughout numerous meetings and conversations with Alex and my neighbor; Alex being very generous with his time helped my neighbor and myself work through our impasse, as both our yards are involved. Proposal was received by end of day. We requested some changes and the revised proposal was returned the following day. We were very pleased that Alex could get our project on the calendar and completed in a reasonable time frame for this season.

Aron has been very knowledgeable and easy to work with. I feel very fortunate to be able to have my projects included in their busy summer schedule. I m excited to see the transformation when all the work is complete. Thank you!

Be careful doing business. The work was done decently but the billing was frustrating. Do not take them at their word. Get a full invoice before you let them start work. The prices will change and they will not honor their word.

Worked with Alex, a wonderful guy. He knows the job and understand the needs. I got a new construction, and were looking for company to install fences, top soil, and hydro seeding. Since many of our neighbors has Titan for their fences, I joined. I got quotes for fence and top soil with hydro seeding. I only picked them for fence because another company offered better price for the top soil and hydro seeding. Man, Im regretting it badly. Should had used Titan all the way. (The price does go higher, but now I see how the other guy can offer lower price. ) Titan certainly is one of the best in town for work. Look for Alex if you need work. There are few more houses getting build, and if new owner ask, Ill point them right to Titan.

I needed landscaping done for my front yard, Titan LLC did a great job and were very attentive. Themba checked in often to address my questions and concerns, resolving them in a professional and timely manner. The work done on the yard was fantastic. I will be working with them again for future landscaping projects.

I contacted Titan in early April, 2023 to request a bid to remove and replace ~220 feet of a failing wooden retaining wall with a rock wall. Senior Estimator/Consultant Alex Grant contacted me the next day, even though he was traveling out-of-state. Soon after meeting with Alex on site, my wife and I had a reasonable proposal for a tiered rock wall and replacement of a smaller Allan Block wall near our front entrance. The demolition phase of work began in late June, within a week of the anticipated schedule. My wife and I are very pleased with the finished project. We expanded the scope a bit along the way to include a fresh topping of asphalt over the entire driveway. Alex provided valuable suggestions and was extremely responsive throughout the duration of the project. He stopped by to check on progress nearly every day. Titans Themba Maphosa was also a frequent on-site presence to oversee the work. The demolition and construction team did a masterful job of placing the rocks, ensuring slope stability, and working in tight quarters. They also consistently cleaned up the site before leaving each day, and repaired any unavoidable damage to the lawn and existing gravel areas at the conclusion of the project. The paving crew did an excellent job integrating the driveway with the new retaining wall. I wouldnt hesitate to contact Titan, LLC for any future landscaping, paving, or similar work. I trust Alex to deliver a great result.

2022-We had two retaining wall projects that were done by Titan, LLC. It was a pleasure working with Themba. He was prompt in getting quotes back to us and diligent in following up. He also came with the project manager to discuss the logistics of the project. I could count on them to get the project done for when they said it would be done. The team did a beautiful job with our retaining walls. Themba was also thorough in doing the walk-through with me and making sure that the project was done well. 2023-We again went with more projects with Themba and Titan, LLC due to the success of the projects that they completed for us in 2022. We were really happy with them and so we asked for several more projects which involved creating a D1 parking pad with metal edging, the addition of fill in our backyard with hydroseeding afterwards, clearing side and front planters, and covered pergola. The team worked really hard and everything turned out really well. Were really happy with the response, communication, and the completed work. We have confidence that when we reach out to Themba and Titan, the work will get done!

We love our landscaping. We live on Hillside and wanted a natural look.Titan recommended a rock wall and it turned out beautiful! They also added steps towards our deck and matched the rock lining the stairs. It is gorgeous to view from our deck. They were hard working and flexible. Timba is an honest and professional owner. I cant say enough good things about this company!

We are very disappointed in the quality of our chain link fence and work done from Titan. We felt a lot of pressure from Aron in the beginning to sign a contract and pay the deposit quickly, which we understand summer projects have a small window of good weather. We felt it was unprofessional to pressure clients. When the project started, we agreed upon post sizes, gates, and how we wanted the fence laid out. The team installing changed the gate and post sizes we agreed upon without discussing with us first. The project was left unfinished and we asked the team to come back to complete small tasks like tightening screws, securing loose posts and tightening chain link. Our brand new home was chipped from the team digging posts. Overall, communication and finishing touches were lacking on what we felt was an expensive project. We could have done this project ourselves (we built a fence at our rental home) after we saw the team hand-digging holes after were advised that drilling was the only option on our lot. We opted to not use them for landscaping and will do that ourselves next year.

Non responsive to subcontractors work; which Titan did not supervise or ensure quality work. Over 1 year of delinquent in fixing the issues.

I cant say enough good things about Titan. I have used them for several jobs, including: building a fence, paving & landscaping a driveway, building a patio, and building a fire pit. Everything they touch turns to gold. The only thing to watch out for is they do such a good job you will want to find more projects for them to do ;)

My husband and I were looking for a company that could do some do fence work along with landscaping. Titan seemed like it might be a good fit and even though the estimate we got after meeting with Alex was higher than expected, we were happy to get it done by one company and by the end of the summer. Although most of it got done, we were very disappointed with the process and the work. Alex forgot many of the specifics we had originally discussed and what items were selected for the work. When these things came up, he just kept trying to add more to the original proposal amount. His communication was terrible and with him being the middle man between us and the actual people working, it became very frustrating. The landscaping work was good, but the fence work looked like we tried to do it ourselves with no attention to detail: loose boards, slats not even, rough holes made for gate latches, cheap latches (one broke the first time used), etc. They also pushed old rotten pieces of wood from the previous fence into my neighbors yard and never followed through on returning to trim sections of the fence and posts that were left sticking up above other sections. In the end, we paid much more than the original estimate and they did not truly finish the project. I would definitely NOT recommend using Titan for any project!

This is a terrific company. Everyone is very cooperative and professional. Workmanship is of the highest quality. Highly recommended for your landscaping needs.

This business owner was insulting to me and then told me to pay someone else to finish the work that I had already paid him for. After going back to multiple vendors to get help completing the work, they all said they do not like to or will not work with this company because of similar issues with accepting payment and not completing the work. I have tried to negotiate a compromise with the additional costs to complete the work and they have ignored all attempts to reconcile, despite the signed contract I have. I dont know where they get the good reviews, perhaps friends and acquaintances. Several people in the business guessed the name of the business when I described my issues.

I engaged Titan Services to build a fence. As with all construction processes it is important to be clear with expectations and pricing. That said Aaron was always quick to respond to questions and adjustments. I believe the fence is well built and beautiful. I am happy with the product. Of special note, Joey and his team who buried the posts, and Dave who constructed the fence were outstanding in sometimes challenging situations. I would contract with Titan again.

Ive used Titan for 2 years in a row. The first time to do a driveway expansion as well as a new front fence and this last year to do my back fence. Both times they were professional and communicative. And more importantly the work was beautifully done. Couldnt be happier. We worked with Alex [Grant] both times and I highly recommend working with him.

I had two loads of topsoil dropped off for a lawn installation. The topsoil is very low in peat and loam and appears to mostly be clay. I worked on a sod farm for a few years and have used top soil from other places. This soil, while understandably waterlogged is ready to bake in a kiln for throwing pots. The woman on the phone is really nice

Alex and his crew did a terrific job on our new replacement walkway. The weather hasn t cooperated this summer but he kept his word and even got the projected completed while we were traveling outside. Great communications we re kept the entire time. Lee and Debbie Clune

We had to have our brick patio redone. Themba Maphosa and the Titan crew removed the old bricks and sand, then properly reinstalled all of the components that made this job a wonderful addition to our home. Aron Grant has been great to work with! He has always been responsive and fast to give answers. His team have been working hard on our new build s dog run, retaining wall, fire pit, and planning on hydroseeding in the spring. These guys did an amazing job putting our fence up. They were very polite and service oriented. They were always on time and made sure that we were satisfied with the job before they left. 5 star for sure!

Mike Martin and crew did a beautiful job creating cedar planting boxes, replacing a deck and restoring the curb appeal of the entire yard. They worked fast, were very professional, and had great ideas on how best to use our space. However, 6 months later tried to contact to finish job in April. Came home to this popped railing and walkway boards today and unable to get response to repair from company.

After we bought the empty lot next to our house, we contacted Titan to clear the lot, grade it and fence it in to our existing property based on work they had done for our neighbors. They were extremely collaborative as to what trees would be cut or kept, where the fence would go and how the final grade would look. The fence is stunning (almost an entire acre fenced in) and extremely well done. The open space is ready for the planting of my garden and the whole area has become a very safe space for our old dogs to roam free, protected from moose and bears. I highly recommend using Titan and expect we will likely call them again if we need future work!

Titan constructed a picture frame fence with several gates. The project was completed on time and the quality of the finished product exceeded my expectations. All costs were explained clearly before proceeding. Great fence work and highly recommended!

Amazing complete overhaul on about 1/4 acre. Above and beyond expectations. Installed a Parking pad, leveled the lot, top soil and grade, lastly a hydro seed application.

They came out to look at the project on May 20th, and I was told Id have the quote the following week. Its now been close to two weeks. I emailed them, and left a voice mail asking on when I should expect something. No response. My project is probably a little smaller than theyre use to doing but they can at least tell me they arent interested in doing the work instead of blowing me off.

I hired Titan, LLC to act as general contractors for a major driveway project! They handled everything from excavating old driveway & putting in a new smaller one, bringing in top soil & hydro-seeding, creating a garden along the driveway with treated wood borders, a gorgeous paver pathway & landing, a small Trex deck at the garage man door, three perennials and red wood chips along the side of the house & paver walkway, and a large Trex deck in the front of the house! The project exceeded my expectations!! The landscaping crew was hardworking and Their paver walkway is a work of art!! The driveway guys were highly professional, efficient and did a wonderful job! Alex made sure the final touches were exactly as I had asked for and I am very pleased with the entire project! The only issue I had with the project was that I wished communication had been better in regard to me being informed and with the man they subbed out To build the Trex Decks. But, the finished product is fantastic and I would recommend them to general contract your whole project or landscaping, paver pathways and/or driveways.

Titan, LLC did an amazing job from the initial meeting with the senior consultant to the implementation and project completion. The Titan crew is extremely professional and very customer oriented. We absolutely love our new landscape. We highly recommend Titan, LLC if you value a professional and extremely courteous experience with a remarkable outcome.

Mike Martin led our project with Titan and brought together great design and execution expertice despite the inturruptions from the weather. Mike and the Titan crews have clearly exceeded our expectations ! We would strongly recommend Titan and intend to look forward to using them on another project we have next season as well.

Titan did a great job and were very attentive. Michael, the project manager, checked in often to address my questions and concerns, resolving them in a professional and timely manner. The work done looks wonderful and Im sure will last for years to come.

Overall, the project looks great at this time, but I know there are a few areas that may need to be addressed at a later date (in the spring). The work was not completed until late August, so I am a bit apprehensive about the progress of plants/grass before winter sets in. I would like to follow up with another review when I can see what the springtime brings. The project manager provided good communication as to the timeline and progress of the job.

I highly recommend Titan, I put in a request for service and was contacted and had an estimate scheduled within just a few days. Michael was very attentive and created a custom design for my front patio. The team was very professional and incredibly friendly. The work was done in less than a week and everything looks amazing!

Alex Grant at Titan helped me order a gate and opener that was within my budget. He helped me plan out a way forward that was the most ideal for me. Titan contructed and delivered the gate, provided all the needed equipment, and provided the needed installation manuals. If you are a DIYer, Titan is the perfect company to work with. They kept me informed throughout project, allowed me to see the gate prior to delivery, and were 100% professional.

Titan Alaska recently did some landscaping at my home. I love the work and really enjoyed working with Titans staff. When Don Momblow came out to assess the work I wanted done and provide an estimate he seemed to be as excited about my project as I was. He provided great guidance that helped me make the best use of what I already have and had excellent suggestions for how to achieve what I wanted within my budget. I was amazed at how quickly Titans crew got the work done and at what a beautiful job they did. They were able to do the work with no disruption to the existing lawn and fence and they cleaned up very nicely. It really came out better than I imagined. I can finally sit out in my yard and enjoy it without feeling overwhelmed by all the work it needed. I am sure I will be calling Titan again.

Were very pleased with the paved pathway, steps and fence, Titan created for us. It was a pleasure working with them and their innovative design and quality workmanship was greatly appreciated. We would happily recommend them and will be using them again for future work.

Gage and his team at Titan have worked with me to make sure I get exactly what I want with my fence, which is not a typical design. A few years ago, they also did a great job with my landscaping and pavers with consideration for proper drainage, which was in pretty bad shape when I first bought my house. Do not use this company. If you have ANY sort of problem, as we did, youre going to be completely frustrated trying to get it worked out.

I needed some black dirt/top soil for my garden, I have gotten topsoil in the past from a few places that are no longer in service and Titan was the closest to my house. I have a small truck so the loader would not fill my truck with a full load but charged me the $60.00 I didnt even get a discount and to top it off he wanted cash, which he pocketed asking as an afterthought if I wanted a receipt. Not only does Titan charge more than double the costs the dirt is terrible, it is full of rocks, once in the garden bed it cemented up like a brick and I already have weeds sprouting. Dont get your black dirt from Titan it is NOT worth what they charge you for.

Gage and his crew came and did a great job landscaping my backyard and part of my front yard. They cleaned my backyard, brought in a Bob Cat to help remove weeds and tree roots as best as they can. Put in top soil, smoothed and leveled it then they did hydroseeding. My backyard is coming along beautifully with its green grass!

Gage and his crew were great to work with. I would specifically request him if you have a project coming up. He was able to provide us with several ideas for the landscaping around the house and even completed the estimate within a couple hours. The crew completed the border around our house in 1 day! I was satisfied the job and it was exactly as described. Titan created a website for the project and posted pictures as they did the work. Thanks guys.

I worked with Todd regarding the issue I had and he came over with his crew and he corrected the problem and I am pleased with the results. The Job I had contracted Titan to do was done by someone who is no longer with Titan and wish Todd and his crew had completed the job originally.

Titan was referred by an asphalt paving company to lay pavers at the top of our driveway. Titan kept regular communications with me. They offered suggestions on patterns that improved the project. They coordinated their work with the asphalt company which reduced the time our driveway was torn up by 1 week. The asphalt company knocked a couple pavers a little out of place, and Titan straightened them up. Rain delays on the asphalt required schedule changes for Titans pavers, but Titan adapted and got the job done. I would use them again and recommend them to friends and family.

We had a retaining wall put in to hold back a hill. AMAZING Quality!!! Amazing work ethic, and loved the fact that Gage would come out and make sure we are happy. We absolutely will hire Titan again for any major projects.

Most unprofessional contractor Ive ever worked with. Landscape work done summer 2014 for new construction house with a 1 year warranty from Titan: Work done last year in a very unprofessional manner, Titan dropped by at the date/ time of their choosing without previous notice. They entered my property for additional work (relocate trees planted in wrong location) and didnt even let me know they were going to be doing any work that day. Titan hydroseeded the back lawn in two batches, the second batch never grew and they had to come back and do it again. Come this year, grass is not growing and spruce tree is dead. Proper lawn maintenance and care has been followed and next door neighbor, who also used Titan, is having the same issues. Contacted Titan for follow-up as part of their 1 year warranty. Called several times, left messages and got to talk to the owner a couple times. Ive been promised work will be completed by end of the week twice and nothing has been done. Now Titan is not answering my calls nor replying to my voice messages. If you dont want a headache, stay away from them. They do offer competitive prices but scarce work ethics and low quality of work do not make up for the money saved.

Titan provided a great service for a great price. Our yard required major excavation and a retaining wall, which turned out great. Todd was very friendly and helped us throughout the whole process. It was a good experience and I would use them again.

Todd and his crew did a marvelous job recreating the area around my home. New yard and landscaping, new fence and new driveway! Its beautiful and could not be more pleased. The crew was there working 6 days a week to meet a deadline that Todd knew was very important to me. Todd oversaw everything and added his creative vision to make my landscaping something that my family and I will enjoy for a long time to come. They even did some extra work that they didnt have to do and did not charge me for. I would recommend Titan, LLC to others and will probably use them for further projects. Kudos to you and your crew, Todd and thank you for everything!

This was the worst experience I have ever had working with a contractor. Im a local business owner and have done remodels and started businesses from the ground up and have never had such poor communication and finished product. They didnt show for 2 days when they said they would. There were so many unprofessional and irresponsible things, and the owner was rude and unconsiderate. I would definitely NOT use this company.

After reading about Titans topsoil on their website, I was sure I was getting a great product to put in my raised garden beds. After buying it for double the price of a competitor and putting it in my garden, Ive found the dirt contains lots of unwanted items like plastic, garbage and a lot of BROKEN GLASS. I called them twice to ask them where they got their dirt. The first time I called, the woman who answered acted very empathetic and told me she would have a manger call me to discuss. I waited a week and called again and asked again about the source of the dirt and why they hadnt called me. She rudely responded that they didnt know I had called and that she would have a manager call me. That was a month ago and I still havent received a call. Based on the different objects Ive found in my soil, I highly suspect they allow street sweepers to dump their loads on their site which they mix in with their soil. If this is the case, who knows what kind of toxins are in the soil. Caveat Emptor!
