We had two services completed by Knott's Land Care. The first was a bed cleanup and fresh mulching, which the team handled efficiently, and the results were great. The second service was aeration - to be performed at a later date (which turned out to be months later). For this service, we were told to flag the irrigation system, which we were prepared to do. However, we were waiting for communication from the team regarding when they'd return to perform the service. Unfortunately, there was no communication or advanced notice, and the team proceeded with the aeration without the necessary flagging. As a result, three irrigation lines and four sprinkler heads were punctured.

Knott's has been our snow removal company for a few years now. They are fantastic! Friendly, responsive and professional. Highly recommend!

Knott's has been taking care of the landscaping at our nonprofit headquarters since 2015. After planning and implementing a landscaping plan, they have come weekly for mowing, etc. and do several clean-ups each year. They are wonderful to work with -- courteous, thorough, friendly, and quick to answer the phone and return emails. Top notch! Highly recommended.

In his absence, Lisa or Michelle in the office are more than capable of addressing any concern I may have at the small business location I manage day-to-day. It's nice knowing I don't have to worry about the work getting done.
