They do not finish the work they agreed to do. Been waiting 4+ months for them to come out and finish.

Had one of there box truck drivers try to drive me off the road. Swerving in and out of the lanes

Their snow removal service is the worst. They dont show for 2-3 DAYS. Have done a horrible, incomplete EVERY snow event this season. They have not cleared stairs, left hazardous conditions. They are HORRIBLE liars... telling the property management company that it was serviced.. PICTURES SPEAK FOR THEMSELVES. The town of Cheektowaga has fined the owner numerous times !!

I would like to thank Reinhart for sending Jim (the guy with the beard) and his crew to transform my yard into a heaven on earth!! The boys were at my house on time every morning, only left to get more mulch and other supplies. I had a whole new design and new plants put in, grass seed where there was some bare spots and old plants removed. They all were so friendly, listened to me and my concerns and Jim was adamant that he would do the job the way I wanted. He made sure I was happy with the edging, color of the mulch, suggested better placement for some plants and made sure everything was cleaned up when they left. If I hadnt seen them and talked to them you would never know they were in my yard at all!!! My neighbors have stopped in and raved about how beautiful everything looks and I am even thinking about entering our neighborhood garden walk this summer! I cannot thank you all enough and Jim a special thank you for you! You made me feel like I was your only customer, and I will be requesting you for ALL the work at my house from now on!! Im also telling anyone who will listen to request you specifically!!

I just want to say thanks for doing my yard Jim and his team . It looks amazing I can t say enough about the awsome work that has been done . My front garden looked so overgrown that now Jim use his magic on it I would recommend him and this company to do your work. Thanks again!!

If you would like to hire one company to handle your property year round, then look no further. Reinhart will cut your grass, rake your leaves, and remove your snow! On top of that, they will take care of any upkeep of your beds, cut down any trees, pull weeds, and more. So for that I will give five stars!

My cousin asked me to find a few landscaping companies around here to manage his property while he was living abroad, and then after a few other options I chose to work with Reinhart because of their professionalism, attention to detail, and clear terms of services. Since my cousin has returned home, hes also noticed and has said the same as Ive just mentioned! So if youre looking for a landscaping company to take care of your property while you are either home or away, look no further!

The team and service led by Joe was fantastic! I will be hiring them again next year for sure but will add on the plowing and snow removal too. Looking forward to it :)

I hired these guys to come and trim a few trees and tidy up a few beds, and then we discussed their pricing for maintenance and I decided to get them for all my lawn care and landscaping needs. They are very organized and professional, and never had any issues with their work.

Affordable, effective, efficient.

My review is regarding the office staff/ownership. Lisa Reinhart was extremely rude, flippant and dismissive with both myself and my husband after we had to make repeated calls to their office to find out when our one day job would be completed. Lisa spoke over me and interrupted me throughout my phone call with her. When the gentleman whom I believe was the owner came to finish the job on the 6th day, he never introduced himself to us, even upon asking for payment. At that time, he strongly implied that the dirt and rocks in our driveway gave his crew of three (only 2 of which actually worked on our driveway) poison ivy. We mentioned the only vegetation was a small section of ornamental grass that wasnt touched and he said that he had to assume that they got it from our house since this was their only job that they all three were at. A one day job took SIX days (one rain day) and left our driveway unusable for that time frame with no idea of when they would finish the job. The two gentlemen working at our house were professional, friendly and hard working. The same cannot be said for ownership/office staff. A half hearted apology was rendered followed up with the above mentioned implication that their crew got poison ivy from our house. The finished job was fine, but sullied by the absolute lack of client communication and respect. I absolutely do NOT recommend this company for anything.

They did great work on my house. Normally I would do the work myself but couldn t this year and I could not be more pleased with how it turned out.

Excellent service and professional crew and management! I had the front beds completely redone with new plants, stone, mulch, edging, etc. They even worked with me to save an existing tree and a couple other existing plants, and did not try to discourage me from doing so. They were very busy due to COVID and gave me an honest estimated time for completion and stuck to it, without over promising and under delivering. I received a fair quote that was honored and it was well worth it! Will definitely use Reinhart again for any future landscaping needs.

Not happy with this company. Initially, I cut them some slack because I thought they were processing my contract and missed the first couple of snows (even though I paid for a full season). They only plowed a very few times when I received an email in February indicating that they would be charging extra to plow for the rest of the season. They didnt even plow to begin with and I sure am not going to pay more for them to continue this. Never again - beware - I feel that if this company thinks they can get away with ripping you off - they will!

Joe and his crew did a great job of our large landscaping project. Our lawn looks wonderful and our front bed is just what we wanted. Thank you for all your hard work it really paid off. Sarah

My wife and I were pleased with the quality of the landscaping work they did for us. Paid the crew chief in full based on the printed invoice upon completion. Then we received more billing, supposedly for taxes. Were done with them and I recommend you think hard before contracting

No satisfaction on snow plowing. All booked up for the season.

Reinhardt Snowplowing has provided me with the best snow removal service that I have ever had in my 20+ years of using a plowing service. His crew has allowed me to leave for work with a clean driveway & return home with the same. Nick Reinhardt has provided me with excellent service & I will continue to use him.
