We contracted BeHappy Property Services to install kitchen cabinets we had built to accommodate a larger refrigerator we had purchased. They came out and performed a survey and provided the estimate for the job. They returned after we received the materials. The work involved removing the old cabinets installing the new ones and relocating two more. The carpenter went above and beyond by correcting the cabinet maker s error by switching the door swing. The work was performed quicker than expected and we are very satisfied with the outcome. Thanks BeHappy. Shout out to Micaiah.

SCAM ALERT!!! Everyone should doubt the validity of positive reviews for this company. They have NEVER done any work for us ever, never called for any estimates, nothing at all, yet they have been repeatedly hounding my email for a review for months now. This scam works because many people are like my father and will just assume they forgot the name of the company they hired, or think that the company recently changed their name rather than look into if any work was actually done by THIS company, and not another one. I cannot judge the work of this company, yet they spam my email looking for a review, ALL prospective customers need to make sure you take all positive reviews with a grain of salt, question their validity. Lists of email addresses can be cheaply bought off the internet, false reviews that boost sales will more than cover that cost back to them. Response to the businesss claim that my email somehow got into their system yeah, like I said before you bought a list off the internet...because its rather weird that you are claiming your system would have just an email and no physical address yet your system would send out multiple requests for reviews for work without more data in your system. HOW would my email get into your system other than by being added?? Nice attempt at trying to deflect blame onto your computer system but that doesnt explain how my email got into your system without any interaction with me at all. How many elderly have falsely given you reviews they intended for another company? And if youll stoop low enough to get random emails off the internet, what else nefarious are you up to? Have you purchased your positive reviews off one of the many sites that offer that service? Falsus in uno, falsus in omnibus It is rare that only one unscrupulous act is utilized when people have opted to use deceit, especially in business.

Horrible service Ive lived at my property for almost 7 years and they have never once come to blow when it snows all of us tenants have been keep up with snow removal they get paid to not do there job. Ive tried explaining this to owners of building and they again signed contract with them again this year and they havent come to blow still. We got dumped on Oct 28th 29th and we had to remove the snow its snowing again today Oct 31st and still have not seen them and having to clear the snow again on both sides of our complex I do not recommend this company if u want your property blowed when its snows dont count on them to come when they are needed they will show up days or weeks later when there services arent needed anymore. Also they shoot rocks at veihicles when an if they ever have showed up horrible experience the last 6 almost 7 years of living where I live literally we do the job they get paid for, if we dont clear the snow we all end up stuck in the drive way its horrible.

Definitely DONT recommend. Ever since we signed up and gave our deposit, they never showed and had about every excuse in the book. We wish it would be a better experience but it is definitely not.

I met with Be Happy, in Mid-July to discuss my plan to replace an existing retaining wall; which will also serve as a planter areas with steps for better access between levels. Do to my schedule I asked that the project happen in September. The project/retaining wall with planers was complete under challenging weather conditions. The complete retaining wall and planter areas with steps was all I wanted.

High recommend these guys. Stand behind their work and go above and beyond for their customers. Very knowledgeable. Will be calling them again for all my projects. Tim and Josh are the best!

We hired Be Happy Property Services this summer, to clear out & level two LARGE areas of our property and install sod to connect our yard from 1 side to the other, clear out an area under our deck and put in a 16 x4 concrete pad, remove hedges, dig out an extensive area behind our retaining wall, fill it and plant ground cover, in addition to other odds & ends that we added to the project. After we received our initial bid, I was advised the project mgr was no longer with BHPS. Nervous about moving forward, a meeting was set up right away with the owner Jacob, and a different project manager, Josh. From that meeting on, I knew I was in good hands, with excellent communication, a clear understanding for the scope of our project, and a dedication to respect the initial bid as much as possible. Then along came Maxx to manage our project. Talk about hardworking, a professional attitude, and solid communication! Maxx was there in the mix, every day, making sure I was happy with the work and that they were doing exactly what I wanted. We are in love with our landscaping this summer!! I would absolutely recommend Be Happy Property Services for your landscaping projects.

Never used them. But they are as dumb as a box of rocks. Instead of blowing the mess into the street or a place they can pick up, they blew all the cotton wood pollen into my open windows and into my open trailer, was moving at the time. Broke one of my windows with a pinhole weed whacking.

They did a great job, on time and on budget project. I would use them again in the future.

Be happy did some great landscaping for me and installed a border around my house filled with white rocks. It turned out great and was a fair price.

Have been calling Be Happy for years for pretty much everything for single properties and commercial properties I manage. They now do excavations including huge stump removal, foundation repairs and large plumbing issues through foundations. Really a key resource to me.

Overall very friendly, service was quick and professional. Reasonable cost for repairs.

During my regular dog walk on Government Hill, I had an unfortunate opportunity to observe two employees from Be Happy engage in unprofessional conduct. The individuals vehicle they were interacting with was obstructed by a Be Happy truck, making maneuvering difficult. Regrettably, these employees didnt limit their actions to causing inconveniences due to the improper parking of their truck. They further escalated the situation by raising their voices, making threats, and subsequently mocking the affected party trying to navigate around their vehicle. In light of the companys name, Be Happy, it is disheartening to witness such a display of discourtesy from its representatives. Contrary to the companys ethos, these individuals appeared to derive satisfaction from being unkind, displaying poor manners, and adopting an overall disagreeable demeanor.

I have used Be Happy for almost 3 years now. Whether they are plowing my driveway or doing yardwork they have all ways gone above and beyond to take care of both of my small properties. They do excellent work and I would feel comfortable recommending them to anyone.

Be Happy Property Service in Anchorage AK is a dishonest company. My realtor received quote to install 4 CO/smoke detectors, 7 GFCI outlets and fix a minor leak in copper pipe in crawlspace. I reside in Georgia and was selling my deceased fathers townhouse there and relied heavily on my realtor to help me find a company to make the requested VA repairs. We were quoted approximately $500 in parts and labor and told it would take about 2 1/2 hours to complete with the first hour being $185 and $125 after. Realtor forwarded the invoice to me today and I was gob smacked. The bill came to $1085.40 with 4 1/2 hour labor charge. Parts were $426.37 and $659.07 in labor. Realtor called Be Happy back about the amount and spoke to accountant and said accountant was not happy that we had been quoted a time, parts, or repair cost estimate. Realtor stated she will never use Be Happy Property Services ever again.

Tim was amazing, if he s running late he ll call you in advance and not have you wait. Very responsive workers and they show you what issues you re having to ensure your getting the work done that you need. James was very professional and took his time and didn t rush through any of the projects I had for them. I would 100% recommended Be Happy to anyone!

Timmy is the #1 handyman..he s punctual, honest, reliable and is the best. I recommended him to my neighbor last year and he built them the most beautiful deck 32X14 with a built in hot tub cover and a grill cover! Recommend going throw Tim.

I scheduled with them at 1 pm, there s nobody showing up. I scheduled with them for another time, supposedly someone will be there and gave me a quote, but no show up again. I saw all the good reviews that s why I want to give it a try, but twice there s no one showing up. Anyone else had same experience? Anyways, won t call again.

I use the services of Be Happy for maintenance needs for a larger property that I manage. They have always been responsive, communicate throughout the process, including the billing process which is thorough and easy to understand.

Can t get ahold of anyone. Spent 3 months playing phone tag before I gave up.

I had to call several times to inquire about why the estimator had not come out to the house when scheduled. Was then informed that the person who answers the phones forgot to put in a request to have him come out. Was then told they would send the estimator out the next day and I would receive my emailed estimate. Called because I hadn t received an email and was informed that the person who answers the phone forgot to put in my email. Was then told they d email it immediately never got the email. Called the next day to request the email again. Spoiler alert, I never got it. I called and set up the estimate on 11/16 it s 12/2 and it s been nothing but a waste of my time. Definitely avoid this one!

We have been using this 5-Star company consistently since they started. As of this past week, we had them transform a large part of our backyard from being unusable to a breathtaking forest retreat. They worked on the design, client communication, cutting trees, stump removal, retaining wall, topsoil, gravel and mulch installations including final lawn restoration after the project. All of the crews worked very hard and tirelessly every day for about a month to provide the new backyard which is truly amazing! Mike and his crew did a great job at our rental property. They landscaped and laid rock in our backyard and walkway in addition to a few other projects. We also had them replace a tree at our house. Im 58, retired Airforce. In my honest opinion, Do NOT have them do work for you. Had them do my front and back yard but it took them 3 weeks to do it. First time they did the wrong yard. Nobody returned my calls. The management is terrible. Prices are cheap but you get what you pay for. They underpay their workers as well from what I hear from one of the employees. Apart from that, the lawn maintainance supervisor was yelling, cussing, and belittleing his own workers in front of my house with my kids outside.. I asked the man his name and he said it was Trake or Dreke? But unsurprisingly he was neither friendly or reasonable. I was taken back by the unprofessionalism and embarressing behavior displayed by this companys Lawn service crew. Be Happy Except for the workers and the customers apparently.

I ve known Jacob for about 5 years now and often go to his company when we have tight deadlines on grounds maintenance projects. These guys are dependable and always work with our schedule to make things happen when we need it. They have a very wide range of services too. If you ve got an oddball job, chances are they can take care of it.
