This has been a good local company to do business with. I ve only been with them a couple of years but they have delivered their services as promised and haven t attempted to upsell me every time they visited my property. (Two previous companies lost the account for this reason.) My lawn looks great and their pricing is fair. Update my thoughts: Lawnmark Plus Why do they continue to be my lawn servicing company. I have used such services for probably 30 years, and I hired this out because I m not good at it. I m not even sure you can do it as economically as letting a pro do it and I attempted it for a number of years. Once I choose to go with pros it really came to down to three things results, the way the lawn looks, price and service. My lawn continues to look great and easy to compare as my neighbor continues to self-treat and it is clearly superior in this side-by-side comparison. Price is what moved from my previous company. Now I m not saying they are the cheapest out there, but they are clearly in a competitive position in the market. I normally get quotes every three years. Service is always tricky because it means different things to different customers. For me my expectations for my lawn care company are to let me know when they are coming, let me know and provide the services to be delivered, let me know my pricing for the upcoming season. What I don t want is the tech knocking on my door at every treatment wanting to upsell on something, this is what drove my pricing issue with my previous company. Lawnmark delivers all these things! Business relationships are like all relationships at times have bumps in the road. It is how these are handled determines if the relationship will continue forward. This was such a year with us. I got my estimate for the upcoming year and was shocked at the increase. I wrote an email and within 2 days I had a reply. It explained how the bill is prepared and the flexibility I had to modify it to fit my current year s needs, done. If you are looking for an easy-to-deal with company who delivers the services, they sell give them a try.

Great service options and customer service!

I have been using Lawn Mark Plus for years. My lawn continues to look amazing. This was a raining season in NH and we had some fungal issues. I placed a service call to come check these patches. They are always responsive to questions, service calls and reviewing lab reports of our soil. They sent a Sr Tech Rebecca who really worked hard to take corrective action both cure thw fungal issues and add fresh compost and seed. While on site, we had a long talk about what could be done differently next season, and thats when we decided to move to full organic from a Hybrid program. Rebecca took the time to educate us and perform follow visits at season end. I look forward to a great lawn next year. Thank you.

We were in a bad spot with our lawn after a grub infestation! In just need season Lawnmark Plus fixed some major weed issues, improved the health of my dirt, and aerated and overseeded so the grass is greener, and more lush than it has ever been. All with no effort on my part! They just let me know they are coming, I make sure the kids and I arent out when they come, and we are back in the yard later that day! Truly couldnt be easier, and very happy with our results.

We ve used Lawnmark Plus for several years, and they are consistently excellent and professional. Their all-natural tick preventative really works, and we haven t had any issues.

The only complaints I have is that when it came time for the aeration seed the person who did went through my property too fast and didnt do it properly so I called and had them come back and I feel like it gets done a little to late and the seed doesnt take really well even though I water. Other than this they are great.

My lawn was a mess 4yrs ago but since Lawnmark Plus started their treatments I have a beautiful green lush grass.

I have used them for quite a while. They have been responsive to issues when the normal application has needed a follow-up.

Yes, there were minor issues but the important thing is that they listen and act upon it in a timely manner. Ive been using LawnMark Plus since moving to NH in 2021, and I couldn t be happier with their services. They handle everything from organic fertilization to mosquito and tick control, plus they take care of aeration, overseeding, grub prevention, and compost/lime applications. The team really knows their stuff and is always willing to answer my questions when they re here. They re also great about working with me on scheduling when needed (like for aeration/overseeding). The staff is friendly and helpful whenever I call. Overall, they re reliable, knowledgeable, and flexible, so I ll definitely keep using them!

These guys are the best. My lawn was overrun with weeds last year forcing me to break down and get a lawn service company which I d never planned on doing. They have a variety of services that help and offer advice on what we can do to help as well. My yard did a complete 180 this year thanks to them. There was a point midsummer weeds took hold a bit because I d cut the grass way too low in the middle of the heat wave and they came out free of charge and hit it with an additional weed spray to keep them at bay which worked like a charm. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Weve had Lawnmark Plus service our lawn for several years and love the organic treatments. Customer service is great too!

LawnMark Plus came highly recommended to us. They apply non-toxic, all natural EPA approved pesticide products for pest control. I had called a few places and LawnMark was by far the most helpful. However, it wasnt until after our first two treatments (the 2nd one being free) left us with remaining issues, that I realized how wonderful they are. I called and explained we are still finding ticks on ourselves and our dogs; but we are on 11 acres of wetland with a yard thats been severely overgrown for years, so cant fault them -- it seems the applications just have not been heavy enough and we hadnt gotten enough of the yard cleaned up to truly control the population. Their rep, Rebecca, explained that they have a chemical product to fall back on for really stubborn circumstances. She went above and beyond to send me an email with extensive information about the product; its rating from the EPA, its ingredients, and its safety (even honestly explaining where is lacks in safety, too) as she knew I really wanted to avoid spraying anything carcinogenic/harmful. I hadnt realized that as a company, they also wanted to avoid that, which is awesome. She suggested we spray ONLY one time with the synthetic product and then return to the natural product, which clearly is effective for many (we did see a decrease in activity for a short time). She did not push and just helped to guide me to the decision that felt right for our circumstances, stating that circumstances like ours might require a different approach than their average customer. Overall, just couldnt recommend enough, from their willingness to re-spray for free and their commitment to using the most safe and effective interventions possible. Other companies just pushed product or, worse, had lack of awareness over safety, product efficacy, etc. I highly recommend Lawnmark Plus, we will be using them to get our lawn up to par in the future, too! Note that their scheduling process takes some getting used to (maybe just because weve never signed up for a service like this before); they let you know you will be sprayed within a week of signing up, and then they notify you one day before that they are coming the next day (there are no time slots etc). If it doesnt work, you can call to cancel and be put back in the queue. We have to provide them with access to our yard and have tricky hybrid work schedules, but have easily been able to make it work.

This is our second year using Lawnmark, and all I can say is they are outstanding. Their lawn treatments are effective, and the folks weve dealt with at Lawnmark are first rate. We live in a condo community, and comprehensive lawn care is included in our condo fee. We opt-out of the associations lawn treatments (for medical reasons) and pay for Lawnmark out of our own pockets because of their organic treatments. Our lawn looks just as good (if not better) than our next door neighbor who goes for the toxic chemicals. Definitely recommended.

We ve used their cedar tick control for a few years now. Simply put: It works. And bonus is that I feel perfectly comfortable spraying the yard where my kids and dogs play with cedar oil.

Lawnmark Plus treats our yard for ticks fleas with organic oils that are pet/child safe AND are extremely effective! We have used this service for years and last year added on their lawn care and have been extremely impressed with how our always dead grass is actually thriving! The company is a well known company in my town. They do a great job. I could have gone with a chain and saved money. But here in Amherst we try to keep things local.

I am happy with the service. I always get notified when they are coming ahead of time. No mess no fuss. When I have had issues they are quick to respond on the phone or on site even reapplying an application like tick control or weed preventer Would recommend them.

We have used Lawnmark for a few years now to manage our fertilization needs for a roughly 2 acre area. It is very convenient and effective with their scheduling and specialized equipment. Not to mention piece of mind knowing the right application is being applied at the correct time period in the season. That was one thing I would always forget to do or know exactly when to do it! Proper watering or irrigation system is also important here and not on them. Anyhow, given the time it takes to apply it yourself, running around buying bags of fertilizer at double the price, I have come to the conclusion its nearly a wash and know its actually getting done properly. As a small business owner we like to support local companies and I think Lawnmark has earned our business for the foreseeable future.

I have been very pleased since going with Lawnmark for my lawn services. Previous experience with the big lawncare companies was not good. some technicians didnt seem to know what areas to treat, often left granules on the driveway but yet missed corners where the weeks continued to grow. As a bonus Lawnmarks chemicals are less toxic than the other companies. Overall results has been a more natural looking lawn.

Great Company. Does what they say the will do. We use them for Tick and Mosquito treatments. They use natural products with no chemicals. The treatments work and if we happen to have mosquitos after a treatment they re-treat with no questions asked. The staff are polite and professional.

Great experience with lawnmark so far. Responsive, professional, and making the yard look great. Also use them for tick treatment which seems to be working out great too.

I hired lawnmark to do our tick prevention. I was told by customer service that we would see results after first application and then continue to maintain with other applications throughout the summer. Our first application was done by a kid that was there all of 15 minutes (2 acres) and didn t cover the entire yard. Following the application, we saw more ticks than ever. When I called to inquiry, I received snarky responses claiming I needed to do more application before it became effective at $200 each. She told me I would see results in a few months (Fall) and it wasn t her fault that their previous customer service rep who left gave me the wrong info. I discontinued and told her I was unsatisfied and lead on to believe we would have a tick free yard this summer. We are still getting billed every 2 weeks. They will not take any fault in their faulty product or misguided customer service. This was 2 years ago.

All service technicians that we have met are courteous and nice to work with. Often the treatment just happens without interaction. I am happy with their services. Billing is easy, they offer annual payment and payment by the service. Highly recommended.

We purchased our home in June of 2019. We started using lawnmark after a recommendation from a co-worker. Our lawn was very brown. We started using lawnmark end of June. By the end of July, my yard was very green. I wish I had taken before and after pictures. It would cost me more money to buy 3 bags of fertilizer then they charge to come by and do it. I highly recommend them. I regret not taking advantage of their over seeding and aeration in the fall. This year we definitely will. Great value and amazing service. They tell me ahead of time when they will be there. We will continue to use lawnmark for our yard. I will definitely be posting before and after pictures this year. I recommend them to everyone I know.

I was very un-pleased with the customer service that was provided, we signed up with the service for mosquito control with out being told it would take weeks for them to come out. We emailed to ask if they could come out and was told it was unfair for us to ask them to come out within days of signing up and then was told that we waited until last minute to sign up. Do not use this service, the customer service is horrible.

We used Lawnmark for nearly 3 years. We had done our own organic yard care for more than a decade prior to signing up with Lawnmark. So we know what to expect and not expect (gorgeous safe grass but with some weeds) from organic care. While we appreciated being able to source organic yard care from them, we were underwhelmed from the beginning with their service as we always had to followup with more fertilizer, more over seeding, etc. of our own. A deal we had been willing to make, until this past summer when they applied a product (they said it was iron) that has nearly destroyed our front yard that was previously healthy and thick. We have irrigation so it wasnt a matter of this summers lack of rain and high temps. It was very clearly their application that has caused excessive damage to our lawn. They promptly refunded the remaining balance on our seasonal package (a good thing), but we are now left with a lot of work to do to bring our front yard back to where it was.

Ive got plenty of crabgrass and dead spots since weve been using them and Ive been waiting a few weeks now for someone to come out and come up with a plan to fix it. Will not be using them after this season

Not happy with Lawnmark Plus at all! We actually watched the technician do the front yard only! Never touched the back yard and we were wondering why there were weeds back there. This was the second application and will be the last!

I am extremely pleased with the service of Lawnmark plus in Amherst NH. Despite a horrible dry season our lawn is doing great. after years of using a chain company True Green/LawnDog they were fine, but every now and then there would be an issue and they also were really not putting any extra effort in the service. This company is better and charges fair. Everyone from Anthony to Marissa and Josh have been great. They care more, they are local and if you are looking for an alternative or for a better company than the generic chains give this company a shot, you wont regret it. I am not paid or being compensated for this. Its just my experience and it should be shared with others considering options in the region.
