the worst maintenance company in the entire United States, their employees do a bad job and treat people badly, I went to tell them something and they treated me very badly, they were two little Mexicans, I have nothing against Mexicans, the majority of my friends are Mexican, but these little men treated me the worst

The lawn looked great!!

I used MD properties to do a complete renovation of my front and back yard. They took my vision and added to it by leveling my yard out, adding external lighting, concrete, natural gas firepit, pergola, flowers, bushes etc. My yard now is a place I like to spend time in as opposed to just mowing some grass that I look at. I still use MD for minor maintenance, flower refresh, and regular lawn treatment.

We live in the Qualhill community and the landscaping care has been awful.

MD is our HOA contracted landscape maintenance provider. They are responsible for lawn care, lawn irrigation and landscape maint. Over the 2 yrs Ive been here our lawn has gone from nice to patchy dead spots. Some large. Also the irrigation is infrequent or on 24/7 causing mold/alge growth and standing water.

If only all service and tradesmen companies were as helpful, kind, responsive, and just overall amazing as MD was. Jay went above and beyond to help me with a problem and he explained everything to me, empowering me to figure things out on my own next time. He was so kind and generous and this company has earned my loyalty forever!

MD vandalized my property with the way they installed the moldy- nasty grass, dead plants and crooked trees. Their grading caused pooling at the bottom of our front yard and no one is willing to stand behind their work at this company. Absolutely frustrating and shady work. Save yourself from having to pull out everything that MD installs and redoing it yourself like we had to.

We had some issues with our sprinklers and called to schedule someone to come out. When they reached out they offered to walk us through possible issues without having to charge us for someone to come out. Our sprinklers are now fixed!

MD has amazing employees who were very responsive to my every need. They stayed within my budget and made my yard look AMAZING! I would definitely refer them to all of my friends and family as there design met my every need and want. They also finished my project within the time frame that they quoted. I really enjoyed working with them.

MD has been mowing our lawn for several years and they do a fantastic job! They are thorough and professional. We will be using them for many years to come.

md landscaped our yard last spring. When it was almost finished there was a huge rainstorm and there was a huge pool of water in our yard. I made them come back and grade it better. We kept telling them we didn t think the grading was good and they kept saying that it wouldn t flood. They ended up charging us almost 4K to grade it which we were quoted 1500ish. Our yard is constantly flooding. I am so dissatisfied. I ve called 3 times and always told someone would get back to me. Never heard back. I ve left messages for the supervisor on his personal cell and no response. I can t believe we would pay 16 k for a yard that floods constantly!!! I wish they would call back and help make it right. What is so frustrating is I told them I was willing to pay whatever needed to grade properly. They just tried to rush through without quality.

I m a little bummed about my situation. I saw MD Properties at the home show and was super impressed by them. When I called them to ask for an assement of my house, they got back to me quickly. I met with Francisco and had a good chat about my yard. But that was 2 weeks ago. They said it would take a week or so to figure out a bid. I tried emailing them and haven t gotten a response. They won t call me back. I was looking forward to working with them but am frustrated by them being flaky. Update 7/19/19: This company never got back to me. I am sad that they impressed me at the home show but never followed through,

Ive been working with them on a project for many months. They are extremely responsive both by phone and email. Recently I had the pleasure of working with Lari, shes been wonderful. Im excited for us to connect again on our project next spring. I would not hesitate to endorse or refer their services.

Competitively priced and total professionals. First looked at them based on recommendations from current clients, and those recommendations are richly deserved after seeing all the work they did for us. Project was finished on time and on budget.

Alex and his team took great care to help us recover from a prior landscaping company that was not attentive (forgot to winterize sprinklers, damaged buildings/trees, etc.). Since MD took over our grass has gone from dead to lush, our sprinklers are no longer leaking and our trees our healthy again. Thank you!

Alex with MD has always been easy to get ahold of and to work with on different projects they take care of for us.

MD has really stepped up their service this year. We have had more owners in our HOA comment on how nice the cutting of the grass looks than ever before. As president of the HOA I have especially appreciated how they have acknowledged and accepted any damages done by their equipment and then very quickly fixed the damage. No hint of trying to get out of it.

Jorge and his crew did a great job all season long. We get compliments on our yard it looks so good.

I called to get prices on getting our apartment complex trimmed down ready for the winter. A team of 2 guys came out the next day and trimmed exactly as we asked them to. They work hard, even though the weather turned cold and snowy. They are almost done with my huge landscaping, and I couldnt be happier! Thanks, MD for sending these guys!

They did a great job coming to winterize our sprinklers just before the first freeze of the year. They ve always been friendly and professional and we ll definitely call them again in the future!

Our yard turned out so great! I was so impressed with the guys who did the work. It did take some time to get on the schedule, but once they started the job everything was fabulous! They made sure everything was done right and that we got exactly what we wanted.

I am a board member of a small HOA (53 units) and joined the board to oversee the landscape issues as a point of contact when issues arise. I have found that working with Alex Bagley, when any issue would arise, he is responsive in his follow up with his various crews. Those various crews consisting of the those that do the mowing and edging, those that prune the bushes, those that work on sprinkler issues. What is nice is that MD Property Services is large enough to have the various crews who tend to specialize in different aspects to landscape issues to the HOA properties. I have communicated with Alex via phone, in person doing a walk around, and texting by phone with sometimes photos taken by my iPhone so that he can see what I see when walking the property. Communications is the key to a successful outcome.

After talking to the owner of the company I was impressed but after meeting with the estimator I never heard back from them. This was even after many follow ups and promises that were not kept.

Let me keep it short. Do not let this company do your landscaping and sprinkler system. They do not know what they are doing. My sprinkler system is leaking and they won t even come fix the problem. What kind of a crazy company is that. Seriously.

We called to get a quote and they came and measured... I had to call them to get the quote, because it took them nearly two weeks for us to hear back from them. Then, when we scheduled for them to come work on our back yard, they simply didnt show up. When I called to ask what was going on, they informed me that they were still trying to figure it out. I argued that I had it scheduled for today, and asked what was there to figure out. So flaky. We finally cancelled the service with them and are going with someone else. Awful customer service.

MD Property Services helped me with an ongoing landscape job even though I was making the arrangements and paying for the services from another state. They are providing all the landscape needs for my mother-in-law since her husband passed away. He always did a meticulous job on their yard and MD Property Services is the only provider that has met and exceeded her expectations! She said they never stopped working the entire day!

Thank you so much for coming to our rescue with a leaky stop and waste valve. It was going to take weeks for everyone I called and it was a lot of work to dig 4 feet down in mud. Instead, your people were so great in responding to my emergency and it was fixed quickly and reasonably. Five stars in my book!

Editing my review because I was very unimpressed by the lack of transparency and willingness to fix the solution. I got a bill for $200 for an issue that should have been covered under warranty. Hard to read the fine print, when the fine print is made up after the problem occurs. In one day two guys installed sprinklers, grated my yard with topsoil, and installed flower beds complete with bark. The only hiccup was a miscommunication about the type of curbing I wanted and it was sorted out and installed a few days later. The price was literally thousands of dollars less than my next best quote and worth every penny. I recommend them to all my neighbors and to anyone else who asks.

This company is great! So happy we were referred to them when we moved to Eagle Mountain. They do an amazing job, yard always looks sharp, prices are good and just gives us more family time when we dont have to spend our weekends doing yard work! Thank you!

I rarely leave reviews but I would NEVER use this company again. We had SUCH a horrible experience with them. they gave us estimates for holiday lights but then billed us for much higher and would not compromise. Their staff was unprofessional. They say Your Satisfaction- our Top Priority. Nothing could be further from the truth. If I could given them zero stars, I would.

I went through three sprinkler companies to get this problem fixed and these guys got it fixed for a fair price! Jose was fantastic!

I had several zones that stopped working in my sprinklers. Jose was able to come and get it all fixed in less than an hour. He is very professional and good at problem solving.

By far the worst experience I have ever had with a landscaping company. Unfortunately, my subdivision uses them and there is nothing I can do about that. Which is probably why they couldnt care less about the people in the subdivision. I have called and emailed MD about these problems and have yet to hear back from them. The 2 most recent issues with them entail them killing my lawn in the backyard and destroying the bushes that sit in front of our house. I had to go out of my way to replant grass in a few big areas that they killed in my backyard last year. This year, I had finished some stone work in the front of my house for a raised area to plant bushes and flowers. I spent about $300 on the plants. Finished planting them on a Saturday night. By Monday afternoon, the freshly planted bushes were destroyed by MD because they thought it would be a good idea to trim bushes in the beginning of July without telling anyone. Judging from the complaints from everyone else in the subdivision, they ruined a lot of other peoples bushes as well. This is the second time they have done this to me. 2 years ago, they trimmed freshly planted bushes within a week of my planting them. One of them died completely and had to be replaced. This would not be a big deal if they would communicate and tell us when they are going to trim so we can rope off the area or leave signs up saying dont trim. But since they dont really care about customers that are stuck with them due to being in an HOA, there is not much that can be done - except hope that this review deters others from hiring them.

We had an urgent need for a landscaping crew to help get our dealerships lot under control. I called and a received a visit from someone that same day to consult on what we needed. The following day he had a 4 man team at our store going to work on the project. They removed the weeds, trimmed everything up and got our dealer looking up to our expectations as quickly as possible. I would recommend them to anyone with a business that needs property management to run on autopilot so they can focus on other things.

Struggled for a year with another landscaper at our HOA. This company was heaven sent! They come, they fix, they are pleasant, they smile and say...Thank you. Their price is very fair and I have no more stress. Our Hoa look beautiful now. We are thrilled. Thanks, especially to Alex.

We had a lot of flooding in our back yard and also flowing into our neighbors yard. . We have a pool so we werent sure if the problem was the pool or sprinklers. After several tests we figured it was the sprinklers so I called MD. Within minutes they found the problem and fixed it which was very simple. A few days later it flooded again so I called them again and they came over the same day. They found another problem and fixed it. Two weeks later we were on vacation when I got a text from my neighbor below saying we were flooding again. I called Alec and he sent someone over immediately and they cut back on the watering time. How grateful I was for MD helping me out when I was out of town. They also help with fall cleanup and are immaculate. Ive had other companies help me with this and then I have had to clean up after them. As you can tell, Im a fan of MD.

Did an excellent job of removing hedge stumps and left the yard looking great. I was expecting a mess of little trimmings every where but they cleaned it up so good you could not really tell all that had been done. Will look nice until spring when we start the rest of the project. Thanks, guys and thanks to Brian for being great to work with.

These guys are the best! Landscaping, weekly Lawncare, holiday lighting, they do it all! Their crews are so friendly and do a fantastic job! Mike and Travis are fantastic managers! Jose is the best!!! A family member installed our Christmas lights this year and it was horrible! I called MD (we use them for weekly lawncare services also) and Travis sent Jose out the next day. He removed the lights and re-strung them the correct way. My house looks amazing now! I would recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, hardworking team.

We needed Christmas lights put up, and they did a great job! They installed commercial grade lights which allow for custom installation to match my changing roofline and edges (without having to wrap unneeded lights in black tape). Very happy and highly recommend.

We have been with Mike and MD Properties now for four years. Mike is very responsive, returns calls, and makes frequent survey visits. Cory is super responsive with contracts, and detail oriented. Curt is great with the sprinklers. They do a great job with fall clean up, and spring opening. The guys fix sprinkler heads when broken by the mowers. My yard looks good, and Im HAPPY. JM
