I used this company in 2019 at our Bellingham home for a large backyard project. The project manager, Paul, out of the Ferndale location was very responsive, professional and we were very pleased with the end result of our project. I have sense reached out to the Anacortes location on multiple occasions over the past 3 weeks to set up a time for an estimate on another project at our current home in Skagit County and after being told on each attempt that I would receive a call back by the end of the day, I m still left without a call from the local project manager, Elton. I m not sure what has happened with this company s customer service over the past few years, but after referring several friends, I would certainly not recommend them given their lack of follow up and disorganization/communication between the office and the field with coordinating appointments for new business. Perhaps they re too busy to take on new projects, but this should be communicated clearly when calling in to schedule an appointment. If I was the owner, Jared, I would want to receive this feedback as he may be unaware of these issues. I always try to support local businesses when I can, but customer service leads the way.

Jerome and his crew were amazing, did a beautiful concrete pad and Retaining wall at our Arlington property. It was a truly great experience!

I searched high and low for someone to install an irrigation system at my house on Whidbey Island. There is literally not a single company on the island. Thankfully I found Proscapes in Anecortes and they were willing to come to South Whidbey. I am thrilled with them! It was super easy to schedule an on site consultation. I receive a quote the next day and they started work within a couple of days. The entire team was super knowledgeable, professional, and did excellent work. It was a huge job and they finished it in a very timely manner. I highly recommend Proscapes! And if you live on Whidbey Island and need irrigation you ll definitely want to give them a call.

Jerod and his team were great! Worked hard and efficiently! Followed up on everything and listened to feedback and last minute changes along the way. Everything looks amazing...rock wall, driveway widened, 5 foot retaining wall with fence...team made it look like a breeze. Super friendly too!

Im a returning customer. Proscapes built a patio, extended my deck, and made a cement base for a shed in 2022. This time around they built a stone stairway, that also required a retaining wall. Im very happy with the responsiveness, estimates, and the professionalism of the work. If you want a job done right, you cant go wrong with the ProScapes team!

They do amazing work!

Proscapes did two major landscaping projects for our Bellingham home. The first consisted of landscaping our entire yard (this project included the installation of irrigation and outdoor lighting systems). The second involved civilizing a steeply sloped hillside by stripping ivy and weeds, designing and building a three-tiered retaining wall system, then landscaping the newly captured area complete with irrigation. We could not be happier. Proscapes provided quality design work and landscaping on both projects, transforming a lackluster yard into a work of art. Jerod, the company s owner, was responsive to our concerns, and the crew worked as efficiently as any we have seen. Proscapes provided value for our dollar. The team handling Wildflower community in Sedro Woolley needs training and for Antonio to supervise their work. Trees have been butchered; lawns grass is going to seeds; has not been mowed in over 2 weeks. They were on site yesterday and left the whole place and street median in a total mess. It s a disgrace.

Like most landscaping companies, they promise alot, deliver the bare minimum, and have been unresponsive to our concerns. Cant get their supervisor to communicate, and the individual crews dont communicate due to language barrier. Contracted for a list of maintenance services, in reality, only have received the most basic raking, rare weed removal, and vigorous use of leaf blower. No pruning, fertilizer, dead foliage removal, or other basic maintenance services. There must be better services out there, or at least others that deliver what they promise and are paid for...

STAY AWAY FROM THEM! This is a horrible company to deal with. They requested me to sign a one-year contract with them. What a mistake! During that time they did not come at all for two months but they charged me dearly. They supposed to notify me of the date and time one day before the service but they never did. If they came it was whenever they pleased. They supposed to trim the branches of my fruit trees. They never did and my fruit trees broke. Theyve been nonresponsive to requests for better service. Never trimmed my roses claiming it has to be done in May but my contract ended in April 2020. What a joke! Those two girls in the office are super rude thinking they are Gods gift to this world!

Jerod with Proscapes recently installed a drainage system for my gutters. His crew was on time and left absolutely no mess when they were finished with the job. I would definitely recommend them! Thanks again for the great job!

We couldnt be more pleased with the results. They prepared the ground, which included removing tree roots and soil. Then added flagstone patio and walkway to our backyard. Plus poured an aggregate patio extension of the existing deck. The crew was here everyday. Worked hard and really cared about the quality of their work.

We use Proscapes for our weekly lawn care service. They always do an incredible job with the property. The workers are always very respectful and willing to help in any way possible! Furthermore, I work for a Youth Organization in Anacortes. The owner, Jerod; partnered with us to create an amazing backyard basketball court for the youth in the community, The results are incredible and the youth will absolutely love the space. Proscapes was so generous to donate the time, effort and machinery to make it happen. This speaks highly of who they are and what they do! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

All I can say in a few words is all projects these guys have done for us have been quickly and expertly completed.

Cost was competitive. Work was excellent and all done in one day (non-stop). Everything turned out great!

Wed give Jerod and ProScapes 6 stars if we could, these guys are great! Jerod met with us early on, discussed our project, and promptly gave us a quote. Once we scheduled, the crews showed up on time, worked quickly and efficiently, were respectful, and a pleasure to deal with. Jerod called periodically during the project to check in, and advise us of next steps, something we appreciated very much. We love the completed patio, retaining wall, and steps. I wish I had more work to give ProScapes. Thanks to all of you!

Great customer service and amazing work.

Working with Jerod has been a pleasure. Called about a drainage issue in our driveway that he and his team were able to fix within a a couple days of calling. We are now having them do some planting and more extensive work that looks fantastic.

Proscapes does the maintenance at my home and I get many compliments on how nice my yard looks. They have also done concrete, deck and fence work for me and I am very happy with all of the services they have provided. Their workers are great!

Well we used them for our back garden.But in all honesty we are not sure that we would use them again. The foreman kept saying he was going to be here, then didnt show up. The communication is sparse and he repeatedly didnt return a call, we had to chase him. We had to keep a close eye on what they were doing. On more than one occasion we had to stop them in what they were doing, as they were not doing what we wanted. They left one wall unfinished and put in a planting area, but without any irrigation, so they had to come back again. The irrigation is there but they didnt even put it under the earth, but left it for us to finish......... How we wanted raised beds, isnt what we got, although we do like what they gave us, but its not dog friendly. On the upside, the workers worked hard most of the time, the garden looks a lot better than it did (think Building site) and of course we could not have got all this hard work done without them. Downside, 2 coffee cups and out own pick axe went walkies with the workers. Nothing was returned.......... Over all we are mostly happy with what Proscapes has done, but I wanted to give an honest review...

We purchased a new home in Anacortes and wanted to redesign the yard to create a low maintenance, grass free landscape. Jarod from Proscapes led the way with a rock creek bed meandering through the yard that provides a beautiful and natural foundation for the plants. Lawn gone and in its place is something more unique and full of gardening opportunities that do not include mowing. Jarod was responsive, full of great ideas, easy to work with and sent an efficient and helpful crew as well. We will certainly look to Proscapes for future projects and highly recommend this company.

We had a wonderful experience with Jarod and Joe from ProScapes. We decided what we wanted (new retaining wall in front of house, walkway added between front and back yard, and edging in back yard), they send a bid, we agreed, they did the work beautifully, and we were invoiced the bid amount all within about ten days! They are doing more work in Bellingham and I believe now have a Bellingham office, so dont let the Anacortes address dissuade you. Cant say enough good things about them!

The Proscapes crew provide us with excellent landscaping care each month. They always arrive on time, are courteous and professional and leave with our yard looking pristine each time, even in the winter months. They are highly recommended by our family.

ProScapes just installed new sod on our front lawn, and put new mulch on the gardens. It looks fabulous! We have had several neighbors comment on how great our lawn looks. All the excess dirt was removed from the driveway and walkway. The workers were great, answered any questions we had, were very respectful. We will definitely continue to call on ProScapes to help us with our lawn and garden needs.
