I was contacted after my inquiry for service and given a price. I have never received the written commitment. I did receive a call from corporate trying to get me to agree to twice the services that I had originally discussed. Very poor.

Reliable and reasonably priced, trugreen has always helped my yard look its best. Lately Ive been getting their mosquito service and even though Im in the middle of a swamp it definitely helps keep the bugs away.

Hello, I have to say that I personally feel cheated. I have nothing against the person who come to service the property from trugreen. I always find them honest as they provide truthful answers. I am now scared by a sales person from trugreen. I would suggest every customer to video record of the salesman and the thing that they promise to deliver at the end of the year. I didnt do it so now I can proof what was promised to me by the trugreen salesperson in my local area here in Buffalo, NY. I would suggest to stay away from there service or please be really informed of what they are going to deliver and have some proof. I am going to stay away from them.

HORRIBLE management! We have reached out numerous times to discuss a very serious offense done by their technician and have been unable to get ahold of anyone in management with some sort of authority to come to some sort of resolution. I believe we will be forced to call corporate and/or other environmental authorities to report our concerns. I would beware of this company.

Wanted aeration, dethatch, rolling and fertilizer done to the lawn. Called and woman stated someone would contact me within 24 hours. Few days went by and nothing. Called back and explained what had happened. Was told someone would definitely call me back within 2 days time. That was 2 weeks ago. Aeration alone was quoted at $300 so assuming between $500-$1000 total? Not great, will go elsewhere.

I have used this company for years and I have nothing but good things to say. Most impressive is I have a vegetable garden that has grown over the years, and they are always very careful.

Most professional company Ive ever contracted with. I have used TruGreen for years now -they are a 10/10 in every way. Lasting, visible results. I once called them with a question about my lawn and just a day or two later, there were 6-8 TruGreen workers/representatives on my front lawn doing a thorough inspection. I was blown away and have been hooked ever since. They take this job seriously and take care of their customers. They couldnt be easier to work with. I have recommended them to literally everyone who has asked me about lawncare services. They have a forever customer!

Wasn t happy with the lawn service so I canceled. My lawn was brown and my neighbors lawn was green. Literally 7 different people called me to rejoin. Please don t give them your phone number they ll call you every other day for the rest of your life! And all from different phone numbers so you can t even block the number!!!!

My lawn is much improved over the two years that I have used TruGreen. However, things depend on the technician they send out. Most are good, but a few times have been someone who obviously does not have a good work ethic and the application is not done properly. In those rare cases, TruGreen customer service has always made things right with a free reapplication.

I prepaid $1k for lawn and mosquito services for the season. TruGreen was a no-show for all scheduled appointments except for one and Ive spent hours on the phone with customer service trying to get the no-shows rescheduled. Its a horrific customer experience. Customer service reps give incorrect dates just to get you off the phone, assure me that TruGreen will arrive, and then dont show up OR proactively reschedule. I have to call every time to beg someone to come and perform the services I already paid for. Their products are ineffective and its the most appalling customer experience. Stay far, far away. I just canceled my entire account and will be going with a different company. So many wasted hours on the phone with this incompetent company.

First time using True green they say it will take some time. I have noticed a difference already in my lawn.

Deonte is the usual person that comes to my house. He is extremely professional and always says hi to me. My lawn is absolutely awesome and I was a little leery about the mosquito etc. spray, but it works like a charm. I was not bothered at all by mosquitoes. My husband has never used.Trugreen on the mend and is also very impressed with how our lawn looks. TY to all!

RE: TRUEGREEN LAWN FERTILIZATION AND WEED CONTROL All homeowners BEWARE of this service. They are a big scam. I have had this service for over 4 years. I have seen more weeds in my lawn this year than ever before. Today, I was walking around the back yard, and it is just FULL of weeds. This is after I had all 4 treatments this year. When I called, I was told that I was not eligible for a re-do service because it had been 30 days since my last service. I was under the impression that what I paid for would hold until the end of the season. How they schedule the visits is not my doing. What I paid for was weed control, which I clearly did not get. TERRIBLE POLICIES, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

As I have shared in the past. It is Dan who gives the LOCAL assurance that treatments are what they should be. TruGreen is getting too big for customer comfort. Without Dan it would not feel good. He goes the extra mile to communicate and make me feel that there is a person beyond the service application that actually cares.

The reason I didn t give TG a 5 is because, although my lawn is much better, it still has some common weeds that I thought could have been killed. Their treatments are not cheap, so I expected this to be accomplished.

I decided to get a lawn care service this year at the end of March. The Sales person was great and I decided to pay for the full year up front for the yearly service. TruGreen was supposed to come out for my 1st of 7 applications back in April and had a scheduling issues on the first date. Then on the rescheduled date, supposedly a truck broke down and they had to reschedule it for another 10 days out for the next available date. Now today, which is the 3rd date they are suppose to show up, I get a recorded message that the date is now tomorrow. Mind you, I talked to the staff after the second missed date and received money back and was assured that it would be completed today. The best part of all is that Im now expected to wait another 24-48 hours for a manager to call back and explain why I still have not had a single application yet.

Had them for a year and a half.

I signed a contract for the Mosquito Defense Plan. The salesman said that this would be a monthly service and that I could call in between services if I needed a re-application because the bugs were getting bad again. The in between services would be free of charge. Trugreen came and made the first application on 4/29/2022. Mid-May, I sent a chat message on the app asking for a reapplication. The rep assigned told me that she put in the request and I would have a re-application within the week. No re-application occurred. I called the toll free number that Monday and explained that we did not receive service. They told me service is schedule for every 6 to 8 weeks. I told the rep that I was informed is was every month. The rep said I could call 3 weeks after application and get a re-application and that should get me to every 4 weeks. This is not what the salesman told me. I again asked for a re-application. The rep said that the schedule was full, but that they put in a message to the local branch (#5678) to fit me in. The re-application should happen within one week. The week came and went. I called again. The rep apologized, offered me a discount on remaining services, told me that there were no appointments available, he made a note for service within 7 days and said they would have the local branch manager call me within 48 hours and I should be on stand by for that call. No call whatsoever. I called again today. Surprise - no appointments available but she put in a message to the local branch to call me within 48 hours and for application within 1 week. That will put me at 8 weeks from last application - at this rate, my last application would be in October - when its snowing. This company is a scam. They are not following through on promises. No one calls. Is there reallya local branch?? If so, this manager has no customer service skills whatsoever. This is not the program that I was sold. It is a complete lie. They promise a re-service and then blatantly ignore the guarantee. I am still waiting for this call from the local branch that I doubt will ever come. Every time I call, there are no appointments available. Meanwhile, I dump more money into citronella candles and lawn sprays to try to enjoy my yard. By the way, this program costs $1,000 for the season. And I still cannot sit in my yard without donating blood. Even if they come out now, that is 8 weeks since my last treatment and I expect I will just have to chase them again to get a service next month - and I fully expect to be told the schedule is full - I dont know why you keep dropping off their schedule - we will put a note in for the local branch to reservice you within one week.

We used the Mosquito control for the first time this year and have gone the entire summer with no Mosquitos! Will sign up for the service again next year.

The techs were fine but their billing department charged me for a free respray and when confronted credited me for half of my next spray instead of refunding me. And then never applied the credit so I was charged again at full price. Wont be using again.

This company sprayed my lawn instead of my neighbors lawn. I did not order the service and I personally would never put harmful pesticides on my lawn where my pets play. I was told I could wash it off but I am still unable to use my lawn for at least 24 hrs. I am concerned about the harmful chemicals that were sprayed all around my house and very unhappy that this company trespassed onto my property. I have no idea if this was sprayed onto my entire lawn. I can no longer harvest herbs from my garden due to possible contamination.
