Dukes may have done a very good job on the tree trimming on the house next door but as a neighbor he left a lot of debris on our lawn and also damaged our rock wall. Very unhappy with the way my area looked after they left doing work next door

Once again Dukes has come through for me. While getting my home ready for sale, I had a collection of very heavy items and tons of junk to dispose of. I think I was getting a little neurotic and frantic about how I was going to accomplish that. I called Dukes and Travis had a way of just making me feel theyd take care of this and it would be fine. It was fine too, as Tyson and Angelina, who were extremely pleasant, arrived and loaded up the truck with those big items as if it was no problem for them at all. I give the team at Dukes 5 stars and absolutely recommend them.

So grateful we found Dukes! My son is a student at UMass Amherst, and lives off campus. We had several large items that we needed to dispose of and I have to say it was an easy process from beginning to end and Ben was so responsive with communication! On top of that, their prices for removal/disposal were far more reasonable than any other places in the area we reached out to! I feel like it s so rare to have such awesome customer service these days Can t say enough good things about these guys!

Junk removal price was through the roof and drive this 1 star review. Especially considering most my items were metal and will be SCRAPPED for additional profit. Going forward, I will be renting a dumpster. There are several companies in the area that offer rental dumpsters, which are astronomically cheaper. Pro tip, anything metal you can just put on your curb if you are located in Holyoke/springfield/chicopee etc. local scrappers will happily take it for free off curb / Facebook marketplace / Craigslist as they there is ALOT of money to be made from metal scrapping

Dukes cut down a large Pine tree for us, it was very close to our large custom built shed with pretty glass doors and our neighbors new stockade fence. The Men worked hard and did a great job! They harmed neither shed or fence. Very good value for the price. They did a great clean up as well. Felicia

Dukes has been working on my back yard including new wood fence, 10 trees removed and excavated, back yard drainage and leveling off the back with ploom. I went online for a quote on removal of a tree. I was contacted by Ben from Dukes LLC. He asked that I send him pictures of the tree I wanted removed and he quickly responded by quoting me $800 for the tree to be cut down. His team was out here the next morning to start and quickly noted that this is not an $800 project as he quoted. They were here for about 2 hours and left. The next day another team showed up and they looked at what was left of the tree and they both responded by this isnt what Ben had told them. They were here for about 30 minuets and left. Later on I received an email stating that they would not be able to finish the job as quoted and he needed to raise the price to $1200. I agreed and he noted he would have a 3 person team out the next morning. A week later I emailed to see what was going on and he claims that the bucket truck they needed broke down and was needed to finish the job. I sent this email on a Tuesday morning and by Monday still no one here to finish. Finally I told him that due to the time line not being met and not being communicated with about what was happening I no longer wanted to continue the job with his company. He sends me an invoice for the Full amount of the initial quote of $800 for a job that is appx 25% completed. When I asked about this his response was I have to pay 2 crews to come out and rig down half the tree. I responded by you had 1 crew out here to work and the other showed and left. I wouldnt waste your time or money with this company.

Asked for a quote on their site, and got a reply of We do tree care. Gave them the info of the job and asked for a quote again, and the reply was simply, $500. Four times the average for the job of chipping branches. Cant say I would ever ask for them or recommend them. I had the job done by Smith Tree & Landscaping for $120.

Dont even bother with their waste removal. Unprofessional!!!!

We called this company to discuss an estimate they prepared for someone submitting an insurance claim. Once we identified ourselves they hung up on us. Not very professional.

I would give zero stars if possible dukes did a leaf clean up at my neighbors today and his crew decided to use my driveway for parking and the proceeded to turn their truck around and drive off my stone driveway onto my lawn tearing it up. Not to mention it took them about ten minutes to try to back up a trailer in a driveway that is 3 cars wide . Think you need some driver training for your employees

I had a lot of junk removal from my father-in-law garage Contacted DUKES and I was amazed by their services. Ben and his crew helped us when I need to empty the house by April 2022. I have used their services twice and we will see them again. Positive

Dukes LLC is one of the finest companies I ve had the pleasure of working with. We live in Belchertown and the sheer number of trees that have been coming down over the past few years has been astonishing - never something we d expected to see, although we live in a fairly wooded area. As a result, we hired Ben and his team to bring down an enormous split tree (probably close to 150 ft) that threatened our home around summer 2020. His team was able to take on the job within a week or two, were prompt and timely, and managed to have the entirety of the job done within two days. Ben was extremely responsive to calls and questions, and he and his team are super friendly, professional, and clearly experienced. In 2021, we had another tree that required removal and I was somewhat absent from the decision making regarding that one. Another company was hired to take it down, and I can say it was a nightmare. It took three months before anyone come by, and then - after starting the project - it took nearly a month before everything was resolved. In the meantime, we struggled almost daily to get them on the phone, and they even had the gall to request the remainder of their payment while leaving the job only half completed. So it s no wonder that when it became clear we had another severely dying tree - this time right near our home - we called Dukes. Ben showed up that same day to give us a proposal, and his team was back four days later to take care of the tree. They paid care to avoid our septic and water well, were right on time, and their teams were in and out all day until the job was done - less than 8 hours later. They took the tree down, ground the stump, put in loam, and even offered to grind out another stump we had in the front yard! Shout out to Travis, what a champ! Needless to say, we have nothing but glowing recommendations for Dukes, Ben and company - they more than deserve your business and they most certainly will not disappoint. We re already planning our next projects with them now that we know they are also available for general landscaping services.

Hired them to fix the large lifting cracks and add a French at the bottom of the driveway after seeing what seem like decent driveway done at my neighbors. My opinion this was not complete and patted down correctly and then they broke the sprinkler and the claimed to have fixed it but it was already winterized so i couldn t verify. The $1200 payment i refused to pay because as I thought it will start to crack and the rocks will all lift and the owner so disgustingly rude took us to small claims $5500 I wasn t going to battle so I paid the balance of $1200 and not a penny more. Spring is here and guess what the sprinkler is BROKEN, the drench they made is clogged and it now involved me digging to find the sprinkler that was more than 12in in the ground when it was only a few inches before and not broken . They honestly shouldn t even taken the job, that they clearly have no experience doing.

Rude and disrespectful. Overpriced too. Not sure what I was thinking, you can see that they are not even wearing helmets in pictures where they are doing tree work, on their own website! Probably not insured either, not with high risk like that.
