We had Grizzly turf replace the grass in our back yard. We are very pleased with the results.

Amazing & excellent landscape restoration to my backyard!! That s because a very knowledgeable Lucas send me an incredible crew of Luis, Jose, Heviderto & Santos to do the job. They work continuously in cohesiveness, knowledge of each responsibility & knowing every step of installation. They work tediously & meticulously. They also keep working area clean & orderly all the time. Now I can wander around the backyard safely with ease. In regard to Grizzly turf Co. thank you for being transparent all the way. After vetting turf companies, we chose Grizzly Turf because at the initial consultation, Lucas s presentation was by far more thorough than the other companies. Lucas told us about the company s history, his personal history with the company and his product knowledge was far more comprehensive than the rest. After signing the contract, we dealt primarily with Kamryn for the balance of the job. Kamryn communicated with us throughout the process not only with the documents but with the coordination of the installation schedule. Her upbeat disposition was refreshing. On install day, Luis and his crew were a let s get down to business group. Each of them knew their tasks and I noticed that there wasn t much instruction needed to keep the crew moving. At the end of the day, the finished product looked terrific. We were very pleased. All in all, if your in the market for artificial turf, don t look any further than Grizzly Turf. They made sure that I was 110% satisfied with the job they did in both my backyard and courtyard. From start to finish, our experience with Grizzly Turf was fantastic! When I first called, I explained that I had a very short window to get a quote and complete installation. I had the pleasure of working with Kamryn and she ensured our timeline was met, and she was amazing throughout the entire project. During installation, the crew encountered an unexpected challenge. Kamryn was incredibly understanding and coordinated with her crew to problem solve, and promptly remedy, the situation. Grizzly Turf obviously places an extreme emphasis on customer service. Jeremy, who designed and quoted our project, and the entire installation crew were extremely professional. The turf and installation look great, and we couldn t be more pleased!

Grizzly turf is FANTASTIC!! From the opening contact with Kevyn all the way through the installation, the service was great. Sam came out to our home and provided insight and suggestions which improved our thoughts for the project. Not long after, Luis and his installation team came and did a magnificent install of our turf and small three hole putting green. The team removed the smaller vegetation, installed bubblers for watering of trees, moved decorative rocks, installed turf and cleaned up all in one day. Grizzly turf was chosen from three contractors/vendors to complete this project for home. Do yourself a favor, save time and higher grizzly turf for your next project.

Grizzly Turf impressed me from the start! Brittney and Jeremy were incredibly professional and communicative. They provided a free quote, measured my yard, and patiently answered all my questions. My first quotes, a few months ago, seem kinda high to me. So I took my time over the next few months, and finally came Across Grizly Turf. The presentation by Sam was excellent And put me at ease that this was not some fly Night outfit. Their quote was less than half of some of the others I had gotten earlier. They gave me a couple of addresses where I could view front lawns They done, which were very impressive. One couple was just leaving their house and volunteered to me that they couldn t be happier. While they weren t the cheapest I am so happy that I ended up going with them. Jeremy, my consultant, showed up on the day of my installation and saw that everything went smoothly. I recently had Grizzly Turf install artificial turf in my front yard, and Im extremely satisfied with the experience. From start to finish, everything went smoothly, and the team was professional, efficient, and communicative. The installation process was great. The team lead, Jose, was awesome, and the team showed up on time, fully prepared, and ready to work. They completed the job in less time than I expected and left my front yard cleaner than it was when they arrived. They also asked questions and explained everything along the way, which I appreciated. The quality of the turf is great. I worked with estimator Travis, who was very knowledgeable and helped me select a mid-range option. He even gave me an address for someone with the same turf to see it for myself. The quality of the turf is excellent, and its a 1000% upgrade from my previously dead front yard. The customer service team was fantastic. I worked with Sydella, who was very responsive and communicative. She kept me in the loop throughout the entire process, and I never wondered what was happening next. She even got me on the waitlist for an earlier installation date, which I really appreciated. The communication was great via text, which is my preferred method. Grizzly Turf did a great job with my turf installation from beginning to end. Sam, Sydella, and the installer Jose, were very helpful in explaining the products, providing a detailed quote and contract, continued communication, quick follow-up with any questions, and kept in touch throughout the installation. We are located in the Long Beach area and we re looking to get our backyard done. We had 4 quotes from 4 different companies. Grizzly wasn t the cheapest but certainly not the most expensive and they were able to come out and quote us quickly and set up an install date almost immediately. Their install crew were all super professional and courtesy, talked us through the install process and gave their own opinions on what would look best. Even went as far as troubleshooting a sprinkler issue that they had nothing to do with. Overall a great experience and would highly recommend.

Grizzly Turf is AWESOME! They are one of the BEST, if not the best, companies when it comes to customer service by everyone! Nordstroms used to be the best in service but its now Grizzly Turf. They did my backyard area around pool area on Monday, July 17, 2023 and started at 8:30 and were done at 3:30pm. It looks amazing and wish I did it earlier because it took me about 9 months of shopping and taking my time. Jeremy, the sales consultant, provided the best most detailed proposal of anyone, by far! It was many pages with pictures and diagrams. It blew away the competition. The prep work they do prior to the install of the turf is most detailed as well. This is VERY important. Some hardly did any. Also, their price was around the best too. He never pushed me and always said take your time. He provided references even so I could drive by and take a look. I also worked with Sydella and she was awesome in handling the details of the install, contract, payments and install of turf from start to finish and follow up. She is a true 5 start asset to the company. The guys who did the turf install and lead by Luis were extremely friendly and they all had just a fun time working together. They obviously liked working together. The turf is perfect. I will be doing more turf later on and Grizzly is the one I will be calling. Best in the business!

Talked to three different companies; Lucas was by far the most thorough and professional. He was able to answer all my questions and put my mind at ease with regards to our pet concerns. Jose and his team did a great job with the install. We have a tree with some large, exposed roots and they were able to blend the turf around it to make it look seamless and natural. Jeremy was also very helpful with some tips regarding care and maintenance. Our backyard looks fantastic and the dogs love it. Highly recommend if youre looking for turf in Orange County.

Were very happy with the artificial grass purchased and installed by Grizzly Turf. They have a good selection, set appointments and installation at your convenience, and arrive on time. Lucas is on top of things, and Kevyn does the same for their office. All was very easy. The final looks great.

Lucas came out and from ALL the other companies I interviewed and was quoted by, I felt most comfortable with Grizzley even though they were not the cheapest quote. I often look for the least most expensive but I had a feeling about this company. I am so glad I made the decision to go with Grizzley as they did a awesome job and gave my yard a total facelift. We strongly recommend Grizzly Turf for your artificial turf installation. From the first interaction, they were professional and patient with us. We worked with Jeremy who visited our place and evaluated the work. He explained in detail the different types of turf and provided us relevant options to choose from. He also detailed the process they follow during the installation and answered all our questions. Our further interactions were with Kevyn, who helped us from scheduling through installation. We had delays with prior work, some permit delays and had to make changes a couple of times. Kevyn patiently worked with us through all this and was prompt, polite and showed great enthusiasm. The day of installation, there was a crew of 4, who worked at a good pace, did an awesome job and left the site cleaned and washed. Their overall process is very structured and each step is well detailed from the first email, which gave us, as customers a great level of confidence. Excellent experience overall.

We spent 11 thousand dollars on turf and had an experience of a much cheaper company. I picked Grizzly because they have amazing reviews and were super super professional to start. I had never seen anything like it! II was a little put off that they don t do permitting for you (my town is ridiculous with permit requirements but fortunately I figured it out). Unfortunately, things went downhill on install day. The crew was late, instructions were not relayed to the install crew, and a huge trailer was left outside of my home overnight without anyone telling me (blocking my access to the garage and my neighbors easy access into their driveway). Supplies were left all over my driveway that I was stuck picking up at night. This was a two day install and day 1 started off badly. Day 2 was much better. I will have to say; they have a good installation process and they do a nice job. The turf looks nice although I will say it s shedding quite a bit. However, when paying so much money, I wanted better than well, the turf looks good . I would have given a better review until I noticed the day after installation water pooling around a tree area behind my turf. The technician told me the previous day that he was going to turn the line in that exact area off, so something went wrong. I have video of him going over there and turning a valve. He must have turned something incorrectly, because I had a ton of water pooling in an area super close to my neighbor s and where I had just planted some expensive trees. I e-mailed the company to let them know after I had tried to turn off the valve for over an hour at night ..and they were prompt responding the next day, saying they ll contact me asap. Well, they did not. I had to send follow-up e-mails hours later. Something like running water in someone s yard is something I feel is URGENT and you should not wait! Finally, they had someone come out and look when I was not home. This didn t help, as they basically said all lines were off except for the one by the trees (well, duh) and that they don t address water lines outside of turf. The problem is, the tech from install 100% turned that line on by accident (again, I have this on camera). All I needed them to do was turn it off! That s it! Finally the tech came back and was able to turn it off (he was super nice and wasn t there on install day, so it really wasn t his fault that he didn t know where to look). I had my water running in that area for almost 48 hours!!!! With this being said, I received ZERO apologies for this and nobody offered to compensate me for water running for two days (or for the trees that will likely rot from so much water running). In fact, Sydella told me thank you for bringing this to my attention and Brittani told me she felt sorry for me but never said she was sorry for the water issue that her team directly caused. If this happened at one of their houses, I assume they d but just as upset as me! Honestly, they made me feel like I was crazy for what I feel anyone would have been upset about. What a terrible experience! I had really high hopes and am crushed that this happened. I got estimates for other companies that charged less but ultimately went with Grizzly for their great reputation. Turns out that didn t matter because my experience was just awful. In case you re wondering, that 11k paid for 1,190 square feet of turf that retails for $2.99 per square foot. So, you re paying for installation and service when you hire this company. Unfortunately, the service is not there at all.

This is my second project with Grizzly Turf and once again, they did a phenomenal job! Entire process from start to finish was extremely thorough and easy. The final project came out so beautiful and really added such a nice touch to my home that adds such great curb appeal. 100 stars from me, would highly recommend.!

Grizzly Turf did a great job replacing our old putting green in our backyard. The little tweaks here and there were great overall improvements and we re happy with the end result. The date originally scheduled for the installation (Monday) had to be postponed due to inclement weather; however, we had invited some friends over on the weekend for the green inauguration and we were worried that it would not be done on time. But, Grizzly moved things around and they got the work done on Thursday, so the inauguration turned out all right!

I would HIGHLY recommend Grizzly Turf to anyone looking for impeccably installed quality turf and excellent customer service. We were referred to Grizzly Turf in a community Facebook group. They were the last of 4 companies we had come out to give us a quote (all 4 were referrals from other happy customers). Lucas (the owner of Grizzly Turf) came out to look at our space, met with my husband about what we wanted / what our options were, and sent us a very detailed quote same day. Based on the meeting with Lucas, Grizzly Turf was definitely the frontrunner, and although 3 of 4 quotes came in within $1,000 of one another (so pricing wasn t really a factor in the decision-making process at this point) Grizzly was the clear choice based on the attention to detail, ratings online, and the initial meeting. Grizzly made the turf selection process very easy. We immediately decided on playground turf for the backyard and picked 2 samples we liked for the front. They had sites where we could go see the turf colors / types we liked installed. Seeing the turf on a big lawn made a HUGE difference - we actually ended up going with a 3rd turf (not one of our original sample picks) because after we saw the ones wed initially liked best we told Brittani (the Grizzly Turf Office Manager) that we were looking for a color that was a bit darker but with the longer blades but didnt know which one to go with. She immediately recommended that we go look at a 3rd turf she thought wed like and we LOVED it. Said yes and scheduled the install same day. Grizzly actually called us when their schedule changed to offer to come out earlier, but we had a different contractor that still had equipment on part of the lawn. When our install date did arrive, they did the install (front and back yards) in less than 2 days and they actually caught a mistake that our pool contractor had made on a drain while they were here, saving us a lot of headache (and potentially flooding of our new turf) down the line. The install was perfection - no seams / bumps / irregularities at all (and our front yard is sloped with curved planters, so this was tougher than a rectangular lawn would be). Invoicing was quick and easy and our new turf looks incredible. Weve had several compliments on it already and our dog Willow couldnt be happier (she ran / rolled around on it for several minutes when we let her out). :) If you are looking to get artificial turf, we would HIGHLY recommend having Grizzly come out to give you a quote. Incredibly professional and well informed. I greatly appreciate their attention to detail and the time spent helping me understanding the variety of turf types available. They walked me through all of the options so that we could pick the best turf for my yard and pup. The job turned out better than expected! Just had our turf installed by Lucas and his team. Our daughter had Grizzly install their grass, and she loves it. And now we have it and love ours too. Just in time for the 4th of July, and no more mess. The process was easy, the office and whole team that helped us have really gone above and beyond for us. Working with Grizzly Turf has been amazing. Ive worked with several contractors for home improvements, and its always frustrating. Not coming through or delivering what they promised. After reading Grizzly Turfs reviews I gave these guys a call, and couldnt be happier with our decision. For the first time EVER we were given exactly what we wanted. They were very detailed and took the time to explain everything and check everything during the initial estimate (which is probably why there were no issues). In the end we were very happy. Ill definitely recommend to all my friends, family, and neighbors. It is rare to find companies that still connect and care about their customers.

I called them to inquire on having a small section of turf installed (30sqft), ultimately I didnt meet their minimum requirement which I assumed would happen. I was expecting a simple Sorry cant help, instead I got a cheerful associate happy to answer my questions and ended up giving me instruction on how I could go about installing it myself. Which is more than any other company did, by far. I have another property that Im considering for turf and will definitely give these guys my business in the future.
